Crew & Concierge are currently searching for an experienced Stewardess, who is a keen sailor, to join a 20m sailing yacht for a delivery from Europe to the Mediterranean. You will join them in mid-June for 1 month. Please note that the ideal candidate will be coupled with a Mate!
As the Stewardess, you will be responsible for taking care of the entire interior, and cooking experience would be preferred. We are looking for a true team player with some wonderful all-around experience, as you will be expected to assist with watches.

Sole Stewardess - CC7401 - 35m Sailing Yacht
Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and well-rounded Sole Stewardess for a 35m private Sailing Yacht, with an immediate start required within the next few weeks. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, professional candidate looking to join a close-knit crew on a well-run vessel with a Mediterranean cruising itinerary and good usage throughout the year.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both formal and informal service, with an eye for detail and a genuine passion for the industry. You will be confident managing all interior duties solo, including housekeeping, turn-down service, and guest laundry, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation at all times. As the Sole Stewardess, you'll be proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of the interior while working closely with the rest of the crew to deliver a seamless guest experience.
The yacht is privately owned, so candidates must be adaptable, discreet, and ready to hit the ground running. Previous sailing yacht experience is a bonus but not essential; however, a can-do attitude and a flexible approach are key. This is a great position for someone who enjoys variety in their role and takes pride in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere on board.

Second Stewardess - CC7400 - 50m Motor Yacht
Role & Responsibilities
Crew & Concierge are seeking a 2nd Stewardess to join a busy private 50m+ Motor Yacht, which shadows their sailing yacht! You will join them in Spain ASAP before cruising the Mediterranean for the summer.
As the 2nd Stewardess, you will be working in an interior team of 3: the Chief Stew, yourself, and a Stew/Crew Cook. Therefore, you will be working closely with the Chief Stew in service, as well as guiding the Stew/Crew Cook in laundry & housekeeping. We are looking for candidates with, ideally, 2 seasons of experience, as you will need to be confident in all aspects of the interior. This is a great opportunity to join a vessel with a great crew dynamic, where you can grow and progress within the programme.

Purser - CC7397 - 70m Motor Yacht
Role & Responsibilities
*ROTATIONAL PURSER*
We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Purser for this fantastic 70m Motor Yacht, private and charter with a busy cruising program. You will be working closely and assisting HODs with purchasing, invoicing and delivery of stores and services. Responsible for administration, accounting and petty cash, all crew administration including payroll procurement, shipments, accounting, budgets, salary reporting, leave accounts, planning of crew changes, flights, visas, airport transfers, preparation of all paperwork for port calls, direct liaison with port agents, and further as directed by the Captain. Advanced planning and preparation for owner and guest trips working closely with the team to ensure a smooth trip is had by all. Producing itineraries with the Captain for Guest activities ashore. Must have 2+ years of experience and a background in accounting is preferred. Advanced user in Microsoft Excel.
This is a rotational position based on 2:2. To be considered for this role, we are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years in a Purser role, although someone who has worked in a dual Chief Stew/Purser role with heavy Purser duties would be considered. This is a great opportunity to get yourself onboard a great vessel!

Stew/Masseur(euse) - CC7393 - 70m Motor Yacht
Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for a warm, professional Stewardess/Masseuse to join a world-cruising private and charter Motor Yacht. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is confident delivering a range of massage treatments while also assisting with general interior duties, including housekeeping, laundry, and guest service. A key element of this role involves providing basic hair care, including blow-dries and occasional styling for guests when requested but this will not be the primary focus on your role. The ideal candidate will be flexible, well-presented, and happy to be part of a close-knit crew exploring a variety of global destinations.
Service Stewardess - CC7385
Role & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a Service Stewardess to join a private estate in Palma. This estate is located 20 minutes away from the centre, so it is essential if you drive. This is a 30 hour per week position that requires you to be part of their rota/schedule. You will be required to work at least one weekend a month, too. This role is very much service focused with little to no housekeeping involved. As the Service Stewardess, you will be responsible for setting the table and creating napkin folds, and flower arrangements. There will be lots of dinners and events throughout the year, so someone who is able to keep up with the fast pace is essential. The service team is made up of 8, as well as the F&B Managers. Yacht experience is preferred for this role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to transition to land and be based in Palma. You will be working on a Spanish working contract so applicants need to be legal to work in Spain. Sadly, UK passports without residency cannot be accepted.
You will also need to have accommodation in Palma as this is a LIVE OUT ROLE.

Chief/Lead Stewardess – 35m Private Motor Yacht
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief/Lead Stewardess to join a 35m private Motor Yacht currently in the final stages of a shipyard period in Italy. The vessel is scheduled to be ready by the end of the month and will cruise the Mediterranean for the upcoming season, used solely by a family. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high standards of service. You should be confident in leading and motivating a small interior team, and managing all aspects of the interior operation including housekeeping, laundry, table service, and guest interaction. A strong eye for detail and a proactive, hands-on attitude are essential. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, upbeat, and passionate about hospitality. Third Stewardess - CC7367 - 50m Motor Yacht
Role & Responsibilities
Are you a Stewardess looking for a new challenge? Look no further! We are actively searching for a 3rd Stew to join a private 50m Motor Yacht. You will join the vessel on the 1st of June in the States before cruising the US East Coast for the summer and the Caribbean for the winter season.
You will be working as part of an interior team of three: the Chief Stew, 2nd Stew, and yourself as the 3rd Stew. You will rotate throughout all interior duties, including housekeeping, laundry, and service. While the 2nd Stew will be guiding you in certain areas, you are expected to be proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn. We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic and enjoys being part of a close-knit crew. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established programme with a lovely crew dynamic and the chance to grow within the team.
To be considered for this role, you must have 1 season of experience in a similar role on a similar-sized yacht and must hold a valid B1/B2 visa.

We have a 60m private Motor Yacht looking for a Junior Stewardess/Hairdresser.
This is a busy private single-season vessel, and you will join the vessel in the South of France before cruising the Mediterranean for the summer season. We are looking for someone who ideally already has 0-4 months of of yachting experience, although we would consider someone who is new to the industry with strong land-based experience. During busy boss trips, you will be rotating through all departments alongside styling the owners' hair on request. Our sister company, Personal Staffing are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Laundress to join a private residence in the Eastern Seaboard for the upcoming season. This seasonal position runs from May to October. The ideal candidate will have a passion for laundry, be flexible, and able to assist in the kitchen, as well as perform a turn-down procedure in the evenings, along with light housekeeping duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes and linens.
