We have a wonderful opportunity for an expert tender/chase boat driver to be a land-based Tender Driver based in the Bahamas with occasional trips to areas in the States and the summer in Mallorca. Accommodation is provided by the marina in the Bahamas with facilities such as a swimming pool, gym, ice bath, steam room, sauna and paddle courts. The role will include driving the 43ft and 33ft tenders when required, usually after the owner has finished work so you will need to have everything ready to go and be organised. You will need to be confident with driving a truck while towing one of the tenders. You will be responsible for the maintenance of the truck and vessels so good engineering knowledge and problem-solving are required. However, you will have opportunities to make connections within the marina and surrounding areas. This role will suit someone happy to work independently, is organised and enjoys fitness.

This is a temporary position with the opportunity to turn permanent for the right candidate! To be considered for this role, you must have at least one year of experience, working on the same vessel, or completing two seasons. As the Stewardess, you will be working as part of an interior team of 4, rotating throughout the whole of the interior. Service experience on a yacht is a MUST and you need to be confident in cocktail making. A B1B2 visa in hand is required for the candidate to be considered for the permanent role.

We are currently looking for a 2nd Engineer to join a 60m Motor Yacht. This is a busy private vessel that offers 10 weeks on and 10 weeks off rotation. You will be required to hold a Y3 and be ready to join the vessel at the end of May. We are looking for a candidate who has some nice longevity and is looking to work on a stable programme. The boat is heavily used and you will be working closely with the Chief Engineer to ensure a smooth running. The vessel is State based all year round so you must be comfortable with this.

We are currently looking for a Head Chef to join a 75m+ New Build Motor Yacht. The vessel is private but will operate commercially. This is an exciting and busy role, where you will get the chance to be involved in the latter stages of a build, helping to set up the galley and build your own team. The boat will launch near the end of the summer and have a short season with a few boss trips. We are looking for someone who has a range of experience with fine dining and Michelin-level cuisine, and a strong knowledge of international cuisine. You must be flexible.

We have an exciting position for a Chief Stewardess to join a 75m+ New Build Motor Yacht. The vessel is private but will operate commercially. This is going to be a busy role as you will be involved with the setup of the interior alongside the current Chief Stewardess. The boat will be launched later this summer so the position is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking for a new challenge and would like to be involved in a project from the latter stages of a build. You will be in charge of recruiting and training your team ahead of the start of the first season. There will be an interior team of 8 who will be most likely split into departments.
The ideal candidate will have previous build experience but if you have been working on a 70m Motor Yacht as Chief Stewardess or Interior Manager for a substantial amount of time and are looking for your next opportunity, you will be considered.

We are currently looking for a Stewardess/Masseuse/Beautician to join a brilliant 70m Motor Yacht, which is a busy private vessel. The vessel is currently located in the States and will be crossing to the Med shortly. For the summer of 2024, the vessel with be cruising the Med all season, before heading to the yard and then finishing the winter season of 2024 in the Caribbean. To be considered for this role, you must be a fully qualified massage therapist/beautician, and be confident in your skills! The ideal candidate will have 1 season of experience and have experience working landbase in a spa or salon. As the Stewardess/Masseuse, you will be working as part of an interior team of 5-6 (depending on rotation). You will be offering massages to guests upon request, when not offering treatments, you will find yourself rotating through service and housekeeping. We are looking for someone who wants to gain some good longevity and work as part of a long-standing crew. If you have a B1B2 visa in hand, this will be a huge bonus!

We are currently looking for a Junior Purser / Administration Stewardess to join a 75m Motor Yacht. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Purser or Aspiring Purser to join a vessel which has a great opportunity for you to grow and progress. The role will still be split so boss on it will be mainly Purser / Administration duties although boss off, you will be required 75% of the time to help in the interior. We are looking for someone to join in May and this will be a full time role until the end of the summer season. There are then talks of rotation once the summer is complete. The boat is a busy private vessel that will actually spend the summer in the Caribbean this year, they may have a few trips to the Bahamas and the States also. It is a single-season vessel with usually just the owner onboard who loves to sail, so a competent sailor with 1-2 years of experience is required. You will also need your Yachtmaster Offshore and be confident with deck maintenance and tender driving.
