Sole Chef - CC7575 - 35m Motor Yacht
Role & Responsibilities
We are urgently seeking an experienced Chef to join a 35m Motor Yacht, which is chartered ideally between 24th–25th August, with the latest start date being 27th–28th August, until the second week of September. The role is to assist with a 1-week charter and a delivery back to Spain, although if you are only available for the charter period, this can also be considered. You will be catering for 7 crew and up to 10 guests, though guest numbers for this trip are expected to be lower.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3+ years’ yachting experience on similar-sized vessels, with solid charter experience, able to work confidently with dietary requirements, preference sheets, last-minute changes, and guest requests. Depending on your start date, there will be a handover with the current chef. This is a vessel we know very well, with a fantastic crew and Captain on board.

The galley department is seeking a temporary Sole Chef to join a 30m new-build motor yacht for the month of September, from 1st September to 5th October. The role will start in Italy and finish in Spain.
This is a private vessel about to be launched, and you will complete three short trips with the owner, hosting 2–5 guests on board alongside 5 crew members. The crew is a friendly mix of nationalities. We are looking for someone with previous yachting experience, confident in producing high-quality dishes, including Asian cuisine, and able to work from preference sheets and meet dietary requirements, particularly vegan. We are currently looking for a talented Sole Chef to join a 45m+ new build Motor Yacht, launched at the beginning of 2025. The yacht operates privately and for charter, with 8 crew and 10 guests on board. You will join the vessel ideally as soon as possible to finish the summer season in the Mediterranean before crossing to the Caribbean for the winter.
The yacht will be chartering extensively, so we are looking for an experienced Chef with at least 3 years working as Sole Chef on a similar-sized vessel, ideally with proven charter experience.

Crew & Concierge is seeking an experienced Sole Chef to join a 35m motor yacht that operates both privately and for charter. This is a busy, dual-season vessel, currently cruising the Mediterranean for the remainder of the summer before crossing to the Caribbean and then on to the U.S., where it will operate solely privately from April 2026.
The yacht runs with 7 crew and accommodates up to 10 guests. Charter experience is essential as this will be a busy season, with trips usually consisting of family-style groups, though this could change once the vessel begins its Caribbean program. There are no specific dietary requirements for the owners or crew, but the chef must be confident in adapting menus to varied guest preferences. The guests enjoy Caribbean-style, Italian, healthy, and diverse cuisine.
We are looking for someone with at least 2 years’ experience as a Sole Chef in the yachting industry. The role can be seasonal until March 2026 during the busy charter period, or permanent for the right candidate.

Service Stewardess - CC7558
Role & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a Service Stewardess to join a private estate in Palma. This estate is located 20 minutes away from the centre, so it is essential that you drive. This is a 30-hour-a-week position that requires you to be part of their rota/schedule. You will be required to work at least one weekend a month, too. This role is very much service-focused with little to no housekeeping involved. As the Service Stewardess, you will be responsible for setting the table and creating napkin folds and flower arrangements. There will be lots of dinners and events throughout the year, so someone who is able to keep up with the fast pace is essential. Yacht experience is preferred for this role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to transition to land and be based in Palma. You will be working on a Spanish working contract, so applicants need to be legally able to work in Spain. Sadly, UK passports without residency cannot be accepted.
You will also need to have accommodation in Palma as this is a LIVE OUT ROLE.
