This is a busy charter vessel with an extensive international cruising programme, fitted with extensive modern AV/IT infrastructure and advanced onboard electrical systems.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years professional yachting experience as an ETO/AVIT, ideally on board vessels of 60m+ or comparable technical complexity. A strong electrical background is essential, alongside solid AV/IT and network experience, with the ability to fault find and problem solve independently and take full ownership of technical issues through to resolution. Previous charter yacht experience, along with exposure to complex electrical or automation systems, would be a strong advantage.

On board, the successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Engineer and wider engineering team in a fast paced, guest focused environment, with rapid and discreet fault resolution being key during charter operations. The role offers a 2 months on, 2 months off rotation.

Crew & Concierge are currently seeking an experienced Sole Stewardess to join a 35m+ Sailing Yacht. This is a private vessel with an exciting world-cruising programme planned, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to travel extensively and experience a true sailing yacht programme. The successful candidate will join the yacht in the United States, so a valid B1/B2 visa is essential.

You will be part of a close-knit crew of five and, as the Sole Stewardess, will take full responsibility for the interior. The role will be very hands-on, covering guest service, housekeeping, laundry and the overall upkeep and organisation of the interior. Service onboard is generally polished and high-end, but relaxed rather than overly formal, so we are looking for someone who understands how to provide an excellent guest experience while still maintaining a warm and approachable atmosphere.

As the yacht will be sailing for a good majority of the programme, previous sailing yacht experience is highly desirable. Around two years of yachting experience is key, and the ideal candidate will be confident working independently, have a strong understanding of yachting and be comfortable with the demands of a sailing yacht. The successful candidate will be a positive, adaptable and hands-on team player who is happy to take full ownership of the interior while working closely with the rest of the crew. A genuine enthusiasm for world cruising and adventure would be a huge bonus.

Crew & Concierge are currently seeking a talented Chef to join a 35m+ Sailing Yacht in March 2026. This is a private vessel with an exciting world-cruising programme planned. The successful candidate will join the yacht in the United States, where it will remain until Christmas before commencing its world-cruising itinerary.

As the Sole Chef, you will be responsible for catering for five crew and up to six guests, although there will typically be just two guests on board. Strong expertise in traditional Italian cuisine is essential, alongside the ability to consistently produce high-quality dishes. The owners favour fresh Mediterranean and Asian cuisine, with Italian and Japanese dishes being particular favourites. They also enjoy plenty of fresh fish, with shellfish and crustaceans not forming part of their diet.

You should be flexible and confident catering to a range of dietary requirements and preferences, particularly when guests are on board. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, self-motivated and adaptable, with a genuine passion for cooking and the ability to work independently. A positive attitude, strong communication skills and the ability to efficiently manage all aspects of the galley are key to succeeding in this role.

We are urgently looking for two Housekeepers to join a private household in the Bahamas on a one-month contract, with potential to extend.

The property is a two-storey, 10-bedroom house, though not all of the bedrooms are currently occupied. Day-to-day duties will focus on cleaning and general upkeep of the property, laundry, and occasional errands for the family. There may also be some food preparation and light cooking required from time to time, though as the family usually eat out two to three times a day, this will not be a regular part of the role.

We are looking for candidates with a strong housekeeping background and a good eye for detail, who are happy working as part of a team. Accommodation is provided on site, with separate bedrooms for each Housekeeper.

Temporary Sole Chef – One Charter Only 11th - 18th September

We are seeking an experienced Sole Chef for a temporary charter from 11th - 18th September aboard a 20m+ luxury vessel operating in Scotland. This is a one-off charter for a single trip and is not a permanent or rotational position.

As the Sole Chef, you will take full responsibility for the galley throughout the charter, catering for up to 6 guests and 5 crew. You will be responsible for planning and preparing all meals, managing provisioning, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring the galley is kept clean, organised and compliant with food hygiene standards at all times. The role requires someone who can confidently work independently, manage their own workload, and adapt menus where required based on guest preferences and available local produce.

The focus is on producing high-quality, fresh meals using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients where possible. This is not a fine dining or Michelin-level position, but the successful candidate should be capable of delivering consistently well-presented dishes across a range of cuisines, including breakfast, lunch, dinner and light snacks where required. The vessel will be cruising the Hebrides as part of a luxury charter programme, and the successful candidate will work closely with the Captain and crew to ensure the guests receive a high standard of service throughout the trip.

Crew & Concierge are seeking a Temporary 3rd Engineer to join a 65m motor yacht for a shipyard period. You will join at the beginning of September and remain onboard until the end of October, supporting the engineering team throughout the yard. The period covers a bottom hull survey along with a number of additional projects, and day to day you will be assisting the 2nd Engineer and Chief Engineer with general engine room duties, overseeing project work, and helping keep things running smoothly across the yard.

No tickets are required for this role, but candidates must have some engineering background. This is a very busy programme, offering great experience for an engineer looking to gain more hands-on exposure in a busy shipyard environment.

Shipyard in Europe 

Crew & Concierge are seeking a Second Engineer to join a 65m private and charter motor yacht. You will be joining the vessel in Europe during September; you will then assist with the shipyard period before heading to the Caribbean for the winter season. This is a dual-season vessel, cruising the Mediterranean and the Caribbean, offering a great opportunity for someone looking for a varied cruising programme across both regions.

