Crew and Concierge are seeking an Engineer to join a private 40 metre sailing yacht on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for a keen sailor who holds their SV EOOW as a minimum, as the vessel is going to be involved in a super yacht regatta at the end of the season. You must be available ASAP and will be on board for the following 2 weeks.

The yacht operates with a small, close-knit core crew of five permanent members, creating a highly collaborative and practical working environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an Engineer with a genuine passion for sailing, performance yachts, and racing programmes, who enjoys being fully involved in all aspects of the vessel's operation for the duration of this temporary role. We are looking for an experienced Deckhand to join a 55m private motor yacht. The successful candidate will join the vessel in the USA, so a valid B1/B2 visa is required. The yacht is currently completing a yard period before heading to the Caribbean for the winter season, where it will operate with the owners coming and going, offering a varied and dynamic onboard environment. The yacht will then cross to the Mediterranean for summer 2027.

The ideal candidate will have at least one full season of experience on a similar-sized yacht, along with strong tender driving skills. The yacht operates both a 10m tender and a 5m jet tender, so confidence on the water is important. You will join a six-person deck team within a total crew of 13, working alongside two other Deckhands, the Bosun and Officers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and high standards onboard. Additional skills or interests in fishing and watersports would be a bonus.

Crew & Concierge is currently seeking an experienced Cook/Stew, ideally coupled with a Captain/Engineer, to join a private sailing yacht for the Oyster World Rally. The couple will join the yacht in Australia before sailing across the Indian Ocean to Cape Town. Following a planned yard period and Christmas/New Year, the yacht will continue towards Antigua, with stops including Brazil. The yacht will be travelling alongside approximately 20 other vessels, creating a supportive and sociable cruising environment.

As Cook/Stew, you will take responsibility for the galley and interior, preparing fresh, healthy meals for the owners and crew. Duties will include cooking, menu planning, provisioning, housekeeping, laundry and maintaining the interior to a high standard. The female owner also enjoys cooking and may occasionally get involved in the galley, so a collaborative and flexible approach is important.

World Cruising

Crew & Concierge is currently seeking an experienced Captain / Engineer & Cook/Stew couple to join a beautiful private sailing yacht. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-run vessel with lovely owners, an incredible offshore sailing programme, and the chance to gain extensive ocean passage experience. The successful couple will join the yacht in Australia before embarking on the Oyster Rally, with the programme taking the vessel across the Indian Ocean to Cape Town. We are looking for an experienced sailor with strong offshore and ocean passage experience, alongside solid practical engineering knowledge. The Captain / Engineer will be responsible for the safe operation of the vessel, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting onboard systems and ensuring the yacht is maintained to a high standard throughout the voyage.

Candidates should ideally hold a Yachtmaster Ocean, although those with strong offshore experience will also be considered where they can demonstrate proven ocean passage experience. Previous Captain experience is highly desirable, but the owners are open to considering an experienced Mate who is ready to step into their first Captain position, provided they have the right attitude, strong sailing ability and confidence to take on the responsibility.

For the Cook/Stew, the role will involve preparing fresh, healthy meals for the owners and crew, with the female owner also enjoying getting involved in the galley from time to time. Crew and Concierge are seeking a highly experienced ETO / AVIT to join the engineering department on board a 78m motor yacht, on a permanent 2:2 rotational basis. This is a busy charter vessel with an extensive international cruising programme, fitted with extensive modern AV/IT infrastructure and advanced onboard electrical systems.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years professional yachting experience as an ETO/AVIT, ideally on board vessels of 60m+ or comparable technical complexity. A strong electrical background is essential, alongside solid AV/IT and network experience, with the ability to fault find and problem solve independently and take full ownership of technical issues through to resolution. Previous charter yacht experience, along with exposure to complex electrical or automation systems, would be a strong advantage.

On board, the successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Engineer and wider engineering team in a fast paced, guest focused environment, with rapid and discreet fault resolution being key during charter operations. The role offers a 2 months on, 2 months off rotation.

You will be part of a close-knit crew of five and, as the Sole Stewardess, will take full responsibility for the interior. The role will be very hands-on, covering guest service, housekeeping, laundry and the overall upkeep and organisation of the interior. Service onboard is generally polished and high-end, but relaxed rather than overly formal, so we are looking for someone who understands how to provide an excellent guest experience while still maintaining a warm and approachable atmosphere.

As the yacht will be sailing for a good majority of the programme, previous sailing yacht experience is highly desirable. Around two years of yachting experience is key, and the ideal candidate will be confident working independently, have a strong understanding of yachting and be comfortable with the demands of a sailing yacht. The successful candidate will be a positive, adaptable and hands-on team player who is happy to take full ownership of the interior while working closely with the rest of the crew. A genuine enthusiasm for world cruising and adventure would be a huge bonus.

Crew & Concierge are currently seeking a talented Chef to join a 35m+ Sailing Yacht in March 2026. This is a private vessel with an exciting world-cruising programme planned. The successful candidate will join the yacht in the United States, where it will remain until Christmas before commencing its world-cruising itinerary.

As the Sole Chef, you will be responsible for catering for five crew and up to six guests, although there will typically be just two guests on board. Strong expertise in traditional Italian cuisine is essential, alongside the ability to consistently produce high-quality dishes. The owners favour fresh Mediterranean and Asian cuisine, with Italian and Japanese dishes being particular favourites. They also enjoy plenty of fresh fish, with shellfish and crustaceans not forming part of their diet.

You should be flexible and confident catering to a range of dietary requirements and preferences, particularly when guests are on board. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, self-motivated and adaptable, with a genuine passion for cooking and the ability to work independently. A positive attitude, strong communication skills and the ability to efficiently manage all aspects of the galley are key to succeeding in this role.

You will join an interior team of six, with approximately 70% of the role focused on housekeeping and laundry and 30% on spa duties. Working alongside another Spa Stewardess, you may provide up to four treatments per day while on trip. Confidence in massages, facials, manicures and pedicures is essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, servicing and repair of multiple vessels, ensuring the fleet remains safe, compliant and fully operational. Day-to-day duties will include planned preventative maintenance, responding to breakdowns, coordinating refits, managing engineering stock and producing maintenance reports, while also supervising and mentoring two junior engineers. Working closely with the Fleet Captain, you will play a key role in planning engineering works and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently.

This role offers a high level of autonomy, allowing you to manage your own workload while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day engineering of the fleet. It would suit an experienced marine engineer with a strong commercial background who is looking to transition into a leadership position without losing the hands-on aspect of the role. - Holds EOOW certification.
- Proven experience working as a Marine Engineer within a commercial vessel environment.
- Strong fault-finding skills with experience across mechanical, hydraulic and vessel systems.
- Previous experience managing maintenance schedules, refits and supporting multiple vessels.
- A proactive, organised engineer who can work independently while communicating effectively with vessel crews and senior management
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
