I’m Rhi, the Client & Team Manager at Crew & Concierge, focused on building strong, lasting relationships with both new and established clients. I’m known for staying calm under pressure, thinking quickly, and ensuring the recruitment process is smooth and supportive for everyone involved.
Alongside client management, I oversee our Deck department, placing candidates, guiding the office, and maintaining consistent, efficient recruitment processes. Having worked in both Interior and Deck roles, I bring a broad, practical perspective and lead with confidence and insight.
I joined Crew & Concierge in 2022 as an Interior Resourcer, became an Interior Recruiter in 2023, and took over the Deck department in 2024. I now support the wider recruitment team across the business.
With Crew & Concierge set to double our team in 2026, I will be leading that recruitment drive as we enter our next phase of growth.
Before joining the industry, I worked in the criminal justice sector after completing my Master’s in Law and Criminal Justice, following my Bachelor’s degree.
Outside work, I’m passionate about travel and the outdoors, I’ve visited 22 countries so far, and enjoy discovering new hiking routes. I also spent years as a competitive cheerleader, which shaped my teamwork, discipline, and determination.
