The vessel is both private and charter and is a busy vessel.  The vessel will be cruising the States and the Caribbean for the winter. To be considered for this role, you must be a fully qualified massage therapist, and be confident in your skills! The ideal candidate will have 1 season of experience and have experience working on land in a spa or salon as a masseuse. As the Stewardess/Masseuse, you will be working as part of an interior team of 4. You will be offering massages to guests upon request, when not offering treatments, you will find yourself rotating back of house. If you have any additional beauty qualifications, this will be a bonus!

This winter, you will start in the States and then cruise the Caribbean.

We are looking for a Chief Stewardess to join this very family-orientated vessel. A private 45m+ Motor Yacht with winters in Spain. Cruising the Med for summer with around 4 months of guest usage between April to September. The guests are very set in their ways and you can set your watch by them so someone who is looking for a quieter programme would work well. The owner enjoys the vessel with friends and family. You will be leading a team of 3 girls and it's essential you are a hands-on individual and lead by example.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong backbone, and ideally but not essential to be able to speak fluent French or Italian. We want someone who can lead the team and head up service. This would be a great opportunity for either a 2nd Stewardess from a large boat wanting to take over her own interior or a previous Chief Stewardess on a similarly sized vessel.

Crew and Concierge are currently looking for a Sous Chef to join a great 55m Motor Yacht that is currently based in Spain. 

It is a busy private shadow vessel that travels in convoy with their Sailing Yacht. You will be based on the Motor Yacht, however, you will also work on the Sailing Yacht to help out with big dinner parties and events when there are a large number of guests. As the Sous Chef, you will be responsible for cooking for up to 20 crew and helping out with the guest food - there is also a Crew Chef within programme. The owners love pizza so you will need to be confident with this as well as be familiar in a range of cuisines and dietary requirements.

We are looking for a 2nd Engineer for a wonderful 60 m Sailing Yacht - this is a great position for someone who wants to learn and see more of the world. This is a rotational position with 8 weeks on and 8 weeks off. This is a busy private and lightly charter vessel with plan to head to the Caribbean for the winter.

As for specifications on the engineering front, we're looking for someone who has worked with both CAT engines and generators, a solid all-rounder with strong knowledge in both the mechanical and electrical areas. AV/IT experience is also a huge benefit. Hydraulics and large sail handling systems knowledge are appreciated. You'll need to hold your Y3 / commercial III/I or equivalent license.
Sailing experience is a big bonus.

The role will mean you move around various properties within London (they are pretty close together), so someone who drives and is fit and active is a must. We are looking for candidates who have worked for the UHNWI in the past and are used to the requirements that come with working in a large family office and household. There is room for progression within this role as the team slowly grows. The team will get bigger and there will be room to develop! We are looking for well-presented, happy candidates with a good eye for detail.

A Housekeeper does more than sweep, mop and wax floors in this home. You may be asked to run errands and manage wardrobes as well. In some places, they do the shopping and help the chefs with a little service. Other duties and responsibilities may include:

Currently, the vessel is in the yard after an extensive refit period and will be leaving the shipyard around the end of November.
As the Bosun, you will be working closely with a deck team of 4, where you will find yourself responsible for guiding 1 Deckhand and overseeing the deck operations with the support of the First Mate. You should be self motivated, have strong maintenance skills, be familiar with in boom furling systems, and be fully capable of leading a navigational watch under sail.

We are currently on the search for a fantastic Laundry Steward/ess to join a 50m Motor Yacht. This is a busy private vessel. This is a shadow vessel and runs with a Chief Stewardess, Second Stewardess, yourself and a Crew Chef/Stewardess. The boat will be based in Spain for this winter so there is plenty of time to really get involved in a range of duties and small projects whilst working alongside the team. This is a shadow boat, so it will always travel in convoy with the other vessel. As the Laundry Steward/ess, you will be in charge of managing all of the laundry onboard for both guests and crew. In total, you will be doing laundry for up to to 14 crew and 8 guests. We are looking for a candidate who is proficient in laundry, with a comprehensive understanding of different cleaning detergents and laundering equipment as well as knowledge of different textiles and their appropriate care instructions. This is a perfect position for someone who is looking for growth and progression as the boat has some exciting plans in the near future.

Crew and Concierge are looking for a Sole Chef to join a 30m Motor Yacht. This is a private vessel and we are looking for someone to join by the end of September at the latest. They then have 2 boss trips planned around Christmas time and Easter time in the Caribbean before crossing to the Med for summer 2025. As the Sole Chef, you will be responsible for cooking for a crew of 4 as well as 4 guests the majority of the time. You will also be responsible for all of the menu planning and provisioning as well as the galley maintenance. Your split will be around 60/40 so we need someone who is happy to be in a dual role and enjoys working in a fast paced environment. You will need to have your AEC 1&2 and have at least two-season experience in a similar role.

We are currently searching for a fantastic Second Stewardess to join a very lovely 50m+ Motor Yacht. This is a busy private vessel. The interior team runs with 2 full time; yourself and a Chief Stewardess, plus a Crew Cook/Stewardess. The boat will be based in Spain for this winter so there is plenty of time to really get involved in a range of duties and small projects whilst working alongside the Chief Stewardess. This is a shadow boat, so it will always travel in convoy with the other vessel. We are looking for someone with ideally 2 seasons of experience and is confident in their interior knowledge. This vessel has a very social and tight-knit crew, who enjoy going out for dinner, keeping fit and doing watersports. We are looking for someone who is looking to gain some longevity and stay with a programme for a long time. There is lots of room for growth and progression too as the vessel has some exciting plans in the near future.

Busy Mediterranean for the summer of 2025

Chief Stewardess required for a 50m Sailing Yacht!
We are currently looking for a Chief Stewardess to join a busy private sailing vessel. You will be joining the boat in Europe, before crossing to the Caribbean in early 2025 and returning to the Mediterranean for a busy season next summer. We are looking for someone with a background in sailing although this is not essential as we would consider someone who is keen to try something new. The vessel runs with a crew of 9 who are good fun, the majority have been onboard having gained great longevity, and like to hang out together. The owners are very active and enjoy family-style lunches and dinners. The ideal candidate needs to be confident in service and be a strong all rounder, someone who likes being part of a good team and is keen to gain some longevity is essential. 

Salary: $5,000
Holiday: 32 days
1,200 flight bonus every 12 months
