Rhianna at Crew & Concierge is currently looking for a Bosun to join a 75m motor yacht. This is a dual-season, private and charter vessel on a seasonal contract, with the potential to be made permanent for the right candidate.
We are looking for either a qualified Bosun or an experienced Lead Deckhand ready to step into the Bosun role. Candidates must hold a Yachtmaster Offshore at a minimum and demonstrate solid longevity, as long-term commitment is essential for this position.
The ideal candidate will be confident in maintenance duties, including painting and varnishing, as well as operating large tenders and managing a comprehensive watersports setup. You will also be managing and overseeing a deck team of four deckhands. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-run, established, and supportive crew.
The vessel will remain in the Mediterranean until October with guests on board before heading to the shipyard for the winter season. For those considering a permanent position, the role would continue in the Mediterranean for the 2026 summer season. You will also complete a handover with the current permanent Bosun.

The engineering department is seeking a Sole Engineer to join a 25m Catamaran (Sail) based in Palma. This is a single-season vessel, with an occasional crossing to the Caribbean every 2–3 years. The yacht spends its summers in the Mediterranean, competing in 4–5 regattas each season, with the potential for up to 7 when heading to the Caribbean.
The core crew consists of 3 permanent members: Captain, Deckhand, and Engineer, expanding to a race crew of 12 during competitions. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer with a genuine interest in sailing and performance yachts to be part of an exciting and dynamic programme.
The chosen candidate will take full responsibility for the yacht’s engineering operations, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. As this is a hands-on programme, you will also be expected to assist with sailing duties and support the wider team when required. Strong knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems is essential, and previous experience on a high-performance sailing yacht of similar size will be highly regarded.

The engineering team at Crew & Concierge is seeking an experienced ETO/AVIT Officer to join a 75m+ dual season vessel, operating privately with plans to go charter in summer 2026. The yacht has an extended cruising schedule in the Mediterranean during summer and the Caribbean in winter.
The successful candidate will work alongside the Chief Engineer and Second Engineer within a professional team on a yacht equipped with an AZIPOD diesel-electric propulsion system supported by hybrid batteries and the latest AV/IT systems (An ETO's dream). We are looking for someone with at least five years of yachting experience, ideally holding a CoC EOOW, and any previous new build experience will be considered a strong advantage.

We would like someone to book and coordinate family appointments: Doctors, dentists, medical specialists. Hair, beauty, grooming. Restaurants, events, and entertainment. Oversee post, deliveries, and returns.
Manage household purchases (clothing, gifts, toiletries, crockery, etc.).
Staff coordination: manage rotas, annual leave, and assist with recruitment/training.
Housekeeping Oversight, ensure all areas of the home are tidy, organised, and presented to a high standard. Wardrobe management for principals, including packing and unpacking. Arrange and supervise deep cleans when family are away. Stock control of housekeeping products. Liaise with external maintenance contractors (cleaners, upholsterers, window cleaners, etc.).
Childcare Support
• Carry out school runs (approx. twice weekly).
• Provide occasional Saturday childcare (parents are present and involved).
• Support with homework when nanny is away or even just play the odd board game, the children even get the Chef playing!

House Management Duties

We are currently looking for a Service Stewardess to join a private estate in Palma. This estate is located 20 minutes away from the centre, so it is essential that you drive. This is a 30-hour-a-week position that requires you to be part of their rota/schedule. You will be required to work at least one weekend a month, too. This role is very much service-focused with little to no housekeeping involved. As the Service Stewardess, you will be responsible for setting the table and creating napkin folds and flower arrangements. There will be lots of dinners and events throughout the year, so someone who is able to keep up with the fast pace is essential. Yacht experience is preferred for this role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to transition to land and be based in Palma. You will be working on a Spanish working contract, so applicants need to be legally able to work in Spain. Sadly, UK passports without residency cannot be accepted.

Crew & Concierge’s Interior Department is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate Chief Stewardess to join a 55m+ private Sailing Yacht with a small, tight-knit interior team of three. You’ll join the vessel in Europe, where you will then head off the beaten track for an adventurous winter season. This hands-on role requires a confident leader with a proactive mindset, strong service standards, and a calm, can-do attitude.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience as a Chief Stewardess, with previous sailing yacht experience considered a strong advantage. You’ll be stepping into a positive, sociable, and friendly crew environment, where teamwork and a supportive atmosphere are genuinely valued.
