We are seeking an experienced and capable Sole Stewardess to join a private 40m sailing yacht, J-Cass, for the 2026 Mediterranean season, with the potential to move into a dual-season programme. As Sole Stewardess, you will be responsible for managing the interior and delivering a high standard of service while maintaining a warm and welcoming onboard atmosphere. Crew & Concierge are on the lookout for a highly experienced Second Stewardess to join a 60m+ sailing yacht. The vessel will be cruising the Caribbean and the U.S. over the winter before returning to the Mediterranean for the summer season. Calling all Sous Chefs!
We are currently looking for a Sous Chef to join a 50m motor yacht that operates both private and charter. The vessel will be cruising the Caribbean for the remainder of the winter season, before heading to the Mediterranean for the first half of the summer and then travelling off the beaten track thereafter.
Working alongside an experienced Head Chef, you will be primarily responsible for managing and preparing crew food, ensuring lunch, and dinner (sometimes breakfast) are consistently delivered to a high standard, with the opportunity to assist with guest lunches from time to time. The crew consists of 10–12, including some dietary requirements, so confidence in producing varied, balanced meals is essential.

REPOST!! We are seeking an experienced Sole Engineer to join a 40m sailing yacht operating on a single-season programme, based in Europe over the winter and cruising the Mediterranean, with preparation underway for a 2026 Mediterranean racing programme.
This role is suited to an engineer with a strong sailing background who can confidently manage the vessel’s engineering requirements in preparation for racing and ongoing Mediterranean cruising. The position requires hands-on involvement and a solid understanding of systems onboard large sailing yachts.

We are currently seeking an experienced Chief Engineer to join a 50m private motor yacht operating a dual-season programme. The vessel cruises the Caribbean during the winter and is scheduled to return to the Mediterranean for the summer of 2026, with future plans to either remain dual season or transition to a single-season programme still to be confirmed. The owner and their family come and go throughout the year, and the yacht is run by a long-standing, settled crew, several of whom have been placed by us, with consistently excellent feedback.

Crew & Concierge is currently seeking a Crew Chef to join a brand-new 65m+ sailing yacht due to launch ahead of the upcoming summer season. This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent, with an initial contract of approximately six months from March through to September.

We are seeking an experienced Deckhand with a Dive Instructor qualification to join a 70m+ private and charter motor yacht. Crew & Concierge is recruiting an experienced Deckhand for a 50m+ private sailing yacht to join for the upcoming winter season in the Caribbean. After the winter programme, the yacht will follow a seasonal itinerary, spending summers cruising the Mediterranean and returning to the Med for winter periods from 2026 onwards. With both the owner and crew being keen sailors, this role is best suited to someone confident and hands-on with large sailing yachts, including experience with captive winches and in-boom furling systems. You will be joining a close, well-established crew of nine, with four crew members working on deck.
Applicants must have previous experience on a large sailing yacht and have completed at least one full guest season. Excellent tender-driving skills are required, particularly on jet tenders. Yachtmaster Offshore is an advantage but not essential. This is a great opportunity to join a professional and experienced team and be part of an active, sailing-driven programme operating between the Caribbean and the Mediterranean.

You will be part of an interior team of five and should feel comfortable assisting across all departments during high-demand periods, as well as delivering professional haircuts, styling, and blow-dries. Masseuse skills would be highly advantageous. You will also be required to travel with the owner, and when not hairdressing, your role will focus on interior service duties.
