The vessel will spend the summer season cruising the United States before heading down to the Caribbean and then embarking on a more adventurous itinerary into the Pacific. As Head Chef, you will oversee all galley operations and work alongside a Sous Chef, managing provisioning, menu planning, budgeting, inventory control and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and food safety. You will be responsible for catering for up to 12 guests and approximately 15 crew members, ensuring a consistently high standard of cuisine across both guest and crew meals. We are looking for a strong all-round chef with previous Head Chef experience on yachts of a similar size. Crew & Concierge are seeking an experienced Sole Engineer to join a 45m private motor yacht for a single-season position. The vessel operates a busy Mediterranean cruising programme throughout the summer before remaining based in the Mediterranean during the winter months. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineer looking to take full ownership of the engineering department on board a well-maintained private yacht.

The successful candidate will hold a minimum Y3 qualification and ideally have previous experience as Sole Engineer or Second Engineer on a similar-sized vessel. Strong knowledge of planned maintenance systems, preventative maintenance, fault finding, and troubleshooting across all onboard engineering systems is essential.

As Sole Engineer, you will be solely responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the yacht's machinery and technical systems. Duties will include overseeing main engines, generators, water makers, HVAC systems, electrical systems, sewage treatment equipment, hydraulics, and all associated engineering equipment. You will be expected to manage maintenance schedules, maintain accurate engineering records, liaise with contractors and shipyards when required, and ensure the vessel remains fully compliant and operational at all times.

Single season, cruising the Med

Our sister company, Personal Staffing, is currently seeking an experienced Travelling Nanny to join a wonderful family for an initial one-month placement from the beginning of August whilst they cruise the Mediterranean aboard their private sailing yacht. There is also the potential for further trips throughout the summer for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the care and wellbeing of a three-year-old boy, with an older sibling joining the yacht for a few days during the trip. We are looking for an energetic, proactive and engaging nanny who can provide a fun, safe and nurturing environment whilst accompanying the family on their travels.

As this is a sailing yacht, we are looking for a confident and experienced sailor with a proven background working on 25m+ sailing yachts. Experience aboard classic sailing yachts would be highly desirable. During the contract there will be an owner's trip onboard, so candidates must be professional, discreet and capable of maintaining high standards at all times.

The ideal candidate will hold Yachtmaster Offshore as a minimum and possess strong sailing knowledge and practical experience. An interest in and understanding of engineering would be a significant advantage, as there may be opportunities to assist with the technical operation and maintenance of the vessel. The Deck Department is currently looking for a Second Officer to join a 55m+ private motor yacht. The yacht is set to return to the Mediterranean for the first time in many years before potentially heading to the Indian Ocean for the winter season. The deck team consists of a Chief Officer, Bosun, two Deckhands, and the incoming Second Officer. As Second Officer, you will work closely alongside the Chief Officer and be heavily involved with bridge operations and navigational duties. Rhianna and Sophie from Crew & Concierge are currently seeking an experienced Bosun to join a well-established 55m private sailing yacht operating a dual-season programme. Summers are spent cruising throughout the Mediterranean, although not on the typical Mediterranean circuit, while winters are based between the Caribbean and the United States. The owners are active users of the vessel and generally spend approximately one trip per month onboard throughout the year, although usage can vary depending on their schedule.

As Bosun, you will form part of a close-knit deck team of three, working directly alongside the Chief Officer and taking responsibility for mentoring, managing and overseeing the Deckhand. This is a hands-on position requiring a confident leader who can maintain high standards whilst contributing positively to the team environment. The vessel carries a 38ft Protector and a 6m Williams tender, therefore strong tender handling skills and confidence operating guest tenders are essential. Experience with watersports operations and deck maintenance is also highly desirable.

To be considered, candidates must hold a Yachtmaster qualification. Those currently working towards their OOW certification will be viewed favourably.
