Worldwide cruising 

We are currently seeking a Sole Engineer to join the 30-meter motor yacht, a single-season private and charter yacht, with a focus on charter operations. The vessel is based in Malta for the winter season and cruises around the Mediterranean for the summer, running back-to-back charters. Owner trips occur occasionally, but the programme is predominantly charter-based. You will work alongside a crew of seven and have sole responsibility for managing the engineering department.

The ideal candidate holds a minimum Y3 CoC, has 2–3 years of yachting experience, and is confident in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing all onboard systems. Charter experience is a bonus but not essential. The candidate should be hands-on, proactive, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities include overseeing all mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, conducting preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing faults, managing spare parts, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining engineering logs. The Sole Engineer will also support dockside periods and liaise with contractors as needed.

This vessel is well-known to us, and we have previously placed crew onboard with only positive feedback.

The Engineering Department at Crew and Concierge is seeking a Chief Engineer to join a 55m sailing yacht with an exciting regatta program. This is a dynamic, fast-paced position ideally suited to an engineer with a genuine passion for sailing and the drive to perform at the highest level.

A Y3 ticket is required as a minimum, and prior experience on sailing yachts is essential. With a Second Engineer already in place, previous experience managing a 2nd. would be highly beneficial. The vessel is commercially endorsed but is currently private and does not charter. It runs a dual-season program, cruising the Mediterranean in the summer and the Caribbean in the winter.

This role offers a 2:2 rotation with a salary dependent on experience and presents an excellent opportunity for an engineer eager to take on a rewarding position aboard a competitive sailing yacht. We are currently looking for a temporary Deckhand to join a 75m+ motor yacht during the winter period while it is based in a European shipyard for a major refit. Crew & Concierge are currently looking for a Bosun to join a 60m+ sailing yacht, which is a new build operating dual seasons. The vessel is currently based in the Mediterranean, where you will join the crew before they head to the Caribbean for boss trips and regattas, returning to the Mediterranean for the summer season of 2026.

The yacht operates with 5 out on deck, a Chief Officer, Second Officer, Bosun and a Deckhand, you'll be managing and overseeing. We are looking for a candidate holding at least a Yachtmaster Offshore, and a diving ticket would be a significant advantage. The role is suitable for either someone with previous First Mate experience seeking a step onto a larger vessel or an experienced Deckhand ready to take on their first Bosun position.

The ideal candidate will be a strong sailor with proven sailing experience and good longevity on previous vessels; please note, the client will only consider candidates who have spent a minimum of one year onboard their previous yacht, as longevity is key. A thorough knowledge of deck maintenance products is essential, along with well-rounded skills in sailing, seamanship, deck practices, and rope work.

You will be responsible for carrying out and overseeing planned and preventative maintenance on all deck hardware and rigging, including spending considerable time working aloft. Prior experience with planned and preventative maintenance software, such as IDEA, would be beneficial but is not essential. Additionally, experience in maintaining LSA and FFE equipment and administering a safety maintenance system to a high standard is required.

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Deck/Engineer to join a 30m dual-season sailing yacht. The vessel operates both private and charter and will spend the upcoming winter in the shipyard in Spain ahead of a busy summer cruising the Mediterranean in 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to join a yacht with strong crew longevity and a highly respected Captain.

Working closely with the First Mate, you will be a confident and intuitive sailor with proven experience handling sails, winches, high loads, and all aspects of sailing. You must hold a Yachtmaster Offshore, AEC 1 and 2, and be comfortable standing solo night watches during passages. During charters, the role is very deck-focused, so we are seeking someone with plenty of energy who enjoys working outdoors, is physically fit for handling equipment, and happy to spend long days on deck, including tender driving and supporting watersports activities.

Alongside your deck duties, you will also take responsibility for engineering tasks. While this is not a full-time engineering role, it requires a strong technical mindset, good problem-solving ability, and an organised, methodical approach to maintenance. You should be confident with day-to-day troubleshooting and supporting the smooth running of all systems onboard.

This is a unique yacht with an outstanding reputation, historically operating a dual-season programme between the Mediterranean in summer and the Caribbean in winter. The vessel is renowned for its high standards, experienced crew, and excellent crew retention.

