We are currently seeking a Deck/Stew to join a 25m motor yacht operating under a luxury cruise company based in the Scottish Isles. The vessel runs a combination of private and charter trips throughout the Hebridean Islands, offering a fantastic opportunity to be part of a unique and scenic cruising programme.
This is a freelance contract, with confirmed charter dates as follows:

The ideal candidate will come from a strong hospitality background and be looking to establish themselves within the yachting industry. As Deck/Stew, you will assist with both deck and interior duties, including guest service, housekeeping, docking operations, washdowns, and general maintenance, while working alongside a crew of four.

Sole Chef - CC8027 - 42m Motor Yacht

Crew and Concierge are seeking an experienced Seasonal Sole Chef to join a 40m+ motor yacht. The vessel operates a single-season cruising programme, following a Mediterranean itinerary throughout the summer and being based in Italy over the winter. As Sole Chef, you will be responsible for catering for 7 crew and up to 8 guests, delivering high-quality cuisine while adapting to varying preferences and dietary requirements. Second Officer - CC8026 - 60m Motor Yacht
Role & Responsibilities
The Deck Department is currently looking for a Second Officer to join a 55m+ private motor yacht. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, well-run vessel that operates year-round and offers a far more adventurous cruising programme than the traditional Mediterranean and Caribbean "milk run." The yacht is set to return to the Mediterranean for the first time in many years before potentially heading to the Indian Ocean for the winter season. Looking further ahead, the vessel is expected to spend the summer of 2027 cruising the Norwegian islands, offering an exciting and varied itinerary.
The deck team consists of a Chief Officer, Bosun, two Deckhands, and the incoming Second Officer. Sole Engineer - CC8020 - 40m Sailing Yacht

Crew & Concierge are seeking a Sole Engineer to join a 40 metre sailing yacht. The vessel operates a dual season with a world cruising itinerary. This is a rotational position offering a 10:10 rotation, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long-term balance. The vessel is primarily private, with occasional charter use when the owners are not on board.
We are looking for a hands-on and experienced engineer who holds either a Y3 or SV Chief Engineer ticket. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical and engineering knowledge, with the confidence to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues independently across all onboard systems.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience on yachts over 30 metres and will be comfortable operating as a Sole Engineer. Bosun - CC8017 - 55m Sailing Yacht

Rhianna and Sophie from Crew & Concierge are currently seeking an experienced Bosun to join a well-established 55m private sailing yacht operating a dual-season programme. Summers are spent cruising throughout the Mediterranean, although not on the typical Mediterranean circuit, while winters are based between the Caribbean and the United States. The owners are active users of the vessel and generally spend approximately one trip per month onboard throughout the year, although usage can vary depending on their schedule.
As Bosun, you will form part of a close-knit deck team of three, working directly alongside the Chief Officer and taking responsibility for mentoring, managing and overseeing the Deckhand. This is a hands-on position requiring a confident leader who can maintain high standards whilst contributing positively to the team environment. The vessel carries a 38ft Protector and a 6m Williams tender, therefore strong tender handling skills and confidence operating guest tenders are essential. Experience with watersports operations and deck maintenance is also highly desirable.
To be considered, candidates must hold a Yachtmaster qualification. Those currently working towards their OOW certification will be viewed favourably. Crew and Concierge are seeking an experienced ETO (Electro-Technical Officer) to join a 75m private motor yacht currently based in the Middle East. The vessel is preparing to cruise to Japan as part of an active dual-season itinerary, offering the opportunity to visit a range of exciting destinations while working onboard a well-maintained yacht with a professional crew.
You will join a close-knit engineering team of three, working alongside the Chief Engineer and Second Engineer. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the yacht’s electrical and electronic systems, ensuring all equipment is maintained to the highest standard and operating efficiently at all times.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an ETO on a similar-sized yacht and be confident managing and troubleshooting a wide range of onboard systems. This includes VSAT and communications equipment, AV/IT networks, bridge and navigation systems, CCTV, entertainment systems, alarms, monitoring systems, and general electrical maintenance throughout the vessel. Rhianna is currently looking for a Captain to join a 40m private sailing yacht on a temporary basis for approximately two months to cover the permanent Captain’s leave period. This is a private vessel with an established programme, and during your time onboard you will be assisting with owner trips and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the yacht.
The vessel is based in Europe, where the successful candidate will join, and will be cruising throughout the Mediterranean for the duration of the contract. Chase Boat Captain - CC8001 - 12m Motor Yacht
Role & Responsibilities
Crew & Concierge are currently searching for an experienced Chase Boat Captain to join a 12m chase boat supporting a 35m sailing yacht for an exciting long-term cruising programme.
The vessel will spend the summer season cruising the US before heading through Central America and the Caribbean for the winter season. The programme will then continue into the Pacific before moving onwards to New Zealand. There may also be periods where the vessel is relocated to the Mediterranean. For longer ocean crossings the chase boat will typically be transported, however shorter passages will be completed independently with additional crew support provided when required.
We are looking for a hands-on and capable Captain who is confident operating independently and managing all aspects of the vessel. The ideal candidate will have strong chase boat or large tender experience and be comfortable overseeing yard periods independently, while carrying out basic servicing, maintenance and fault finding when needed. Candidates must hold a minimum Yachtmaster Offshore, have at least 3 years’ experience within the yachting industry and hold a valid B1/B2 visa. The Galley Department is currently looking for a temporary Sole Chef to join a 40m high-performance sailing yacht for the duration of 2-3 months. This is a private vessel with owners who are very passionate about sailing and spend a lot of time underway. During your time on board, you'll complete 2-3 weeks' worth of trips and two short deliveries.
As the Sole Chef, you will be responsible for catering for up to 6 guests and 7 crew members. We are looking for someone confident in preparing very healthy Mediterranean-style cuisine, but who is also versatile and able to adapt menus when required. The ideal candidate will be comfortable catering to a range of dietary preferences and requirements. As the owners love to sail and the vessel operates frequently under sail, it is important that candidates are comfortable cooking while underway and have experience working on sailing yachts. We are ideally looking for a chef with at least 2+ years of experience, preferably on a similar-sized vessel, who is confident working as a Sole Chef and able to manage both guest and crew meals efficiently.

