We are seeking a 2nd Stewardess to join a 45m Motor Yacht, on a private vessel that will be cruising the Mediterranean for the summer and will be based in Turkey for the winter due to being single season. We are looking for a candidate with experience who can confidently complete all interior tasks without the need for direction. They will be joined by two other Stewardesses, a Chief Stewardess and a Junior Stewardess. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a full-on busy season, with the owners coming on board frequently.

Head of Housekeeping - CC7487 - 70m Motor Yacht
Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Head of Housekeeping to join a 75m+ private motor yacht, a new build preparing for its first official summer season at the end of June. The vessel operates a dual-season programme, cruising the Mediterranean in the summer and the Caribbean in the winter. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking longevity and growth in their career.
As Head of Housekeeping, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation are maintained throughout the yacht. You will work as part of an interior team of 8. Key responsibilities include managing daily work schedules, inventories, uniforms, purchasing, etc. You will also oversee the upkeep of all guest and crew areas, ensure proper use and care of cleaning products and equipment, and assist in training junior crew where necessary.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience on board similar-sized yachts, with a strong background in housekeeping and proven leadership abilities. You should be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident in maintaining impeccable standards. This is a rewarding role on a well-run vessel with an excellent crew culture and a highly supportive management team, perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and is ready to step into a senior position within the interior department.

The Interior Department is Calling All Sole Stewardesses – Especially Those Coupled with a Captain!
We are currently seeking an experienced Sole Stewardess, coupled with a Captain, to join a 25m private motor yacht for the upcoming Mediterranean season. This is a single-season vessel, cruising primarily around Ibiza and other locations throughout the summer. Plans are in place to remain in Spain for the winter, although the home port has yet to be confirmed and may be subject to change. The ideal candidate will be confident in all areas of the interior, including service, laundry, and housekeeping, and comfortable performing these duties independently. Previous experience in a similar role is essential. You’ll be joining a crew of five, including yourself: Captain, Deckhand, Chef, and Chase Boat Captain. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Stewardess who is looking to work alongside her partner on a well-run private yacht.

Chief Stewardess - CC7474 - 70m Motor Yacht

We are currently seeking a Rotational Chief Stewardess to join a 75m+ motor yacht. This is a new build, and the upcoming summer season will be its first official one in operation. The vessel is private. It is dual-season, cruising the Mediterranean in the summer and the Caribbean in the winter.
The interior team consists of 8, including a Chief Stewardess, Head of Service, and Head of Housekeeping. We are looking for a candidate who is confident in service and happy to take a guest-facing role when guests are on board, while shifting to a more managerial position during guest-off periods.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background working on 70m+ motor yachts and demonstrate longevity in previous roles. A strong knowledge or genuine interest in wine is also highly desirable, as the owner is particularly passionate about it. The vessel has a dedicated Purser on board, so this position is focused heavily on guest interaction and service delivery.
We need someone who is available by the end of this month!

Chief Stewardess - CC7452 - 50m Motor Yacht
Role & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a Chief Stewardess to join a 50m dual-season new build motor yacht. The vessel is currently based in Europe and will begin its first summer season at the end of July or beginning of August, before crossing to the Caribbean for a busy winter season. This is a private and charter yacht, with a growing focus on charter activity alongside a few owner trips throughout the year.
We are seeking a confident, knowledgeable Chief Stewardess, but are also open to an experienced Second Stewardess who is ready to step up into her first leadership role. The successful candidate will lead an interior team of three and play a key role in the setup of the vessel as it heads into its first season, including creating SOPs, implementing service and housekeeping procedures, and ensuring the interior is fully guest-ready.

Role & Responsibilities
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Stew/Masseuse to join a 40m private Motor Yacht in June 2025. You will join the vessel in Southeast Asia, where they will be cruising for the foreseeable future! Please note that they also have a shadow vessel.
As the Stew/Masseuse, you will be working as part of a diverse crew of 9, in an interior team of 3: the Chief Stew, the 2nd Stew and yourself. We are looking for candidates with at least a year of experience as a Stewardess on a yacht, with some good experience working as a Masseuse. The ideal candidate will have experience in various service styles and will have a great eye for detail. A fun, professional and confident individual would be the best fit for this programme.

We are currently seeking a Chief Stewardess to join a busy 35m+ private Motor Yacht. This is a live-aboard programme with owners who are frequently on board. The vessel will spend the summer cruising the Mediterranean and will be based in the South of France during the winter season. The owners often travel with their family, including children and nannies, and occasionally host additional guests. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the interior, working alongside one other Stewardess. We are looking for someone with proven experience as a Chief Stewardess who is confident in service, takes initiative, and is capable of guiding and mentoring a Stewardess. Purser - CC7397 - 70m Motor Yacht
Role & Responsibilities
*ROTATIONAL PURSER*
We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Purser for this fantastic 70m Motor Yacht, private and charter with a busy cruising program. You will be working closely and assisting HODs with purchasing, invoicing and delivery of stores and services. Responsible for administration, accounting and petty cash, all crew administration including payroll procurement, shipments, accounting, budgets, salary reporting, leave accounts, planning of crew changes, flights, visas, airport transfers, preparation of all paperwork for port calls, direct liaison with port agents, and further as directed by the Captain. Advanced planning and preparation for owner and guest trips working closely with the team to ensure a smooth trip is had by all. Producing itineraries with the Captain for Guest activities ashore. Must have 2+ years of experience and a background in accounting is preferred. Advanced user in Microsoft Excel.
This is a rotational position based on 2:2. To be considered for this role, we are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years in a Purser role, although someone who has worked in a dual Chief Stew/Purser role with heavy Purser duties would be considered. This is a great opportunity to get yourself onboard a great vessel!

Service Stewardess - CC7385
Role & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a Service Stewardess to join a private estate in Palma. This estate is located 20 minutes away from the centre, so it is essential if you drive. This is a 30 hour per week position that requires you to be part of their rota/schedule. You will be required to work at least one weekend a month, too. This role is very much service focused with little to no housekeeping involved. As the Service Stewardess, you will be responsible for setting the table and creating napkin folds, and flower arrangements. There will be lots of dinners and events throughout the year, so someone who is able to keep up with the fast pace is essential. The service team is made up of 8, as well as the F&B Managers. Yacht experience is preferred for this role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to transition to land and be based in Palma. You will be working on a Spanish working contract so applicants need to be legal to work in Spain. Sadly, UK passports without residency cannot be accepted.
You will also need to have accommodation in Palma as this is a LIVE OUT ROLE.
