Beatrice is a Recruitment Resourcer passionate about connecting people and finding the right fit for every role. Before stepping into recruitment, she spent four years in customer service, where she developed strong administrative skills and gained hands-on experience managing teams in fast-paced environments.
A lifelong resident of Bath, Beatrice brings a thoughtful, organised approach to her work and enjoys building genuine relationships with both clients and candidates. She’s always eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a supportive team environment.
Outside of work, Beatrice finds joy in the simple things, spending time with her dog, Vida, taking long walks (especially in the autumn), and getting creative in the kitchen.
