We are currently seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and experienced Second Stewardess to join a professionally run 50m private and charter Motor Yacht. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English (mother tongue preferred) and bring a minimum of 3 seasons’ experience aboard yachts. A friendly, smiling presence is essential, along with strong skills in cocktail preparation and barista service. A solid foundation in housekeeping is also required, as is previous experience in a 2nd Stewardess role.
We’re looking for someone who is genuinely drama-free, easygoing, and a great team player. The vessel has undergone an extensive rebuild over the past five years and is considered in near-new build condition, offering a fresh and exciting onboard environment. We are currently looking for a Captain/Engineer to join a 25m privately operated motor yacht which is based in the States.
This position is also open to couples, preferably a Captain and Stewardess team.
The yacht operates on a dual-season schedule. During the summer, it cruises the Bahamas on extended trips with the owners and their guests. In the winter, the vessel remains lightly used and is based in Fort Lauderdale.
We are seeking an experienced Captain with a solid engineering background. A minimum qualification of Master 200 is required, along with hands-on experience in maintaining mechanical and electronic systems. The Captain will have full responsibility for the vessel and will work closely with one other crew member, so confidence in managing all onboard operations independently is essential.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing yachts of a similar size, excellent preventative maintenance knowledge, and the ability to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of all systems onboard.

We are currently seeking a First Mate to join a 35m private sailing yacht. This is a single-season vessel, wintering in Spain and cruising the Mediterranean over the summer.
As First Mate, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all deck operations and working closely with the Captain. The yacht runs with a crew of five: Captain, First Mate, Engineer, Stewardess, and Chef. The owner is an avid sailor and enjoys having the sails up as much as possible when onboard.

Sous Chef - CC7398 - 50m Motor Yacht
Role & Responsibilities
Crew and Concierge are currently looking for a Sous Chef to join a great 50m+ motor yacht that is currently based in Spain.
It is a busy private shadow vessel that travels in convoy with their Sailing Yacht. You will be based on the motor yacht, however, you will also work on the sailing yacht to help out with big dinner parties and events when there are a large number of guests. As the Sous Chef, you will be responsible for cooking for up to 25 crew and helping out with the guest food - there is also a Crew Chef within the programme. The owners love pizza, so you will need to be confident with this as well as be familiar with a range of cuisines and dietary requirements.

Purser - CC7397 - 70m Motor Yacht

*ROTATIONAL PURSER*
We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Purser for this fantastic 70m Motor Yacht, private and charter with a busy cruising program. You will be working closely and assisting HODs with purchasing, invoicing and delivery of stores and services. Responsible for administration, accounting and petty cash, all crew administration including payroll procurement, shipments, accounting, budgets, salary reporting, leave accounts, planning of crew changes, flights, visas, airport transfers, preparation of all paperwork for port calls, direct liaison with port agents, and further as directed by the Captain. Advanced planning and preparation for owner and guest trips working closely with the team to ensure a smooth trip is had by all. Producing itineraries with the Captain for Guest activities ashore. Must have 2+ years of experience and a background in accounting is preferred. Advanced user in Microsoft Excel.
This is a rotational position based on 2:2. To be considered for this role, we are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years in a Purser role, although someone who has worked in a dual Chief Stew/Purser role with heavy Purser duties would be considered. Crew & Concierge is seeking a Chief Officer for a 40m motor yacht that operates year-round on a private program. The vessel is currently based in Asia, where it will remain for the foreseeable future, and maintains a busy and active cruising itinerary. The owner is passionate about watersports, particularly diving, making this a hands-on and engaging role for the right candidate .As the Chief Officer, you will work closely with the Captain and be responsible for leading the deck team, which includes overseeing a Bosun and a Deckhand. Your role will involve managing all deck operations, maintaining high safety standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the exterior, while also playing a key part in navigation and bridge duties. Applicants must hold an MCA Chief Mate 3000gt or OOW Certificate of Competency. Sole Engineer - CC7391 - 30m Sailing Yacht

