The position operates on a retainer basis, meaning you are only required to be onboard during owner trips and charter periods. As Head Chef, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the galley, catering for up to 10 guests and 12 crew. Crew and Concierge are seeking a temporary Chef to join a 50m private motor yacht. This position is a 2 month temporary contract. We're looking for someone who is available to join the vessel ASAP and has a minimum of 3 years' experience within the industry. The candidate will be confident with Arabian food. There are a total of 9 crew on board.

You will join the vessel in Italy, and throughout your time on board will be cruising Italy and the South of France. The candidate will be responsible for cooking for both the crew and the owners, so must be comfortable catering to a range of tastes and dietary requirements.

We are looking for someone who is confident with provisioning and meal planning, and who can maintain high standards of presentation and service throughout the contract, whether cooking day-to-day meals for the crew or preparing fine dining service for the owners and their guests. The candidate will also be responsible for keeping the galley clean and well organised, managing stock levels, and adapting menus where needed.

Cruising Italy and the South of France 

Crew & Concierge are currently seeking an experienced Sole Stewardess to join a 30m Sailing Yacht on a 1-month temporary contract. This is an opportunity to join a busy Mediterranean programme, working closely with a small, professional crew in a hands-on environment.

During the contract, the yacht will be cruising the Mediterranean with a crew of four, consisting of the Captain, Deckhand, Chef, and yourself as Sole Stewardess. This is a private programme, requiring someone who is confident managing the interior independently while delivering a high standard of service.

As Sole Stewardess, you will take full responsibility for all interior operations, including housekeeping, laundry, service, guest cabin preparation, table settings, provisioning assistance, and ensuring the yacht is presented to an exceptional standard at all times. Crew & Concierge are currently looking for an experienced Second Engineer to join a 90m private and charter Motor Yacht. The vessel operates a dual-season programme and is currently completing a major refit in a shipyard in the United States. With several months of yard work still ahead, this is a fantastic opportunity for an Engineer who enjoys technical project work and wants to play a key role in a large-scale refit before the yacht returns to an active cruising schedule.

We are seeking an experienced Second Engineer who has previously worked in a similar position on 60m+ motor yachts. During the yard period, you will work closely with the Chief Engineer, Third Engineer, ETO/AVIT, and Fourth Engineer, supporting all aspects of the refit. Duties will include supervising contractors, coordinating planned maintenance, servicing machinery, fault-finding and troubleshooting, overseeing equipment installations, assisting with commissioning, and ensuring all engineering works are completed safely and to the highest standard. Once the vessel leaves the shipyard, you will continue to play an integral role in the day-to-day operation of the engine room, maintaining all mechanical, electrical, and auxiliary systems while supporting both the yacht’s private and charter programmes.

Candidates must hold a minimum STCW III/3 Certificate of Competency, with a Y1 Certificate of Competency being highly desirable. Rhianna & Sophie in the Deck Department are currently seeking an experienced Chief Officer to join a 55m Motor Yacht operating a busy private and charter programme. This is a single-season vessel, with plans to remain in Europe over the winter, potentially completing a yard period (to be confirmed).

As Chief Officer, you will join a deck team of four, consisting of yourself, an OOW, and two Deckhands. You will work closely alongside the Captain, taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of the deck department, passage planning, navigational watches, crew leadership, maintenance planning, tender operations, and ensuring the vessel is maintained to the highest standard. You will also be responsible for overseeing the yacht’s ISM, Ship Security, and onboard safety procedures, ensuring full compliance with all operational requirements.

The Captain is looking for someone who is hands-on, approachable, and well-rounded. This is not solely a bridge-based position; you will be expected to lead by example, get involved with day-to-day deck operations, assist with maintenance, mentor junior crew, and support the wider team wherever required.

There are two profiles the client is keen to consider. The first is an experienced Chief Mate from a smaller vessel who is ready to step up into a Chief Officer position on a larger yacht. The second is a candidate who already holds their Master 3000GT, or is close to completing their oral exams, and is looking for a role that will provide a clear pathway towards a Junior Captaincy.

Candidates must hold either an MCA Chief Mate 3000GT or Master 3000GT certificate and have previous experience on similar-sized motor yachts. Ship Security Officer (SSO) and ISM certification are essential, while a PWC Instructor qualification would be highly advantageous. We are looking for a confident leader with strong organisational skills, excellent seamanship, and the ability to work collaboratively within a busy charter environment.

Tilly has a great Laundry Stewardess position available aboard a 75m+ SY. The vessel is currently in the shipyard, where it is expected to remain until November, before moving into a dual-season programme. We are looking for someone enthusiastic about helping with the setup of the onboard laundry and working closely with the Second Stewardess to create, maintain and update all laundry procedures, ensuring the highest standards are consistently met. You will be part of an interior team of eight.

