Hi, I am Tilly. Since early 2025, I’ve worked as the Interior Recruitment Consultant at Crew & Concierge, drawing on my background in hospitality and administrative roles to bring a people-focused and positive approach to recruitment.
I take pride in understanding each candidate’s goals and highlighting their strengths, while building strong, trusting relationships with clients to ensure we place individuals who genuinely fit each vessel, programme, and crew dynamic.
Attention to detail, dedication, and calm under pressure shape the way I work, and I’m proud to be part of such a collaborative team.
Throughout 2025, I spent considerable time meeting crew and clients at yacht shows and travelling to key yachting hubs. These in-person connections have deepened my industry insight and strengthened the relationships that underpin successful placements. I look forward to building on this further in 2026 as we continue to prioritise hands-on, relationship-driven recruitment.
My competitive edge and team spirit were shaped by years of riding for the Wylye Valley Mounted Games team, a fast-paced equestrian sport that taught me the value of timing, trust, and teamwork, qualities I carry into my role.
Outside of work, I enjoy running with my dogs, staying active at the gym, and unwinding at home with my beloved cat, Nacho.
