We are looking for an experienced Captain to join a 35m+ classic sailing yacht operating primarily as a private vessel, with the potential for a couple of charters throughout the season. The yacht runs a dual-season programme, cruising the Mediterranean during the summer and the Caribbean during the winter.
The vessel operates with a crew of five, so we are looking for a hands-on Captain who is confident managing a small team and overseeing the day-to-day running of the yacht. Previous experience as Captain on a similar-sized sailing yacht is essential, along with a strong sailing background and a genuine passion for sailing. Experience with racing yachts would be a significant advantage.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable running a classic sailing yacht, maintaining high standards onboard and ensuring the vessel is well managed across both private use and occasional charter operations. Strong leadership, organisational skills and the ability to work closely with a small crew are important for this position.
Candidates must hold a commercially endorsed Yachtmaster Ocean as a minimum to be considered and should have relevant experience on sailing yachts of a similar size.

We are looking for a strong, experienced sailor with a genuine racing and offshore background to join a 35m private sailing yacht for the season. Sailing is a big part of the programme, with the yacht based in Europe over winter before heading into the Mediterranean for summer. The owners are actively involved in the sailing programme, with several regattas planned throughout the season, as well as attendance at the America’s Cup 2027.
We are looking for a proper sailor who wants to be out on deck, leading from the front and getting fully involved. You will manage and oversee the deck crew, ensuring a high standard both day-to-day and while sailing and racing. You should have 3–4+ years’ experience within the superyacht sailing industry, ideally on similarly sized yachts, with strong racing and offshore experience essential. Experience with Clipper racing or other competitive racing programmes would be highly advantageous. You must hold a minimum of Yachtmaster, along with STCW, and have a good understanding of engineering and hydraulic systems. Strong leadership, crew management, a hands-on approach and a strong work ethic are essential.

Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Bosun to join a 60m private motor yacht. The vessel usually operates a dual-season programme but is currently in a shipyard in the Med, with plans to spend summer 2027 cruising the Mediterranean. The yacht is privately owned, with the owners coming and going throughout the summer season.
The deck team consists of a Chief Officer, 2nd Officer, Bosun and two Deckhands. The successful candidate will need to hold their Yachtmaster Offshore, have confident team-management skills and be comfortable taking the lead on deck. Strong water toy experience is essential, as there are plenty of toys onboard. As Bosun, you will be responsible for managing the deck team on a day-to-day basis, creating and allocating work lists, keeping on top of deck maintenance and ensuring the team is working efficiently. You will also be involved with inventories, stock control, water toys, tenders and general deck operations, while working closely with the Chief Officer and supporting the development of the junior deckhands.

Rhianna is looking for a Chief Officer to join a 50m motor yacht, joining in the Caribbean once the yacht has completed its Atlantic crossing. The yacht is private and charter, with a busy programme, spending the winter in the Caribbean and States before crossing back to the Med for the summer season.
As Chief Officer, you will be managing and overseeing a Bosun and Deckhand. The deck team is extremely busy, particularly with the yacht’s extensive collection of water toys, which are used regularly by both the owners and charter guests. We are therefore looking for someone who is genuinely into water sports and enjoys being active on deck. An interest in diving, wake surfing/boarding and similar activities would be an advantage.
This is a very hands-on Chief Officer role. You will need to be happy getting stuck in alongside the deck team, particularly with the water toys. It is not a bridge-focused position, so we are looking for someone who enjoys the operational and guest-facing side of the role.
To be considered, you must hold a valid B1/B2 visa and have a minimum of OOW in hand. The role would suit an experienced Chief Officer, as well as a strong Second Officer who is ready to step up into their first Chief Officer position.

Very exciting Chief Stewardess role has just come in on a 50m+ private motor yacht. Which is coming out of the yard and will be operating a dual-season programme, spending the upcoming winter in the Caribbean and the States, then cruising the Mediterranean for the next summer season. Therefore you must hold a B1/B2 visa. As Chief Stewardess, you will be managing 2 other Stewardesses, whilst working closely with the land-based management team.
This role is a fully hands-on one, so we need a Chief Stewardess who is comfortable with getting stuck into all interior aspects. This is not a first-time Chief Stew position, so we need someone who has led and managed a similar-sized interior team and someone who feels strongly about longevity and growing within a programme, as this is something they value extremely highly.

We are recruiting a highly experienced Chief Stewardess to join a 60m Sailing Yacht with a dual-season itinerary. The yacht cruises the Caribbean and United States throughout the winter before returning to the Mediterranean for the summer. A valid B1/B2 visa is preferred due to the U.S. programme, although strong candidates without one may still be considered. Operating both privately and for charter, this is a busy programme that requires an exceptionally organised and capable Chief Stewardess. You must be comfortable managing quick turnarounds, maintaining excellent operational standards and leading the interior confidently during demanding guest trips.
The ideal candidate will be a very strong all-rounder with several years of proven experience as a Chief Stewardess, ideally gained onboard a similarly sized yacht with a comparable interior structure. Previous sailing yacht experience would certainly be beneficial, but it is not an essential requirement. The interior department consists of four crew, including the Chief Stewardess, so confident leadership, clear communication and an excellent understanding of team dynamics are vital.
Working closely with the Captain, you will assist with itinerary planning and organise guest activities and excursions. You will also oversee the yacht’s social media presence, making strong administrative skills and experience with platforms such as Canva particularly advantageous. We are currently recruiting for a Marine Engineer to join a well-established luxury passenger vessel operator based in London. Supporting a fleet of event vessels operating on the River Thames, this is a varied and hands-on role responsible for ensuring vessels remain safe, reliable and fully operational throughout a busy events schedule.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of marine systems, including engines, hotel systems, pumping systems, electrical equipment and galley machinery. You will also support vessel operations, assist with event preparation and pack-down, and work closely with the wider team to ensure each vessel is ready for daily operations.
The fleet includes three passenger vessels hosting a variety of events, including weddings, corporate functions, birthday celebrations and restaurant cruises.
