We are currently seeking a motivated Stewardess to join a well-established 30m+ Motor Yacht for the upcoming summer season. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a busy programme, operating both privately and with an extensive charter schedule already confirmed throughout the season.
The interior department consists of just two team members, meaning you will work closely alongside the Chief Stewardess and gain valuable hands-on experience across all aspects of the role. This position would suit someone eager to develop their yachting career in a supportive environment where learning and professional growth are encouraged.
Ideally, candidates will have completed at least one season within the yachting industry. However, the Captain is also open to considering individuals who are new to yachting but bring a solid hospitality background, particularly those with experience in high-end restaurants, guest-facing service roles, and housekeeping.

Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking a Chief Stewardess to join a beautiful 50m+ Motor Yacht currently based in the Caribbean. The yacht will cruise the Mediterranean for the summer season and operates on a private but busy programme. It has previously run a dual-season programme but is now transitioning to a single Mediterranean season, offering a more balanced itinerary.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Chief Stewardess on a similar-sized vessel. You will be responsible for leading and managing an interior team of three, including yourself, a Second Stewardess, and a Laundrymaster. Strong leadership, organisation, and the ability to maintain high interior standards are essential.

Role & Responsibilities
The Interior Department here at Crew & Concierge is currently looking for a Second Stewardess to join a 45m Motor Yacht on a seasonal basis. The yacht is based in the Mediterranean, and they are looking for someone who is available to join ASAP. You will be working within the interior team alongside the Chief Stewardess, so we are looking for a candidate who is confident and competent in all areas of the interior, including housekeeping, laundry, and assisting with service when required.
Candidates must have 1–2 seasons of previous yachting experience, strong housekeeping and laundry skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well within a team. You must also be available to join tomorrow or Thursday.

Second Stewardess - CC7993 - 42m Motor Yacht
Role & Responsibilities
Please note that the vessel is Italian-flagged, therefore candidates MUST hold an EU passport as well as a EU Seaman’s Book in hand to be considered.
Crew and Concierge are seeking a strong Second Stewardess to join a 40m+ motor yacht. The vessel operates a single-season cruising programme, following a Mediterranean itinerary throughout the summer and being based in Italy over the winter. You will be working alongside a Chief Stewardess and a Deck/Stewardess.
We are looking for a confident and experienced Second Stewardess who can support the Chief Stewardess in the day-to-day running of the interior. The ideal candidate will be confident leading service, assisting with guest experience, and maintaining exceptionally high interior standards throughout the vessel. Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar role and be neat, organised, detail-oriented, with a positive attitude and strong team spirit.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who can speak Italian; however, we will also consider candidates who speak French or Spanish.

We are currently seeking an experienced Rotational Chief Stewardess to join a well-established 75m+ motor yacht, offering the opportunity to become part of a growing and dynamic programme. The vessel operates both privately and for charter, cruising the Caribbean during the winter season and the Mediterranean throughout the summer. This is a busy, hands-on role working in rotation alongside an exceptional Chief Stewardess, we're looking for someone who thrives in an active interior environment and enjoys leading from the front.
To be considered, candidates must have proven charter experience along with strong longevity onboard 65m+ motor yachts, as this is essential for the role. You will oversee an interior team of eight, including the Head of Housekeeping and Head of Service, so strong leadership, organisation, and team management skills are key.
The ideal candidate will be confident in training and mentoring junior crew, lead by example, and maintain high interior standards at all times. As the Purser manages owner movements and the majority of the administration onboard, this position is heavily focused on the day-to-day running of the interior and working closely with the team in a hands-on capacity.

Crew & Concierge are seeking a Sole Stewardess to join a 30m motor yacht. This role is suited to a confident and organised Stewardess who is able to manage the interior independently while maintaining high standards of presentation and service. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, hardworking and able to manage their time effectively while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the interior.
Responsibilities will include housekeeping, detailing, service, cocktail and bar preparation, provisioning and general interior organisation. The Interior department at Crew & Concierge is currently recruiting a Housekeeping & Laundry Steward/ess to join a well-known 75m+ sailing yacht. The vessel is currently in the shipyard and will depart in time for the Mediterranean summer season. This is a dual-season programme, with plans to cruise the Caribbean during the winter season. This role will be primarily focused on crew and guest laundry, so strong stain treatment knowledge and garment care skills are essential, with a consistently high standard required at all times. The position will also involve housekeeping duties, including a solid understanding of different fabrics and the appropriate cleaning or treatment methods. A keen eye for detail when maintaining and detailing guest areas is absolutely essential.
The ideal candidate will have strong hotel experience, and while previous yachting experience would be beneficial, it is not essential. We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, a positive team-player attitude, and a strong work ethic, who is eager to join a fantastic vessel offering the opportunity to build longevity within a supportive and well-regarded crew environment.
