Tilly has recently joined Crew & Concierge as Junior Recruiter within our Interior Department, bringing with her a background in hospitality and administrative work, along with a naturally positive and people-focused approach. In her previous roles, she learnt the power of staying calm, organised and adaptable, especially in fast-paced environments where helping people feel understood and at ease can make all the difference. These experiences have shaped her outlook, allowing her to meet challenges with care, confidence and a solutions-driven mindset.
Eager to learn, grow and get stuck in, Tilly is thrilled to be part of such a dynamic and supportive team. Loyal, hardworking and always ready to lend a hand, she’s excited to develop her skills and contribute wherever she can, bringing her energy and enthusiasm to each day.
With a competitive edge and a strong sense of team spirit, Tilly knows what it means to work hard for a shared goal. Her time riding for the Wylye Valley Mounted Games team, a fast, adrenaline-fuelled equestrian sport, taught her how vital trust, timing, and teamwork are to success.
Outside of work, Tilly loves running with the dogs, heading to the gym, and embracing life’s quieter moments, especially when curled up at home with her beloved cat, Nacho.
