Tilly works as a Recruitment Consultant within our Household Department at Personal Staffing, bringing a background in hospitality and administrative work, along with a naturally positive, people-focused approach. In her previous roles, she learned the value of staying calm, organised, and adaptable, especially in fast-paced environments, where helping people feel understood and at ease can make all the difference.
Tilly is proud to be part of such a dynamic and supportive team, where she continues to grow her skills and contribute to the Household Department’s success. Loyal, hardworking, and always ready to lend a hand, she brings her energy and enthusiasm to every day, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
With a competitive edge and a strong sense of team spirit, Tilly knows what it means to work hard for a shared goal. Her time riding for the Wylye Valley Mounted Games team, a fast, adrenaline-fuelled equestrian sport, taught her how vital trust, timing, and teamwork are to success.
Outside of work, Tilly loves running with the dogs, heading to the gym, and embracing life’s quieter moments, especially when curled up at home with her beloved cat, Nacho.
