Deckhand - CC7526 - Motor Yacht
Role & Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Deckhand to join a 35m motor yacht for an exciting summer season. The vessel follows a Mediterranean cruising itinerary during the summer months and remains in Europe over the winter. It runs as a dual-purpose yacht, operating privately while also accommodating a number of charter guests, with trips already scheduled. The yacht carries a variety of water toys and features a large chase boat, so the ideal candidate will be confident handling and driving larger tenders, as well as assisting with guest water sports and activities. Crew & Concierge are currently seeking a Deck/Stew to join a 25m sailing yacht for the summer season. This is a seasonal position, starting ASAP and running until the end of October. The yacht is a single-season, private vessel with the possibility of occasional charters, cruising around the Mediterranean for the summer. Role & Responsibilities
This can be a temporary position for someone looking for a short-term contract, but ideally, the program is seeking a permanent First Mate. There is flexibility to wait for the right candidate, especially if they bring the right experience and attitude.
An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced and passionate sailor to join a 45m sailing yacht as First Mate. The vessel runs both privately and for charter, with a lovely, down-to-earth owner who enjoys getting to know the crew and being part of a family-style onboard dynamic.
The yacht is currently cruising the Mediterranean for the summer and will head to the yard for 2–3 months at the end of the season before setting sail for the Pacific. The successful candidate will join a close-knit crew of 7, working alongside a supportive Captain and team. As First Mate, you will oversee the Deckhand and assist in the day-to-day operations of the vessel, including ISM, SMS, SOP manuals, and general compliance.
Applicants should have at least two years of experience on a similar-sized vessel, hold a Yachtmaster Offshore (commercially endorsed), and bring a confident sailing background, ideally having grown up sailing. Candidates who are working toward their OOW modules or plan to begin will be at an advantage. We are currently looking for a Captain to join a new Sunreef eco power catamaran. This is a dual-season, charter-focused vessel cruising the Mediterranean in the summer and the Caribbean in the winter, with back-to-back charters scheduled throughout both seasons and owner trips planned during the low season. You’ll be leading a crew of three (Chef, Deckhand, and Stewardess) and must have proven experience running similar-sized vessels. Role & Responsibilities
Crew & Concierge are currently looking for a Hybrid Officer to join a 75m+ Motor Yacht. This is a unique opportunity, as the role is a hybrid position combining both Third Officer and Bosun responsibilities to cover other crew members’ leave. The vessel is dual season, private, cruising the Mediterranean for the summer before heading to the Caribbean. This will be its first summer season as the yacht is a new build. It’s an exciting opportunity to join a fresh, dynamic programme.
We are looking for someone who already holds their OOW and is completely comfortable on the bridge, assisting with paperwork, as well as being hands-on out on deck. This is not a purely bridge-based role, so you must be happy to get stuck in wherever needed. The rotation is 2:1, meaning you will spend one month as Third Officer and the following month as Bosun, so flexibility and the ability to adapt between roles are essential.
You must have at least three years of experience in the industry and be confident with both bridge and deck duties, as well as driving large tenders and working within a busy programme. We are currently seeking a Deck/Stewardess to join a 30m private sailing yacht. This role will begin as a seasonal position through to September, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The yacht, which operates year-round, will be cruising the U.S. throughout the summer, followed by a winter season in the Caribbean. Plans are already in place to head toward the Pacific in 2026. As part of a crew of 4, this position involves an even 50/50 split between interior and deck duties. We are currently searching for a Deckhand to join a 70m+ private Sailing Yacht. At the moment, the vessel is completing an extensive refit in Europe. We are looking for a confident and motivated candidate with at least 1 year of experience on a 40m+ sailing or motor yacht. During the refit, the crew is reduced to 7, but the vessel typically runs with a team of 15+, including 8 deck crew (when operational). You’ll be working as part of a team of four deckhands, plus the Bosun and Officers. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a yacht with a strong track record of crew retention, a great working environment, and a focus on crew development.