Rhianna is currently looking for a First Officer to join a 50m private motor yacht, which acts as a shadow vessel to a sailing yacht. The programme is single season cruising the Mediterranean throughout the summer before being based in Europe for the winter season. Both vessels operate together in tandem at all times and follow the same programme closely.
As First Officer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing a deck team of three. The role will involve training, guiding and mentoring the deck crew, whilst also working closely alongside the Captain on bridge operations and the overall day-to-day running of the vessel. This is a busy private programme with high guest usage and extensive water toy operations, therefore the ideal candidate will be hands-on, organised and confident leading an active deck operation. The client is ideally looking for a candidate who has recently stepped into their first First Officer position or a strong Bosun who is now ready to take the next step in their career.

Our sister company Personal Staffing is currently seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join a stunning private estate in Palma, comprising multiple villas alongside a main residence used for hosting owners and guests throughout the year. This is a full-time, permanent position offering 40 hours per week, with flexibility required for occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime depending on operational requirements.
The successful candidate will join an established kitchen team of seven chefs, with additional freelance support brought in during busier periods. Service is shared across the team, with chefs rotating between breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks, and dinner service. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, adaptable, and highly organised Chef looking to work within a fast-paced yet supportive private household environment.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience working within private households, villas, yachts, or high-end restaurants. Candidates should be confident across a broad range of cuisines and dietary requirements, including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and health-conscious menus. Previous experience within UHNW environments is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
• Preparing and delivering high-quality meals for approximately 60 guests across the estate
• Creating a variety of cuisines including Mediterranean, healthy, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free dishes
• Assisting with menu planning and creative dish development
• Occasionally cooking within the owners’ private residence, providing a more personalised dining experience

We are looking for an experienced Second Stewardess to join a stunning 50m motor yacht currently cruising in the Caribbean, with plans to relocate to the Mediterranean for the summer season. The yacht runs a busy private programme and is moving away from a dual-season schedule to a single Mediterranean season, allowing for a more balanced and enjoyable itinerary.

Sous Chef - CC7977 - 70m Motor Yacht

B1B2 is needed to be considered for this role!
A 70m motor yacht is currently seeking a Sous Chef to join the vessel. This is a private dual-season programme, which will now remain States-based for the summer season before cruising between the States and Caribbean during the winter of 2026. The successful candidate will join the vessel in the US, therefore a valid B1/B2 visa in hand is essential to be considered for this role.
As Sous Chef, you will work closely alongside an experienced Head Chef, assisting with guest food preparation for up to 12 guests onboard whilst also taking responsibility for crew meals for approximately 17 crew. The role requires someone organised, proactive, and confident managing their own section within a structured galley environment.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years’ experience working within a professional kitchen, whether shoreside or already within yachting. This position would suit someone looking to further develop within a Sous Chef role, who has a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and genuine willingness to learn and grow onboard.

Crew & Concierge are seeking an experienced Deckhand with a Dive Instructor qualification to join a 70m+ private and charter motor yacht. Candidates holding Dive Master certification may also be considered, provided they have previous experience onboard vessels working in a dive instructor or lead dive role. The yacht operates a dual-season itinerary, spending winters between the U.S. and Caribbean and summers in the Mediterranean, therefore a valid B1/B2 visa is required.
This position will involve all standard deck responsibilities alongside overseeing the yacht’s diving operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, organisation, and operation of all dive equipment onboard, including compressors, tanks, regulators, and associated safety equipment. You will also coordinate and lead dives for owners and guests, ensuring a safe, professional, and enjoyable experience at all times.
You will join an established deck team of nine, including officers, and will act as the lead crew member for all dive-related activities onboard. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year’s yachting experience, preferably onboard vessels over 50m, with previous hands-on experience managing dive equipment and supporting guest diving operations.
While the yacht’s diving programme is not heavily intensive, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about both yachting and diving, looking to combine the two within a professional and well-run programme.

We are also looking for a Cook/Stew to join this 20m sailing yacht as part of a couple with the Captain, supporting both the interior and galley onboard a dual season private and charter programme. This is a hands-on role within a small crew of 3, so you must be adaptable, organised, and confident working across both departments, while maintaining a strong working dynamic as part of a couple. You will be responsible for all cooking onboard, including provisioning, menu planning, and delivering a high standard of fresh, well-presented meals for both owners and guests, while also managing the interior to a high standard.
Previous experience in a similar Cook/Stew role is essential, particularly on smaller vessels where flexibility is key. You must hold a valid Seafarer Discharge Book as well as Food Hygiene and Safety certification. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to integrate well as part of both the crew and a couple are essential for this position.

Crew & Concierge are seeking an experienced and confident Sole Chef to join a private 35m Motor Yacht for the upcoming Summer season. In this role, you will take full responsibility for catering for 2–5 guests on average (up to 12 at maximum) as well as a crew of 5.
