Hope originally started out as an apprentice for an international law firm before heading into the educational sector, recruiting for schools. After 3 years, Hope was seeking a new challenge.
Joining Crew and Concierge in May 2020 in the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic Hope and Sara worked together to provide support and guidance to the crew and clients during an extremely uncertain time. She realised early on that in order to make this a success she would need to first focus on building relationships. This is something that has come naturally to Hope and it is her people skills, dedication, determination and hard work that gained the growth of the interior department which was her main goal.
Her reputation amongst the crew and of course clients is very special. She is now the Head of Recruitment and Office Manager and has built a great team in the office whilst showing a keen interest in all areas of the business with C&C and our sister company Personal Staffing.
Outside of work, you can catch Hope in the gym, spending quality time with her family and friends or on holiday. She comes from a sporty background; competing at a national gymnastic level from a young age. She is still a coach twice a week teaching the young gymnasts at her club.
