The ideal candidate will have strong laundry experience, particularly with guest laundry and the care of delicate, high-end fabrics. You must have at least a year's worth of experience within the yachting industry.

Crew & Concierge are urgently seeking a Temporary Second Engineer to join a 90m private and charter motor yacht currently undergoing an extensive refit in the United States. This is an urgent requirement, and we are looking for a candidate who can join as soon as possible. This temporary contract is focused entirely on supporting the vessel throughout its shipyard period, making it an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys hands-on technical work, maintenance and refit projects.

We are looking for a Second Engineer with previous experience on motor yachts, ideally 60m+, or a strong engineering background that would allow them to integrate quickly into a large engineering team. Previous shipyard or refit experience would be advantageous, but the most important qualities are a proactive attitude, solid fault-finding ability and a willingness to get stuck into a busy yard period. Candidates should hold an appropriate engineering qualification, with a Y1 or equivalent being beneficial but not essential.

Working closely with the Chief Engineer, Third Engineer, ETO/AVIT and Fourth Engineer, you will assist with all aspects of the refit. Responsibilities will include planned maintenance, machinery servicing, assisting with contractor works, troubleshooting technical issues, system upgrades, commissioning equipment following installation and supporting the wider engineering team to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Crew & Concierge is currently recruiting for a Head Chef to join a 60m motor yacht. This is a permanent position onboard a fully private vessel operating a single-season programme throughout the Mediterranean during the summer.

The successful candidate will cater for up to 18 guests. A dedicated Crew Chef is already onboard and takes responsibility for all crew meals; however, the Head Chef will be expected to manage, support and direct them while overseeing the overall operation of the galley.

The owners have no dietary requirements and enjoy light, healthy Mediterranean cuisine, alongside a good selection of Arabic dishes. They also have a private Executive Chef who occasionally joins the yacht and assists with their preferred Arabic cuisine, so the Head Chef must be collaborative and comfortable working alongside them when required.

This is a busy and demanding summer programme, and the successful candidate must be extremely flexible and able to adapt to changes in the owners’ schedule. Leave will need to be taken at times convenient to the programme; however, the intensity of the season is rewarded with plenty of time off once the summer has concluded.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Stewardess/Masseuse/Beautician to join a 75m private and charter motor yacht on a 4:2 rotation. The yacht follows a dual-season programme, cruising the Mediterranean for summer before heading to the Caribbean for winter 2026. Charters are already booked, so candidates must be comfortable working in a busy, high-standard environment.

You will join an interior team of six, with approximately 70% of the role focused on housekeeping and laundry and 30% on spa duties. Working alongside another Spa Stewardess, you may provide up to four treatments per day while on trip. Confidence in massages, facials, manicures and pedicures is essential.

The team needs someone hands-on, positive and genuinely happy to support every area of the interior. A team-player attitude, excellent attention to detail and no ego are essential. Candidates must have at least one year’s yachting experience, with experience aboard larger vessels considered a bonus. This is a close-knit, sociable crew with good longevity and opportunities to develop.

A B1/B2 visa and, where required, a Schengen visa must already be held.

We are looking for a Sole Stewardess to join a 25m private sailing yacht. The yacht is owned by a long-standing and trusted client and will operate privately throughout the Mediterranean summer season, before heading to the Caribbean for the winter. With a crew of four onboard, we are seeking someone who is proactive, organised, and a strong communicator, able to fit well within a close-knit team.

This is a true sole position, so you must be confident in independently managing all interior duties, including housekeeping, laundry, service, and general organisation. You will be fully responsible for maintaining high standards across the interior, so strong time management and attention to detail are essential.

Candidates should have at least one to two full seasons of experience and be comfortable running the interior alone. A positive and adaptable attitude is important, as the programme can be busy with guest trips throughout the season. We are not seeking a Michelin-trained chef or someone focused on fine dining who wants to showcase their skills. Instead, we are looking for someone who takes pride in producing simple, nutritious food to an exceptionally high standard, with an emphasis on flavour, presentation and consistency. Working closely with the family's nutritionist, you will prepare balanced meals that align with the Principal's dietary requirements and nutritional goals. You will primarily be catering for 1-3 people, with only occasional meals for a handful of guests. This is not a role centred around formal entertaining or large dinner parties; the focus is on supporting the family's day-to-day lifestyle through healthy, well-executed cooking.

Crew & Concierge are currently recruiting for an experienced Head of Housekeeping / House Manager to oversee the year-round management of a substantial UHNW private residence in Weybridge, Surrey.

This property serves as the family's UK residence and is occupied for approximately three months of the year, acting as their base while travelling throughout Europe. During quieter periods, this position operates on an annualised contract averaging 30–35 hours per week, with increased flexibility and availability required when the family are in residence.

This is an incredibly varied, hands-on role where no two days will be the same. One day may be spent ensuring the property is impeccably presented ahead of the family's arrival, making beds, preparing guest rooms and carrying out housekeeping duties, while the next could involve coordinating contractors, overseeing maintenance works, managing suppliers and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the estate. They are looking for a proactive, organised and dependable individual who enjoys taking ownership of a property and maintaining exceptionally high standards.

The successful candidate will oversee the daily running of the residence, carrying out regular property inspections, organising storage areas, maintaining household inventories, monitoring stock levels, managing post and deliveries, running errands and ensuring the home remains immaculate throughout the year. Crew & Concierge are looking for an experienced Commercial Captain to join a barge operating out of the Port of Aberdeen on an initial 6-month contract, with the potential for the role to become permanent. The position is due to commence in late July/early August and operates primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work depending on operational requirements.

As Captain, you will be responsible for the safe operation and navigation of the vessel, overseeing all onboard operations while ensuring full compliance with company procedures and industry regulations. Working closely with the Deckhand/Mate and Engineer, you will ensure the safe and efficient day-to-day running of the vessel, supporting a collaborative and hands-on working environment.

You will maintain all vessel documentation and statutory records, liaise with port authorities, terminals, and shore-based operations, and ensure the highest standards of safety, environmental compliance, and operational efficiency are maintained. You will also lead and mentor the crew, promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring all onboard operations are carried out to the highest standard.

Due to the nature of the operation, we are specifically looking for a Captain with proven experience handling heavy commercial vessels, ideally with extensive experience manoeuvring barges or similar vessels when fully laden with fuel or cargo. Equally important is the ability to confidently manoeuvre the vessel when it is lightship or carrying minimal load, as handling characteristics differ significantly. Candidates should be comfortable adapting to these changing conditions and have the practical vessel handling skills to operate safely and efficiently in a busy commercial port environment.

Supporting a fleet of event vessels operating on the River Thames, this is a varied and hands-on role responsible for ensuring vessels remain safe, reliable and fully operational throughout a busy events schedule.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of marine systems, including engines, hotel systems, pumping systems, electrical equipment and galley machinery. You will also support vessel operations, assist with event preparation and pack-down, and work closely with the wider team to ensure each vessel is ready for daily operations.

The fleet includes three passenger vessels hosting a variety of events, including weddings, corporate functions, birthday celebrations and restaurant cruises. The vessel has an exciting programme planned throughout the relief period, beginning with a 10-day owner trip around the Balearic Islands, followed by approximately two weeks alongside in Palma preparing for an upcoming regatta, before finishing with a delivery to Porto Cervo.