Are you looking for your next position? Hope at Crew and Concierge is looking for a Sole Engineer to join a 30m+ Sailing Yacht. This is a busy private vessel that is currently based in the yard finishing off some work ahead of the summer season. The boat is involved in lots of regattas, so although it's a bonus if you are a keen sailor, it's not essential as we are looking for the right candidate to fit the crew. You must have your AEC1&2 in hand already and be keen to get stuck in; it will be busy, but there is so much room to learn. We are currently seeking a professional and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join a wonderful private household in Fulham, London. This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for a former yacht stewardess looking to transition into a land-based role while continuing to work to high standards. The property is a beautifully maintained five-bedroom home.
You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation are upheld throughout the home on a daily basis. You will work alongside a Personal Assistant who is based in the home during the same working hours. Role & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a Service Stewardess to join a private estate in Palma. This estate is located 20 minutes away from the centre, so it is essential if you drive. This is a 30 hour per week position that requires you to be part of their rota/schedule. You will be required to work at least one weekend a month, too. This role is very much service focused with little to no housekeeping involved. As the Service Stewardess, you will be responsible for setting the table and creating napkin folds, and flower arrangements. There will be lots of dinners and events throughout the year, so someone who is able to keep up with the fast pace is essential. The service team is made up of 8, as well as the F&B Managers. Yacht experience is preferred for this role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to transition to land and be based in Palma. You will be working on a Spanish working contract so applicants need to be legal to work in Spain. Sadly, UK passports without residency cannot be accepted.

We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Captain to join a 30m private new build motor yacht, scheduled for launch ahead of the summer season. Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and confident Sole Stewardess to join a 35m private and charter sailing yacht. This is a hands-on role where you will take full responsibility for the interior, ensuring high standards of service and guest experience. Key responsibilities include: managing all aspects of the interior, including housekeeping, laundry, and guest service; providing high-end service with strong wine and cocktail knowledge; handling inventory and provisioning; and working closely with a tight-knit crew of five, where teamwork across departments is essential. The yacht accommodates up to six guests and also has a little bit of racing involvement. You will be replacing a Stewardess who has been onboard for three years, ensuring a comprehensive handover and a role with proven longevity. Crew & Concierge are currently searching for a talented Sole Chef with charter experience to join a 65m Sailing Yacht. The start date is May, and you will join them in the Caribbean before crossing to the Mediterranean, where you will cruise for the summer.
This is a high-demand yacht, with frequent boss trips and charters. As the Sole Chef, you will be responsible for preparing meals for up to 12 crew members and 10 guests, who primarily enjoy Italian and French cuisine. Previous experience on a busy charter yacht is essential to be considered for this role.

Are you a Dive Master or Dive Instructor looking for your next adventure? We are seeking a seasonal candidate to join a 75m new-build motor yacht for the summer season. While initially a seasonal role, there is potential for it to become permanent, offering a 3:1 rotation.
This dual-season vessel is privately owned but also operates commercially, providing exclusive charters for high-profile clients. The yacht will spend the summer cruising the Mediterranean, with winter plans yet to be confirmed. As this will be its first full summer season, it’s an exciting opportunity to join a fresh, dynamic programme.
As the Deckhand/Dive Master, you will handle standard deck duties while also taking full responsibility for maintaining all diving equipment and organising dive itineraries for guests. We are looking for a confident and experienced diver with a Dive Master or Dive Instructor certification and at least two full seasons of yachting experience, ideally on a 50m+ motor yacht. The deck team consists of nine crew members, including the Officers. While other deck crew members also hold diving qualifications, all diving equipment will be under your sole responsibility.

Deckhands with Longevity – Ready to Step Up?
Crew & Concierge are seeking an experienced Deckhand ready to take on their first Bosun role aboard a 50m+ Motor Yacht. This private, single-season vessel cruises the Mediterranean during the summer and is based in Europe for the winter.
As a support vessel, it follows another 50m yacht throughout the summer, with both vessels docking together for the winter. As Bosun, you will work closely with the Chief Officer while managing and overseeing two Deckhands, one of whom is Junior.
To be considered, you must have at least two years of industry experience and a solid track record of longevity, as well as a Yacht Master Offshore as a minimum.