We are looking for a motivated and skilled sailor, ideally with at least one year of experience on a sailing yacht. Unfortunately, junior crew cannot be considered at this stage. A minimum of Yachtmaster or Yacht Rating is preferred. During the refit, the crew is operating with a reduced team of seven, providing a hands-on learning environment and the chance to work closely with senior crew members. As Sole Chef, you will be responsible for catering for up to 8 guests, though on average you’ll cook for 2, along with a crew of 10–12. We are looking for someone with proven experience in the yachting industry, ideally having worked as Head or Sole Chef on a similar-sized vessel. The owners enjoy homely, fresh flavours, and we are seeking a chef who can adapt easily, from relaxed buffet-style service when it’s just the family on board to more refined plated service when entertaining guests.

The preferred style is Mediterranean with some Asian influences, and you should be confident in preparing fresh fish and working flexibly with varied requests. Dietary requirements include one family member who is gluten-free (celiac) and another who reduces lactose. The owners typically spend long weekends onboard, one extended trip per season, and Christmas.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering 40 hours per week, with flexibility for occasional overtime.

You will be part of a professional kitchen team of seven, with additional freelance support brought in as needed. During service, typically 2–3 chefs work together to deliver high-quality meals. Shifts are split between mornings (breakfast and lunch) and evenings (afternoon snacks and dinner).

The role requires experience preparing a wide variety of cuisines, including gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options, for around 60 guests at a time, sometimes more. Land-based restaurant experience is essential, while previous yachting experience is considered a bonus.

An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced and exceptionally detail‑oriented House Manager with advanced wardrobe management and luxury care expertise to join a dynamic, high‑profile family in Dubai. This is a hands‑on role in the early stages, requiring a professional who can lead by example, showing and training the team to achieve the exacting standards expected in a world‑class household. Over time, this position will grow into a senior leadership role overseeing multiple residences and staff internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

Initial Stages:
Hands‑on management of all household operations with a focus on impeccable standards and presentation.
Overseeing and training 1+ housekeepers to ensure every task meets the family’s exact requirements.
Expert wardrobe management:
Comprehensive knowledge of caring for high‑end garments, couture pieces, delicate fabrics (silk, cashmere, fine linens), and luxury accessories.
Organising seasonal rotations, cataloguing, storage, and maintaining garments in perfect condition.
Oversight of fine furnishings and finishes, ensuring luxury materials, surfaces, and décor are maintained and protected to the highest level.
Coordination with drivers, private aviation teams, and external vendors to remove administrative and logistical burdens from the family.
Acting as the main point of contact for all day‑to‑day household requirements, ensuring seamless service.

Development of the Role (medium to long term):
Working with architects, designers, and contractors during the commissioning of a new property.
Recruiting, training, and managing additional household staff across multiple residences.
Transitioning into a Chief of Staff position, overseeing operations and standards across an international portfolio of homes.

Proven experience in ultra‑high‑net‑worth private service (Ideally as a House Manager, Wardrobe Manager, or similar senior household role).
Someone who is used to exacting standards, high-pressure service, and luxury environments.
A genuine eye for detail and pride in maintaining the highest standards.
Demonstrated expertise in the care of couture clothing, delicate fabrics, and high‑value furnishings.
A calm, professional presence with the ability to lead a team by example.
Highly organised, proactive, and discreet, with excellent communication skills.
Flexible and willing to be hands‑on initially, with the drive and vision to grow into a senior leadership role.
Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.

We are currently looking for a Service Stewardess to join a private estate in Palma. This estate is located 20 minutes away from the centre, so it is essential that you drive. This is a 30-hour-a-week position that requires you to be part of their rota/schedule. You will be required to work at least one weekend a month, too. This role is very much service-focused with little to no housekeeping involved. As the Service Stewardess, you will be responsible for setting the table and creating napkin folds and flower arrangements. There will be lots of dinners and events throughout the year, so someone who is able to keep up with the fast pace is essential. Yacht experience is preferred for this role.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to transition to land and be based in Palma. You will be working on a Spanish working contract, so applicants need to be legally able to work in Spain. Sadly, UK passports without residency cannot be accepted.
You will also need to have accommodation in Palma as this is a LIVE OUT ROLE.

Crew & Concierge’s Interior Department is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate Chief Stewardess to join a 55m+ private Sailing Yacht with a small, tight-knit interior team of three. You’ll join the vessel in Europe, where you will then head off the beaten track for an adventurous winter season. This hands-on role requires a confident leader with a proactive mindset, strong service standards, and a calm, can-do attitude.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience as a Chief Stewardess, with previous sailing yacht experience considered a strong advantage. You’ll be stepping into a positive, sociable, and friendly crew environment, where teamwork and a supportive atmosphere are genuinely valued.
