Crew & Concierge are urgently looking for a Crew Chef to join a 50m+ privately operated support vessel. This role is predominantly focused on cooking for crew, with occasional guest catering when guests are on board. The vessel operates a worldwide itinerary, travelling well off the beaten track throughout Asia and the Philippines, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys adventure and variety.
As Sole Chef, you will be fully responsible for the galley, including all provisioning, organisation, and day-to-day management. You will cater for approximately 10 crew members daily, preparing nutritious, well-balanced meals to suit an active and health-conscious crew, while also delivering quality guest meals when required.
Applicants should have experience on vessels of a similar size or larger, with prior experience cooking for both crew and guests and managing a galley independently.
We are looking for a versatile Chef capable of producing a wide range of cuisines, who is hardworking, efficient with timing, and flexible in adapting to changing plans and itineraries.

Head of Housekeeping - CC7716 - 70m Motor Yacht

We are recruiting an experienced Head of Housekeeping to join a 70m+ private and charter motor yacht operating a dual-season programme. The vessel will be cruising around the States during the Winter, with Summer plans still to be confirmed. So, you must already hold a valid B1/B2 visa in hand. This position offers excellent stability and long-term career development for the right candidate.
In this role, you will take full ownership of the housekeeping department, ensuring exceptional levels of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation throughout the vessel. You will be part of a larger interior team of seven, directly overseeing two Stewardesses along with a Laundrymaster. Your responsibilities will include coordinating daily housekeeping operations, managing stock and inventories, overseeing uniforms and purchasing, and maintaining guest and crew areas to the highest standard. You will also ensure correct use and care of all cleaning equipment and products, while supporting the training and development of junior interior crew.
We are looking for a candidate with at least 1.5 years of experience in a comparable role on similar-sized vessels, who demonstrates strong leadership and a genuine commitment to housekeeping excellence. Second Officer - CC7714 - 80m Sailing Yacht
Role & Responsibilities
Please note, this position is not to start till early March, but the client is keen to get moving with contracts!
Crew & Concierge is seeking an experienced Second Officer to join a 80m+ private sailing yacht currently undergoing a major refit, due to leave the yard in early 2026. The successful candidate will join the vessel in Europe towards the end of the refit. The yacht will run a dual-season programme, with the itinerary yet to be confirmed, and is expected to be busy as it returns to service.
Working closely with the Chief Officer, Bosun, and deck team, the Second Officer will play a key role across bridge and deck operations. Candidates must hold a minimum of OOW 3000GT, with strong navigational experience; sailing knowledge is a definite bonus. Responsibilities include standing OOW watches, passage planning, sail handling, planned maintenance, crew training, and supporting the vessel’s safety and SMS requirements, as well as overseeing toys and tenders.

Deckhand - CC7712 - 80m Motor Yacht
Role & Responsibilities
The Deck department at Crew & Concierge is seeking a Deckhand to join a well-maintained 80m private motor yacht. We’re looking for someone with proven superyacht experience, though candidates with strong boating experience will also be considered.
This dual-season sailing yacht spends winters in the Caribbean before crossing to the Med for the summer seasons. Operating as a private vessel, it maintains a busy and well-structured schedule year-round. You’ll join a professional deck team of nine, including the Officers, and have the opportunity to take on a hands-on, practical role as a valued member of the team.
While prior superyacht experience is preferred, candidates with boating experience are welcome to apply. A Yacht Rating is a strong advantage, but not essential.

Crew & Concierge is seeking an experienced Deckhand to join a 50m+ private sailing yacht for the winter season in the Caribbean. Following this, the vessel will operate a seasonal programme, cruising the Mediterranean during the summer and being based in the Med for future winters, starting from winter 2026. The owner and crew are passionate sailors, so we’re looking for someone equally enthusiastic and confident on large sailing yachts, particularly with captive winches and in-boom furling systems. You will join a tight-knit team of nine, with four crew members on deck.
The successful candidate must have prior experience on a large sailing yacht and at least a full season with guests. Strong tender-driving skills, especially with jet tenders, are also essential. Crew & Concierge are seeking an experienced Sole Stewardess to join a 35m private sailing yacht cruising the Caribbean during the winter and the States for the summer of 2026.
You will be part of a tight-knit crew of five (Captain, Engineer, Mate, and Chef) and will be responsible for the entire interior, including housekeeping, laundry, and guest service. Strong all-round skills and the ability to manage your time efficiently as a Sole Stewardess are essential.

We are currently looking for an Bosun to join a 90m motor yacht. This is a dual-season, private and charter vessel on a permanent contract. The vessel is currently in the shipyard for the winter season however they will be cruising the Mediterranean for the summer of 2026. You will also complete a handover with the current Bosun.
We are ideally looking an experience Bosun, however we would cosider a Lead Deckhand who is ready to step into the Bosun role and has experience working on larger vessels. Candidates must hold a Yachtmaster Offshore at a minimum and demonstrate solid longevity, as long-term commitment is essential for this position.
The ideal candidate will be confident in maintenance duties, including painting and varnishing, as well as operating large tenders and managing a comprehensive watersports setup. We are looking for a Site Manager to oversee the integration of architectural lighting onto the interior of a yacht. This role is about organisations, communication, co-ordination and quality. You will be working with the shipyard, sub-contractors and engineering specialists to deliver the project to standard.

Second Engineer - CC7696 - 55m Motor Yacht
Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled Second Engineer to join a 55m+ private motor yacht. The vessel will spend the winter in Italy for warranty work and cruise the Mediterranean in summer 2026, with frequent owner and guest activity.
You will assist the Chief Engineer with all technical operations, including hybrid propulsion, electrical, and mechanical systems. Duties include daily engine room rounds, preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and supporting yard periods and refits, ensuring compliance with ISM, ISPS, MARPOL, and Cayman flag regulations.
The ideal candidate will hold an appropriate CoC for Second Engineer (Y3 / SV Chief 3000GT or STCW Reg. III/1 or III/2) endorsed by the Cayman Islands, with experience as an ETO or Second Engineer on similar-sized yachts. Hands-on knowledge of hybrid diesel-electric propulsion, azimuth thrusters, and AV/IT systems is essential, along with strong technical skills and proactive problem-solving.

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Sous Chef to join a 55m+ private and charter motor yacht operating on a dual-season programme with an excellent itinerary. Summers are spent in the Mediterranean, with winters in the States and beyond. A B1/B2 visa is therefore essential. At the beginning of December, you will meet the team in Europe and take part in the crossing to the States.
As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef and be responsible for preparing meals for 14 crew members and up to 12 guests, who are generally easygoing when it comes to food. Service Stewardess - CC7558
Role & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a Service Stewardess to join a private estate in Palma. This estate is located 20 minutes away from the centre, so it is essential that you drive. This is a 30-hour-a-week position that requires you to be part of their rota/schedule. You will be required to work at least one weekend a month, too. This role is very much service-focused with little to no housekeeping involved. As the Service Stewardess, you will be responsible for setting the table and creating napkin folds and flower arrangements. There will be lots of dinners and events throughout the year, so someone who is able to keep up with the fast pace is essential. Yacht experience is preferred for this role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to transition to land and be based in Palma. You will be working on a Spanish working contract, so applicants need to be legally able to work in Spain. Sadly, UK passports without residency cannot be accepted.
You will also need to have accommodation in Palma as this is a LIVE OUT ROLE.
