Barley is our beloved morale coach at Crew & Concierge, dividing her time between our London and Bath offices. For 8 years, she has been an essential part of the team, quietly overseeing operations from her favourite spots and lifting everyone’s spirits with her calm presence and perfectly timed visits to each desk.
While she unfortunately doesn’t join us at yacht shows, Barley takes her role in the office seriously, greeting the team each morning, offering essential cuddle breaks, and ensuring productivity is balanced with moments of lightness.
Her daily responsibilities include lap-sitting, strategic napping, and reminding us all to take a breath when the day gets busy.
Outside of her professional duties, Barley enjoys chasing socks, outrunning the wind on blustery walks, and conducting thorough snack investigations in the kitchen. Her gentle mischief and unwavering loyalty make her one of the most valued members of the Crew & Concierge family.
