The deck department is currently seeking an experienced Chase Boat Captain to join a 15m vessel for the busy Mediterranean summer season. The chase boat will operate alongside the mothership throughout the season, supporting guest movements, watersports operations, excursions, and overall logistics whilst cruising together across the Med.
As Chase Boat Captain, you will be responsible for the safe operation and overall management of the vessel, working closely with the Captain and officers onboard the mothership to ensure smooth day-to-day coordination between both programmes. You will be joined onboard by a permanent Deckhand, with whom you will work closely throughout the season. The ideal candidate will hold a Yachtmaster Offshore as a minimum requirement and must have previous experience operating larger tenders or chase boats within a similar size range. We are looking for someone confident, hands-on, organised, and capable of independently managing the chase boat whilst maintaining high standards both technically and cosmetically.

Sous Chef - CC7977 - 70m Motor Yacht

A 70m motor yacht is currently seeking a Sous Chef to join the vessel. This is a private dual-season programme, which will now remain States-based for the summer season before cruising between the States and Caribbean during the winter of 2026. The successful candidate will join the vessel in the US, therefore a valid B1/B2 visa in hand is essential to be considered for this role.
As Sous Chef, you will work closely alongside an experienced Head Chef, assisting with guest food preparation for up to 12 guests onboard whilst also taking responsibility for crew meals for approximately 17 crew. The role requires someone organised, proactive, and confident managing their own section within a structured galley environment.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years’ experience working within a professional kitchen, whether shoreside or already within yachting. Role & Responsibilities
Crew & Concierge are seeking an experienced Deckhand with a Dive Instructor qualification to join a 70m+ private and charter motor yacht. Candidates holding Dive Master certification may also be considered, provided they have previous experience onboard vessels working in a dive instructor or lead dive role. The yacht operates a dual-season itinerary, spending winters between the U.S. and Caribbean and summers in the Mediterranean, therefore a valid B1/B2 visa is required.
This position will involve all standard deck responsibilities alongside overseeing the yacht’s diving operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, organisation, and operation of all dive equipment onboard, including compressors, tanks, regulators, and associated safety equipment. You will also coordinate and lead dives for owners and guests, ensuring a safe, professional, and enjoyable experience at all times.
You will join an established deck team of nine, including officers, and will act as the lead crew member for all dive-related activities onboard. Rhianna is seeking a Captain to join a 35m private motor yacht, based in Palma, Spain, for a single season with a winter yard period. The role will be primarily based in Palma; however, there is flexibility for the Captain to relocate during the winter period if preferred. During the summer, the vessel will cruise the Mediterranean with a busy programme, spending extensive time at anchor, with the owners joining and leaving throughout the season. This will require a high level of flexibility, strong forward planning, and the ability to deliver a well-organised and seamless itinerary.
During the winter period, the vessel will be undergoing her 5-year survey, so prior experience overseeing yard periods and managing refit works would be highly advantageous. The outgoing, long-standing Captain will also be based in the same yard and will be available to assist and be on call if needed, ensuring a smooth and well-supported transition.
The ideal candidate will be available to start soon in order to complete a thorough handover. This is a hands-on role requiring someone confident in managing a crew of seven, with strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both the owner and crew. As the vessel is heavy, proven experience handling displacement yachts is essential. Candidates must hold a Master 500 and have previous experience as Captain on a similar-sized vessel. Crew and Concierge are seeking a Deck/Stew to join a 40m+ private motor yacht. The vessel operates a single-season cruising program in the Mediterranean during the summer and is based in Italy over the winter.
This is a dual role with a slightly stronger focus on the interior. You will be required to assist with housekeeping, service, and laundry, while also supporting the deck team when needed. There may also be occasional assistance required in the galley during busy periods or larger events.
Ideally, we are looking for a candidate who speaks Italian; however, candidates who speak Spanish or French will also be considered. Crew & Concierge are seeking a Deck/Engineer to join a 30m private Motor Yacht running with a crew of five. This is a dual-role position, where your primary responsibility will be overseeing the engineering onboard, while also assisting the deck team when required. The candidate must be comfortable stepping in to support the Deckhand with general deck duties and be happy working in a flexible role where teamwork is essential.
The vessel is currently in the shipyard in Europe and will be out for the Mediterranean season. This is a private vessel. You will be joining a stable and friendly crew, making this a fantastic opportunity for the right person. The ideal candidate will hold AEC 1 & 2 and have solid engineering experience, either from the yachting industry or from a commercial maritime background, now transitioning into yachting. Previous deck experience would be a bonus, although the most important qualities are flexibility, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to assist across departments when needed.

