After completing her Master's in Law and Criminal Justice in North Wales, Rhianna made the significant move to Bath, where she worked within the criminal justice system. After a year, she decided she needed a change and came across Crew and Concierge.
The yachting industry was completely new to her, and since then, her knowledge of the industry has grown significantly. Rhianna focuses on the interior department, starting as a Resourcer in 2022 before being promoted to Recruiter in 2023. While her main focus is on the interior department, she also assists in other areas, covering deck and galley when needed. She is not shy about taking on a challenge (unless it’s fitness related).
Throughout her time with us, Rhianna has built a strong rapport with both candidates and clients. Her primary goal is to ensure her clients find fantastic candidates and her candidates find great yachts and crew. She loves connecting with people and learning a little bit about them.
Outside of work, Rhianna is a lover of the mountains and always tries to hike whenever she's on holiday. She has travelled to 18 countries so far and has more places on her list to explore. Growing up, she was a competitive cheerleader, a passion that she still holds.
