The Chief Engineer will work alongside a rotational Second Engineer. We are looking for a candidate holding a Y3 (or equivalent) as a minimum, ideally with strong longevity in previous roles. As Crew Chef, you will be responsible for catering for up to 8 crew members initially, with numbers increasing to approximately 15 as the vessel is launched and the season progresses.
