Crew & Concierge are urgently seeking a talented Sole Chef to join a 30m private Motor Yacht, with live-aboard owners during the summer season. The vessel is cruising the Mediterranean for the rest of the summer before heading to the South of France for the winter, as the vessel is single-season.
As the Sole Chef, you will be responsible for producing international cuisine, with a focus on British and French dishes prepared in a healthy style. You will cook for a family of five, occasionally entertaining additional guests, as well as preparing meals for approximately nine crew members. Role & Responsibilities
Rhianna, who manages the deck department at Crew & Concierge, is currently seeking an experienced Captain to join a 30m classic motor yacht. This is a private, single-season vessel that cruises the Mediterranean during the summer and is typically based in the South of France during the winter season, with the option to base in Italy.
The vessel is actively used throughout the summer by two owners, who alternate usage, providing natural breaks between trips. She operates with a crew of five in total: three permanent crew members and two seasonal crew members. Each winter, the yacht undergoes maintenance and yard work to ensure she remains in immaculate condition. For the winter of 2025, she will be entering an extensive refit, including engine work.
We are seeking a highly experienced Captain with a proven track record of longevity in previous roles. Ideally, you will have prior experience managing classic vessels and a mechanically-minded approach, as hands-on work in the engine room is essential. Strong leadership and the ability to manage a professional crew are key, ensuring smooth operations both onboard and during yard periods.

Role & Responsibilities
Crew & Concierge are actively seeking a temporary Stewardess/Crew Cook to join a 30m+ private Motor Yacht for the summer of 2025.
We are looking for someone to join by the end of August in Europe to finish the summer season on the vessel.
As the 2nd Stew/Crew Cook, you will work closely with the Chief Stew to manage the entire interior, including laundry, housekeeping, and service. Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and personable Family Assistant/House Manager to join a warm and informal household. As the Family PA moves further into the principals’ business, this role will take on increased responsibility for family administration, household coordination, and property management. The ideal candidate will be a natural organiser who thrives on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, while also being comfortable blending into family life and working as part of a long-standing household team.

Key Responsibilities:
Household Management & Administration
Maintain the family diary, ensuring all appointments and commitments are scheduled and communicated.
Eventually organise and manage all family administration, including: Car tax, MOTs, insurance renewals, breakdown cover. Household and personal insurances. Maintenance contracts and contractor schedules. Household bills and service arrangements.
We would like someone to book and coordinate family appointments: Doctors, dentists, medical specialists. Hair, beauty, grooming. Restaurants, events, and entertainment. Oversee post, deliveries, and returns.
Manage household purchases (clothing, gifts, toiletries, crockery, etc.).
Staff coordination: manage rotas, annual leave, and assist with recruitment/training.
Housekeeping Oversight, ensure all areas of the home are tidy, organised, and presented to a high standard. Wardrobe management for principals, including packing and unpacking. Arrange and supervise deep cleans when family are away. Stock control of housekeeping products. Liaise with external maintenance contractors (cleaners, upholsterers, window cleaners, etc.).
Childcare Support
• Carry out school runs (approx. twice weekly).
• Provide occasional Saturday childcare (parents are present and involved).
• Support with homework when nanny is away or even just play the odd board game, the children even get the Chef playing!
• Liaise with schools and attend appointments.
• Drop off/pick up from after-school clubs and activities.
• Be a hands-on, approachable presence for the children (ages 8, 10 & 14, with one at boarding school).
House Management Duties
• Assist the chef when dinner parties exceed (6+ guests), including table set-up.
• Ad hoc tasks as required (watering garden, sweeping steps, outdoor furniture upkeep).
• Manage the second property in Norfolk: liaise with local staff, oversee set-up/pack down, and prepare for family visits. (Approx. 3–4 stays per year).
This is a special role.

Role & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a Service Stewardess to join a private estate in Palma. This estate is located 20 minutes away from the centre, so it is essential that you drive. This is a 30-hour-a-week position that requires you to be part of their rota/schedule. You will be required to work at least one weekend a month, too. This role is very much service-focused with little to no housekeeping involved. As the Service Stewardess, you will be responsible for setting the table and creating napkin folds and flower arrangements. There will be lots of dinners and events throughout the year, so someone who is able to keep up with the fast pace is essential. Yacht experience is preferred for this role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to transition to land and be based in Palma. You will be working on a Spanish working contract, so applicants need to be legally able to work in Spain. Sadly, UK passports without residency cannot be accepted.
You will also need to have accommodation in Palma as this is a LIVE OUT ROLE.
