Crew & Concierge is seeking a Chief Stewardess for a 55m sailing yacht. This is a busy private programme with a global cruising schedule. You will share the rotation with another Chief Stew, and together you will oversee one additional interior crew member. The successful candidate will be able to join the vessel in March.

In this dynamic position, you will collaborate closely with your rotational partner while managing the interior through yard periods, crossings, and guest operations. As the vessel runs with just two in the interior, you will be responsible for training and supporting the Stewardess, as well as working directly with the Captain during guest trips. Candidates should bring previous Chief Stew experience or strong Second Stew experience on similar-sized vessels, paired with a proactive and highly organised approach.

We are seeking an exceptionally strong sailor to join a private 40m sailing yacht, J-Cass, for the 2026 Mediterranean season, with the potential to transition into a dual-season programme. The yacht will be racing in two regattas over the summer, alongside owner cruising throughout the Med. 

As a Deckhand, you will work closely with the Bosun and First Mate, playing a key role in both racing and cruising operations. You will be actively involved in race manoeuvres, including sail changes, hoists, drops, reefing, and trim, as well as handling winches, grinders, running rigging, and deck hardware. You will assist with spinnaker sets and takedowns, headsail changes, foredeck operations, race preparation, deck set-ups, and post-race maintenance. During cruising periods, you will also support tender driving and general deck duties.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sailing background with dinghy and/or yacht racing experience and be confident working on deck in high-tempo environments. They should be comfortable with physically demanding deck work and long race days, with tender driving experience preferred. A Yachtmaster Offshore qualification is ideal but not essential. A unique role has opened aboard a 70m+ dual-season motor yacht, combining deck duties with physiotherapy and personal training. This position is perfect for someone with hands-on deck experience and a strong background as a Physiotherapist or Personal Trainer. The yacht will be cruising the Caribbean and potentially the U.S. this winter, before returning to the Mediterranean in 2026.

You will join a professional, well-organised deck team comprising Deckhands, a Bosun, Second Officer, and Chief Officer. While onboard, you will support the deck team with day-to-day operations. When the owner or guests are present, you will assist with physiotherapy and training sessions, working alongside an existing qualified PT to deliver high-quality, consistent care.

Previous yachting experience is preferred but not essential. Candidates with strong land-based physiotherapy, sports therapy, or personal training experience are encouraged to apply. Physiotherapy responsibilities will include rehabilitation and injury prevention, massage (sports/deep tissue), stretching and mobility programs, as well as techniques such as cupping, taping, and recovery therapies. Experience with athletes or high-profile clients is highly advantageous.

We are seeking an experienced Sole Engineer to join a 40m sailing yacht operating on a single-season programme, based in Europe over the winter and cruising the Mediterranean, with preparation underway for a 2026 Mediterranean racing programme.

This role is suited to an engineer with a strong sailing background who can confidently manage the vessel’s engineering requirements in preparation for racing and ongoing Mediterranean cruising. The position requires hands-on involvement and a solid understanding of systems onboard large sailing yachts.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an engineer within the superyacht industry, including at least 2 years onboard a 24m+ sailing yacht, and must hold a minimum of AEC2. Large sailing yacht experience is essential, and candidates without this experience will not be considered. We are looking for a Chief Stew who can deliver high-end service, has a creative flair for table décor, and possesses strong wine and cocktail knowledge to truly impress guests. A B1/B2 visa would be ideal, although the vessel may consider candidates without one. The ideal candidate will have 3.5+ years of yachting experience and be confident in training, leading, and managing the interior team. In this role, you will take full ownership of the housekeeping department, ensuring exceptional levels of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation throughout the vessel. You will be part of a larger interior team of seven, directly overseeing two Stewardesses along with a Laundrymaster. Your responsibilities will include coordinating daily housekeeping operations, managing stock and inventories, overseeing uniforms and purchasing, and maintaining guest and crew areas to the highest standard. You will also ensure correct use and care of all cleaning equipment and products, while supporting the training and development of junior interior crew.

The successful candidate will join the vessel in Europe towards the end of the refit. The yacht will run a dual-season programme, with the itinerary yet to be confirmed, and is expected to be busy as it returns to service.

Working closely with the Chief Officer, Bosun, and deck team, the Second Officer will play a key role across bridge and deck operations. Candidates must hold a minimum of OOW 3000GT, with strong navigational experience; sailing knowledge is a definite bonus. Responsibilities include standing OOW watches, passage planning, sail handling, planned maintenance, crew training, and supporting the vessel’s safety and SMS requirements, as well as overseeing toys and tenders.

We are seeking someone with at least one season of yachting experience, although Junior Stewardesses will also be considered. You will be part of an interior team of five and should feel comfortable assisting across all departments during high-demand periods, as well as delivering professional haircuts, styling, and blow-dries. All Stewardesses - this one is for you!!

We are on the lookout for an experienced Stewardess with between 1-2 seasons of experience behind them. You will be joining a 70m+ Motor Yacht that operates both privately and has charter usage. You will jump on board to cruise the States for Winter with Summer plans to be confirmed. You will work within an interior team of 7, where any extra skills, like being tech-savvy or great with kids, would definitely be an advantage!

A B1B2 visa is essential.

Our team has worked closely with this vessel for several years, having successfully placed multiple crew members on board. It’s a highly professional program with excellent opportunities for growth, and the owners are known for valuing dedication and long-term commitment.

This position is ideal for a Stewardess seeking to become part of a supportive, upbeat, and well-organised team. The preferred start date is the 1st of November in the Mediterranean, though there is room for some flexibility.