The ideal candidate will have strong laundry experience, particularly with guest laundry and the care of delicate, high-end fabrics. The owners place great importance on the care of their personal items, so exceptional attention to detail and excellent fabric knowledge are essential. You must have at least a year's worth of experience within the yachting industry.

Crew & Concierge is currently recruiting for a Head Chef to join a 60m motor yacht. This is a permanent position onboard a fully private vessel operating a single-season programme throughout the Mediterranean during the summer.

The successful candidate will cater for up to 18 guests. A dedicated Crew Chef is already onboard and takes responsibility for all crew meals; however, the Head Chef will be expected to manage, support and direct them while overseeing the overall operation of the galley.

The owners have no dietary requirements and enjoy light, healthy Mediterranean cuisine, alongside a good selection of Arabic dishes. They also have a private Executive Chef who occasionally joins the yacht and assists with their preferred Arabic cuisine, so the Head Chef must be collaborative and comfortable working alongside them when required.

This is a busy and demanding summer programme, and the successful candidate must be extremely flexible and able to adapt to changes in the owners’ schedule. We have an exciting opportunity for a Stewardess/Masseuse/Beautician to join a 75m private and charter motor yacht on a 4:2 rotation. The yacht follows a dual-season programme, cruising the Mediterranean for summer before heading to the Caribbean for winter 2026. Charters are already booked, so candidates must be comfortable working in a busy, high-standard environment.

You will join an interior team of six, with approximately 70% of the role focused on housekeeping and laundry and 30% on spa duties. Working alongside another Spa Stewardess, you may provide up to four treatments per day while on trip. Confidence in massages, facials, manicures and pedicures is essential.

The team needs someone hands-on, positive and genuinely happy to support every area of the interior. A team-player attitude, excellent attention to detail and no ego are essential. Candidates must have at least one year’s yachting experience, with experience aboard larger vessels considered a bonus. This is a close-knit, sociable crew with good longevity and opportunities to develop.

Crew & Concierge's Deck Department is currently seeking an experienced Second Officer to join a 57m private motor yacht in a permanent capacity. You will be joining a professional crew of 13, working within a deck team of five. The vessel is currently cruising the Mediterranean and will cruise the surrounding areas for the summer season. Crew & Concierge are looking for an experienced Commercial Captain to join a barge operating out of the Port of Aberdeen on an initial 6-month contract, with the potential for the role to become permanent. The position is due to commence in late July/early August and operates primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work depending on operational requirements.

As Captain, you will be responsible for the safe operation and navigation of the vessel, overseeing all onboard operations while ensuring full compliance with company procedures and industry regulations. Working closely with the Deckhand/Mate and Engineer, you will ensure the safe and efficient day-to-day running of the vessel, supporting a collaborative and hands-on working environment.

You will maintain all vessel documentation and statutory records, liaise with port authorities, terminals, and shore-based operations, and ensure the highest standards of safety, environmental compliance, and operational efficiency are maintained. You will also lead and mentor the crew, promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring all onboard operations are carried out to the highest standard.

Due to the nature of the operation, we are specifically looking for a Captain with proven experience handling heavy commercial vessels, ideally with extensive experience manoeuvring barges or similar vessels when fully laden with fuel or cargo. Equally important is the ability to confidently manoeuvre the vessel when it is lightship or carrying minimal load, as handling characteristics differ significantly. Candidates should be comfortable adapting to these changing conditions and have the practical vessel handling skills to operate safely and efficiently in a busy commercial port environment.

To be considered, applicants must have previous commercial command experience, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a strong understanding of port operations, safety management systems, and commercial maritime regulations. Your responsibilities will include supporting the vessel's deck operations, assisting with the safe transfer, mooring and unmooring, operating and maintaining deck equipment, and ensuring the vessel is kept to a high standard at all times. You will also carry out routine inspections, assist with basic maintenance, participate in emergency response drills, and ensure all work is completed in accordance with company procedures, industry regulations and health and safety standards.

We are currently recruiting for a Marine Engineer to join a well-established luxury passenger vessel operator based in London. Supporting a fleet of event vessels operating on the River Thames, this is a varied and hands-on role responsible for ensuring vessels remain safe, reliable and fully operational throughout a busy events schedule.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of marine systems, including engines, hotel systems, pumping systems, electrical equipment and galley machinery. You will also support vessel operations, assist with event preparation and pack-down, and work closely with the wider team to ensure each vessel is ready for daily operations.

The fleet includes three passenger vessels hosting a variety of events, including weddings, corporate functions, birthday celebrations and restaurant cruises. We are looking for a hands-on and experienced engineer who holds either a Y3 or SV Chief Engineer ticket.