Day-to-day, you will be working alongside the engineering team to keep the vessel running smoothly, carrying out routine maintenance, monitoring and running machinery, and troubleshooting any issues that arise both at sea and alongside. Ideally, we are looking for someone with a CAT background and a strong electrical background. No AV/IT experience is required, as it is straightforward and can be learned from the Chiefs. However, you will be expected to work independently, be accountable, and run machinery on your own, taking full ownership of your watches and tasks without needing close supervision.

The Chiefs expect a high level of ownership when it comes to populating the maintenance database, breakdown history, and inventory, so strong attention to detail and organisation is important for this role.

We are recruiting a highly experienced Chief Stewardess to join a 60m Sailing Yacht with a dual-season itinerary. The yacht cruises the Caribbean and United States throughout the winter before returning to the Mediterranean for the summer. A valid B1/B2 visa is preferred due to the U.S. programme, although strong candidates without one may still be considered. Operating both privately and for charter, this is a busy programme that requires an exceptionally organised and capable Chief Stewardess. You must be comfortable managing quick turnarounds, maintaining excellent operational standards and leading the interior confidently during demanding guest trips.

The ideal candidate will be a very strong all-rounder with several years of proven experience as a Chief Stewardess, ideally gained onboard a similarly sized yacht with a comparable interior structure. Previous sailing yacht experience would certainly be beneficial, but it is not an essential requirement. The interior department consists of four crew, including the Chief Stewardess, so confident leadership, clear communication and an excellent understanding of team dynamics are vital.

Working closely with the Captain, you will assist with itinerary planning and organise guest activities and excursions. You will also oversee the yacht’s social media presence, making strong administrative skills and experience with platforms such as Canva particularly advantageous. Mediterranean cruising

Crew & Concierge is on the hunt for a skilled and driven Second Stewardess to join the team aboard a distinctive 65m+ new-build sailing yacht. The vessel operates a dual-season schedule featuring an adventure-packed sailing itinerary. Given how often the sails will be raised, previous sailing experience is a must. This position is best suited to someone who genuinely enjoys long days at sea, as this will form the core of the programme.

The successful applicant will have 2–3 years of yachting experience, including experience as a Second Stewardess on a larger vessel or as a Chief Stewardess on a smaller vessel. They should be confident across all aspects of interior operations and have a strong background in inventory management. As part of a three-person interior team, you’ll need to be comfortable running service independently when required, while also supporting and guiding the Third Stewardess.

A good knowledge of wine would be a strong advantage, particularly WSET Level 1 or 2 certification, and a valid driving licence is essential. This is a varied and hands-on role, acting as a key point of contact for owners, Captains, crew and suppliers. No two days will be the same. Personal Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Domestic Couple or two experienced Housekeepers to join a prestigious private household based near Oxford, on an initial 3–4 month contract, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidates. We are primarily looking for an established Domestic Couple; however, we are also happy to consider two Housekeepers who know each other and have previously worked together successfully.

You will join a fully staffed household, working alongside two additional Housekeepers and the wider household team. The property is a beautiful six-bedroom residence arranged across three floors, with additional rooms and spaces throughout. This is a hands-on position requiring consistently exceptional standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation.

We are looking for candidates with proven experience working within UHNW private households or similar luxury environments. Discretion is extremely important, and you must understand how to work professionally around Principals and guests, knowing when to be present and equally when to remain discreet and work behind the scenes. You should be confident caring for luxury furnishings, delicate materials, high-end garments, and valuable household items.

The successful couple will be provided with their own private accommodation close to the property, allowing you to have your own space away from the main residence. You will work five days per week, including some weekends. When working weekends, you will receive two days off during the week.

The position operates on a retainer basis, meaning you are only required to be onboard during owner trips and charter periods. Between trips, you are free to return home while remaining on a lower retainer salary, before rejoining the yacht again for its next trip. As Head Chef, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the galley, catering for up to 10 guests and 12 crew. You will join the vessel in Italy, and throughout your time on board will be cruising Italy and the South of France. The candidate will be responsible for cooking for both the crew and the owners, so must be comfortable catering to a range of tastes and dietary requirements.

During the yard period, you will work closely with the Chief Engineer, Third Engineer, ETO/AVIT, and Fourth Engineer, supporting all aspects of the refit. Tilly has a great Laundry Stewardess position available aboard a 75m+ SY. The successful candidate will cater for up to 18 guests. A dedicated Crew Chef is already onboard and takes responsibility for all crew meals; however, the Head Chef will be expected to manage, support and direct them while overseeing the overall operation of the galley.

You will join an interior team of six, with approximately 70% of the role focused on housekeeping and laundry and 30% on spa duties. Working alongside another Spa Stewardess, you may provide up to four treatments per day while on trip. Confidence in massages, facials, manicures and pedicures is essential.

The team needs someone hands-on, positive and genuinely happy to support every area of the interior. A team-player attitude, excellent attention to detail and no ego are essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of marine systems, including engines, hotel systems, pumping systems, electrical equipment and galley machinery.
