We are currently looking for a Service Stewardess to join a private estate in Palma. This estate is located 20 minutes away from the centre, so it is essential that you drive. This is a 30-hour-a-week position that requires you to be part of their rota/schedule. You will be required to work at least one weekend a month, too. This role is very much service-focused with little to no housekeeping involved. As the Service Stewardess, you will be responsible for setting the table and creating napkin folds and flower arrangements. There will be lots of dinners and events throughout the year, so someone who is able to keep up with the fast pace is essential. Yacht experience is preferred for this role.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to transition to land and be based in Palma. You will be working on a Spanish working contract, so applicants need to be legally able to work in Spain. Sadly, UK passports without residency cannot be accepted.
You will also need to have accommodation in Palma as this is a LIVE OUT ROLE.

Crew & Concierge’s Interior Department is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate Chief Stewardess to join a 55m+ private Sailing Yacht with a small, tight-knit interior team of three. You’ll join the vessel in Europe, where you will then head off the beaten track for an adventurous winter season. This hands-on role requires a confident leader with a proactive mindset, strong service standards, and a calm, can-do attitude.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience as a Chief Stewardess, with previous sailing yacht experience considered a strong advantage. You’ll be stepping into a positive, sociable, and friendly crew environment, where teamwork and a supportive atmosphere are genuinely valued. Crew & Concierge are seeking a 2nd Stewardess to join a busy private 50m+ Motor Yacht, which shadows their sailing yacht! You will join them as soon as possible before cruising the Mediterranean for the summer.

As the 2nd Stewardess, you will be working in an interior team of 3: the Chief Stew, yourself, and a Stew/Crew Cook. Therefore, you will be working closely with the Chief Stew in service, as well as guiding the Stew/Crew Cook in laundry & housekeeping. We are looking for candidates with, ideally, 2 seasons of experience, as you will need to be confident in all aspects of the interior. This is a great opportunity to join a vessel with a great crew dynamic, where you can grow and progress within the programme.

Cruising the Mediterranean for the summer. 

We have a great opportunity for a talented 2nd Stewardess to join a 45m+ Motor Yacht, which is privately owned with a live-aboard owner. You will join the vessel ASAP in Europe before heading to the Mediterranean! Winters will be spent in Turkey.

As the 2nd Stewardess, you will be working in an interior team of 3: the Chief Stew, yourself, and a Stewardess, whom you will be guiding. Your main responsibilities will be service and housekeeping, but you may be expected to assist in all areas when needed! To be considered for this role, you must have 2 to 3 years of experience in the industry.

Please note that this role is offering 3:1 rotation!