Housekeeping Stewardess - CC7843 - 75m Sailing Yacht

The Interior department at Crew & Concierge is currently recruiting a Housekeeping & Laundry Steward/ess to join a well-known 75m+ sailing yacht. The vessel is currently in the shipyard and will depart in time for the Mediterranean summer season. This is a dual-season programme, with plans to cruise the Caribbean during the winter season. This role will be primarily focused on crew and guest laundry, so strong stain treatment knowledge and garment care skills are essential, with a consistently high standard required at all times. The position will also involve housekeeping duties, including a solid understanding of different fabrics and the appropriate cleaning or treatment methods. A keen eye for detail when maintaining and detailing guest areas is absolutely essential.
The ideal candidate will have strong hotel experience, and while previous yachting experience would be beneficial, it is not essential. We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, a positive team-player attitude, and a strong work ethic, who is eager to join a fantastic vessel offering the opportunity to build longevity within a supportive and well-regarded crew environment.

Bosun - CC7822 - 50m Sailing Yacht
Role & Responsibilities
Calling all Bosuns with sailing experience! We are currently seeking a Bosun to join a 50m private sailing yacht with exciting plans to embark on a world cruise. The vessel is currently based in Europe and preparing to begin her global itinerary shortly.
We are looking for someone available within the next two weeks. As Bosun, you will work closely with the Chief Officer and will be responsible for managing and guiding a Deckhand beneath you. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established crew, build longevity, and truly grow within your role.
Candidates must have previous experience on a 40m+ sailing yacht and be able to demonstrate proven longevity, ideally having remained with a vessel for at least one year. We are specifically seeking someone looking for a long-term position, and unfortunately, are unable to consider candidates without this level of experience and commitment.
We are open to experienced Deckhands ready to step into their first Bosun position, as well as established Bosuns looking for their next challenge. A Yachtmaster Offshore (minimum) is required. Additional skills such as personal training, diving, or watersports instruction would be a bonus, but are not essential. Sole Chef - CC7759 - 35m Motor Yacht
Role & Responsibilities
Crew & Concierge are seeking an experienced and confident Sole Chef to join a private 35m Motor Yacht for the upcoming Summer season. This seasonal role will see the vessel join in Spain on 1st April before cruising the Mediterranean through till September, with the possibility of an earlier start date if required.
In this role, you will take full responsibility for catering for 2–5 guests on average (up to 12 at maximum) as well as a crew of 5. The owners have a strong preference for fresh, healthy Mediterranean cuisine, with a particular love for homemade pasta and bread. The crew enjoy a close-knit, friendly atmosphere, with an onboard environment that’s both supportive and dynamic.
The ideal candidate will have experience in high-end restaurants, with prior yachting experience considered a strong advantage. We are looking for someone dedicated, reliable, and attentive to detail. Consistency in delivering high-quality cuisine at all times is essential.

Role & Responsibilities
All Service Stewardesses - this one is for you!!
We are on the lookout for an experienced Service Stewardess with at least 1-2 years of experience behind them. You will be joining a 70m+ Motor Yacht that operates both privately and has charter usage. You will jump on board to cruise the States for Winter with Summer plans to be confirmed. You will work within an interior team of 7, where any extra skills, like being tech-savvy or great with kids, would definitely be an advantage!
A B1B2 visa is essential.
