Very exciting Chief Stewardess role has just come in on a 50m+ private motor yacht. Which is coming out of the yard and will be operating a dual-season programme, spending the upcoming winter in the Caribbean and the States, then cruising the Mediterranean for the next summer season. We are looking for an experienced Deckhand to join a 55m private motor yacht. The successful candidate will join the vessel in the USA, so a valid B1/B2 visa is required. The yacht will then cross to the Mediterranean for summer 2027.

The ideal candidate will have at least one full season of experience on a similar-sized yacht, along with strong tender driving skills. Crew and Concierge are seeking a highly experienced ETO / AVIT to join the engineering department on board a 78m motor yacht, on a permanent 2:2 rotational basis. This is a busy charter vessel with an extensive international cruising programme, fitted with extensive modern AV/IT infrastructure and advanced onboard electrical systems.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years professional yachting experience as an ETO/AVIT, ideally on board vessels of 60m+ or comparable technical complexity. A strong electrical background is essential, alongside solid AV/IT and network experience, with the ability to fault find and problem solve independently and take full ownership of technical issues through to resolution. Previous charter yacht experience, along with exposure to complex electrical or automation systems, would be a strong advantage.

You will be part of a close-knit crew of five and, as the Sole Stewardess, will take full responsibility for the interior. The role will be very hands-on, covering guest service, housekeeping, laundry and the overall upkeep and organisation of the interior. Service onboard is generally polished and high-end, but relaxed rather than overly formal, so we are looking for someone who understands how to provide an excellent guest experience while still maintaining a warm and approachable atmosphere.

As the yacht will be sailing for a good majority of the programme, previous sailing yacht experience is highly desirable. Around two years of yachting experience is key, and the ideal candidate will be confident working independently, have a strong understanding of yachting and be comfortable with the demands of a sailing yacht. As the Sole Chef, you will be responsible for catering for five crew and up to six guests, although there will typically be just two guests on board. Strong expertise in traditional Italian cuisine is essential, alongside the ability to consistently produce high-quality dishes. The owners favour fresh Mediterranean and Asian cuisine, with Italian and Japanese dishes being particular favourites. They also enjoy plenty of fresh fish, with shellfish and crustaceans not forming part of their diet.

You should be flexible and confident catering to a range of dietary requirements and preferences, particularly when guests are on board. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, self-motivated and adaptable, with a genuine passion for cooking and the ability to work independently. Crew & Concierge is currently recruiting for a Head Chef to join a 60m motor yacht. This is a permanent position onboard a fully private vessel operating a single-season programme throughout the Mediterranean during the summer.

Crew & Concierge are looking for an experienced Commercial Captain to join a barge operating out of the Port of Aberdeen on an initial 6-month contract, with the potential for the role to become permanent. The position is due to commence in late July/early August and operates primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work depending on operational requirements.

As Captain, you will be responsible for the safe operation and navigation of the vessel, overseeing all onboard operations while ensuring full compliance with company procedures and industry regulations. Working closely with the Deckhand/Mate and Engineer, you will ensure the safe and efficient day-to-day running of the vessel, supporting a collaborative and hands-on working environment.

You will maintain all vessel documentation and statutory records, liaise with port authorities, terminals, and shore-based operations, and ensure the highest standards of safety, environmental compliance, and operational efficiency are maintained. Supporting a fleet of event vessels operating on the River Thames, this is a varied and hands-on role responsible for ensuring vessels remain safe, reliable and fully operational throughout a busy events schedule.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of marine systems, including engines, hotel systems, pumping systems, electrical equipment and galley machinery. You will also support vessel operations, assist with event preparation and pack-down, and work closely with the wider team to ensure each vessel is ready for daily operations.

The fleet includes three passenger vessels hosting a variety of events, including weddings, corporate functions, birthday celebrations and restaurant cruises.
