Rhianna at Crew & Concierge is currently looking for a Bosun to join a 75m motor yacht. This is a dual-season, private and charter vessel on a seasonal contract, with the potential to be made permanent for the right candidate.

We are looking for either a qualified Bosun or an experienced Lead Deckhand ready to step into the Bosun role. Candidates must hold a Yachtmaster Offshore at a minimum and demonstrate solid longevity, as long-term commitment is essential for this position.

The ideal candidate will be confident in maintenance duties, including painting and varnishing, as well as operating large tenders and managing a comprehensive watersports setup. You will also be managing and overseeing a deck team of four deckhands. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-run, established, and supportive crew.

The vessel will remain in the Mediterranean until October with guests on board before heading to the shipyard for the winter season. For those considering a permanent position, the role would continue in the Mediterranean for the 2026 summer season. You will also complete a handover with the current permanent Bosun.

The chosen candidate will take full responsibility for the yacht’s engineering operations, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. We are looking for someone with proven experience in the yachting industry, ideally having worked as Head or Sole Chef on a similar-sized vessel. The owners enjoy homely, fresh flavours, and we are seeking a chef who can adapt easily, from relaxed buffet-style service when it’s just the family on board to more refined plated service when entertaining guests.

The preferred style is Mediterranean with some Asian influences, and you should be confident in preparing fresh fish and working flexibly with varied requests. Dietary requirements include one family member who is gluten-free (celiac) and another who reduces lactose. The engineering team at Crew & Concierge is seeking an experienced ETO/AVIT Officer to join a 75m+ dual season vessel, operating privately with plans to go charter in summer 2026. The yacht has an extended cruising schedule in the Mediterranean during summer and the Caribbean in winter.

The successful candidate will work alongside the Chief Engineer and Second Engineer within a professional team on a yacht equipped with an AZIPOD diesel-electric propulsion system supported by hybrid batteries and the latest AV/IT systems (An ETO's dream). We are looking for someone with at least five years of yachting experience, ideally holding a CoC EOOW, and any previous new build experience will be considered a strong advantage.

In this role, you will be responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all electrical, electronic, and AV/IT systems onboard while also providing occasional support to the wider engineering team with mechanical tasks. You will be expected to carry out planned and preventative maintenance with accurate record keeping, assist with technical reporting and compliance documentation, and liaise effectively across departments to support both operations and guest service needs.

Our sister company, Personal Staffing, is currently seeking a talented land-based Chef to join a stunning private estate in Palma, which includes multiple villas and a main house hosting guests. This is a full-time, permanent position offering 40 hours per week, with flexibility for occasional overtime.

You will be part of a professional kitchen team of seven, with additional freelance support brought in as needed. During service, typically 2–3 chefs work together to deliver high-quality meals. Shifts are split between mornings (breakfast and lunch) and evenings (afternoon snacks and dinner).

She operates with a crew of five in total: three permanent crew members and two seasonal crew members. We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and personable Family Assistant/House Manager to join a warm and informal household. As the Family PA moves further into the principals’ business, this role will take on increased responsibility for family administration, household coordination, and property management. The ideal candidate will be a natural organiser who thrives on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, while also being comfortable blending into family life and working as part of a long-standing household team.

Key Responsibilities:

Household Management & Administration
Maintain the family diary, ensuring all appointments and commitments are scheduled and communicated.
Eventually organise and manage all family administration, including: Car tax, MOTs, insurance renewals, breakdown cover. Household and personal insurances. Maintenance contracts and contractor schedules. Household bills and service arrangements.

We would like someone to book and coordinate family appointments: Doctors, dentists, medical specialists. Hair, beauty, grooming. Restaurants, events, and entertainment. Oversee post, deliveries, and returns.
Manage household purchases (clothing, gifts, toiletries, crockery, etc.).


Staff coordination: manage rotas, annual leave, and assist with recruitment/training.
Housekeeping Oversight, ensure all areas of the home are tidy, organised, and presented to a high standard. Wardrobe management for principals, including packing and unpacking. Arrange and supervise deep cleans when family are away. Stock control of housekeeping products. Liaise with external maintenance contractors (cleaners, upholsterers, window cleaners, etc.).

Childcare Support
• Carry out school runs (approx. twice weekly).
• Provide occasional Saturday childcare (parents are present and involved).
• Support with homework when nanny is away or even just play the odd board game, the children even get the Chef playing!
• Liaise with schools and attend appointments.
• Drop off/pick up from after-school clubs and activities.
• Be a hands-on, approachable presence for the children (ages 8, 10 & 14, with one at boarding school).

House Management Duties
• Assist the chef when dinner parties exceed (6+ guests), including table set-up.
• Ad hoc tasks as required (watering garden, sweeping steps, outdoor furniture upkeep).
• Manage the second property in Norfolk: liaise with local staff, oversee set-up/pack down, and prepare for family visits. (Approx. 3–4 stays per year).

We are currently looking for a Service Stewardess to join a private estate in Palma. This estate is located 20 minutes away from the centre, so it is essential that you drive. This is a 30-hour-a-week position that requires you to be part of their rota/schedule. You will be required to work at least one weekend a month, too. This role is very much service-focused with little to no housekeeping involved. As the Service Stewardess, you will be responsible for setting the table and creating napkin folds and flower arrangements. There will be lots of dinners and events throughout the year, so someone who is able to keep up with the fast pace is essential. Yacht experience is preferred for this role.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to transition to land and be based in Palma. You will be working on a Spanish working contract, so applicants need to be legally able to work in Spain. Sadly, UK passports without residency cannot be accepted.
