In this dynamic position, you will collaborate closely with your rotational partner while managing the interior through yard periods, crossings, and guest operations. As the vessel runs with just two in the interior, you will be responsible for training and supporting the Stewardess, as well as working directly with the Captain during guest trips. We are seeking an exceptionally strong sailor to join a private 40m sailing yacht, J-Cass, for the 2026 Mediterranean season, with the potential to transition into a dual-season programme. The yacht will be racing in two regattas over the summer, alongside owner cruising throughout the Med.
As a Deckhand, you will work closely with the Bosun and First Mate, playing a key role in both racing and cruising operations. You will be actively involved in race manoeuvres, including sail changes, hoists, drops, reefing, and trim, as well as handling winches, grinders, running rigging, and deck hardware. Deckhand - CC7743 - 70m Motor Yacht

Deckhand/Physio's!
A unique role has opened aboard a 70m+ dual-season motor yacht, combining deck duties with physiotherapy and personal training. This position is perfect for someone with hands-on deck experience and a strong background as a Physiotherapist or Personal Trainer. The yacht will be cruising the Caribbean and potentially the U.S. this winter, before returning to the Mediterranean in 2026.
You will join a professional, well-organised deck team comprising Deckhands, a Bosun, Second Officer, and Chief Officer. While onboard, you will support the deck team with day-to-day operations. When the owner or guests are present, you will assist with physiotherapy and training sessions, working alongside an existing qualified PT to deliver high-quality, consistent care.

We are seeking an experienced Sole Engineer to join a 40m sailing yacht operating on a single-season programme, based in Europe over the winter and cruising the Mediterranean, with preparation underway for a 2026 Mediterranean racing programme.
This role is suited to an engineer with a strong sailing background who can confidently manage the vessel’s engineering requirements in preparation for racing and ongoing Mediterranean cruising. We are currently seeking a Deck/Mate to join a 40m private sailing yacht operating a single-season program, cruising the Mediterranean for the summer and based in Spain over the winter.
The role is available to start as soon as possible, ahead of the season beginning in April, with the owners coming and going alongside friends and family. The vessel runs with a crew of four, Captain, Stewardess, Chef, and Deck/Mate, and we are looking for someone with prior superyacht experience who is confident managing the deck department independently, supported by a very hands-on Captain.

Chief Officer - CC7727 - 60m Sailing Yacht

We are seeking a Chief Officer to join a 60m sailing yacht operating as a private and charter vessel with a dual-season programme. The vessel is currently in the Caribbean for the remainder of the winter season before returning to the Mediterranean for summer cruising.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience on large sailing yachts and strong leadership skills within the deck department. Candidates must hold a Chief Mate 3000GT certificate and have a minimum of two years’ experience on a vessel over 500GT, either as a Chief Officer or Bosun, with a sailing background being a MUST.

A 60m private Motor Yacht is looking for a Stewardess/Hairdresser to join their team. This private single-season vessel keeps a busy schedule. Over the Winter, you will be based in Europe before spending the Summer cruising the Mediterranean.
We are seeking someone with at least one season of yachting experience, although Junior Stewardesses will also be considered. You will be part of an interior team of five and should feel comfortable assisting across all departments during high-demand periods, as well as delivering professional haircuts, styling, and blow-dries. Masseuse skills would be highly advantageous. You will also be required to travel with the owner, and when not hairdressing, your role will focus on interior service duties.

We are on the lookout for an experienced Stewardess with between 1-2 seasons of experience behind them. You will be joining a 70m+ Motor Yacht that operates both privately and has charter usage. You will jump on board to cruise the States for Winter with Summer plans to be confirmed. You will work within an interior team of 7, where any extra skills, like being tech-savvy or great with kids, would definitely be an advantage!
A B1B2 visa is essential.
