Crew & Concierge are seeking a Sole Engineer to join a 40m private, dual-season sailing vessel. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on and proactive candidate looking to take full responsibility for the engineering department onboard a well-run yacht.

The ideal candidate will hold their Y4 (or equivalent) and have previous experience working on a similar-sized vessel, ideally within a sole engineer capacity. We are currently looking for a Bosun to join a 45m private motor yacht operating on a dual-season programme. The deck team runs with three crew members; however, during the summer season, there will be a total of four, as one crew member will be based on the chase boat. The structure consists of a Chief Officer, Lead Deck/Chase Boat, Chase Boat Deckhand, and Deckhand. As Bosun, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the deck team, as well as the day-to-day running of the deck department. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, organisation, and a proactive approach.

We are ideally looking for candidates who hold their Yachtmaster Offshore as a minimum. Additional qualifications such as a PWC Instructor ticket and AEC would be advantageous, but are not essential. The vessel carries a 38ft tender, so proven experience driving larger tenders is essential.

This includes experience with varnishing, Awlgrip painting, fairing, rust removal and treatment, as well as general exterior upkeep. Candidates must have solid, practical experience in these areas, particularly with Awlgrip, fairing, and shipyard periods, as this is a key requirement for the role. A proactive attitude and strong eye for detail are essential.

This is a busy, practical deck role suited to someone confident with tender operations and water sports equipment, while also supporting the wider deck team during both owner trips and high-activity periods. You will be joining the vessel in the States ahead of the crossing, a B1/B2 visa in hand is essential for this position.

As Sous Chef, you will be working closely alongside an experienced Head Chef. You will be responsible for preparing crew meals for approximately 17 crew, as well as assisting with guest food for up to 12 guests onboard. This role requires strong organisation, the ability to manage your own section, and confidence in both crew and guest food preparation. As Sous Chef, you will be working alongside two rotational Head Chefs, gaining exposure to different cooking styles and approaches within a professional and well-run galley. You will be responsible for catering for a crew of 15 on a daily basis, ensuring high-quality, nutritious meals are consistently delivered, while also assisting the Head Chef with guest catering for up to 12 guests. The vessel is currently in the Caribbean, where it has spent the winter, but will return to the Mediterranean for the summer season. The plan for winter 2026 is to remain in the Mediterranean as they are returning to a single-season programme.

The vessel also operates with a chase boat, which has its own Chase Boat Captain, and you will have a Chief Officer above you within the deck structure, providing clear support and leadership within the department. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing two deckhands, one of whom is junior, ensuring the deck team works efficiently and maintains the vessel to a high standard.

Crew & Concierge is urgently searching for a Third Stewardess to join a fantastic 50m sailing yacht. This is a busy private vessel, and the successful candidate will join the Mediterranean, where it will remain for the winter season, and cruise for the summer. In this role, you will work closely with the Chief Stewardess and Second Stewardess, rotating through all interior duties. It’s a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and progress within the interior team.

The yacht is part of a fleet and is accompanied by a Motor Yacht that travels alongside it. We are ideally seeking a candidate who has completed at least one full season and has a passion for sailing. The crew onboard are very active and enjoy staying fit, while also being social and enjoying dinners and drinks together ashore. Previous sailing experience would be beneficial, but it is not essential.

Cruising the Mediterranean for the summer.

Crew & Concierge are seeking a Deck/Engineer to join a 30m private Motor Yacht running with a crew of five. This is a dual-role position, where your primary responsibility will be overseeing the engineering onboard, while also assisting the deck team when required. The candidate must be comfortable stepping in to support the Deckhand with general deck duties and be happy working in a flexible role where teamwork is essential.

The vessel is currently in the shipyard in Europe and will be out for the Mediterranean season. This is a private vessel. You will be joining a stable and friendly crew, making this a fantastic opportunity for the right person. The ideal candidate will hold AEC 1 & 2 and have solid engineering experience, either from the yachting industry or from a commercial maritime background, now transitioning into yachting. Previous deck experience would be a bonus, although the most important qualities are flexibility, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to assist across departments when needed.

The Interior department at Crew & Concierge is currently recruiting a Housekeeping & Laundry Steward/ess to join a well-known 75m+ sailing yacht. The vessel is currently in the shipyard and will depart in time for the Mediterranean summer season. This is a dual-season programme, with plans to cruise the Caribbean during the winter season. This role will be primarily focused on crew and guest laundry, so strong stain treatment knowledge and garment care skills are essential, with a consistently high standard required at all times. The position will also involve housekeeping duties, including a solid understanding of different fabrics and the appropriate cleaning or treatment methods. A keen eye for detail when maintaining and detailing guest areas is absolutely essential.

The ideal candidate will have strong hotel experience, and while previous yachting experience would be beneficial, it is not essential. We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, a positive team-player attitude, and a strong work ethic, who is eager to join a fantastic vessel offering the opportunity to build longevity within a supportive and well-regarded crew environment.

Cruising the Mediterranean for the summer seasons. 

Crew & Concierge are currently looking for a Captain to join a 55m+ motor yacht. This is a private and charter vessel operating a dual-season programme, with exciting plans to cruise off-the-beaten-track destinations. The yacht is currently in the Caribbean, with plans to head towards French Polynesia, after which the itinerary will continue to evolve.

The vessel runs with 14 crew onboard at any one time. We are looking for a Captain with strong longevity in previous roles and proven experience running 50m+ motor yachts, ideally with exposure to charter programmes or busy private operations.

Candidates must hold a minimum Master 3000GT and experience managing larger crew teams and complex itineraries. Holding a B1/B2 visa would be a significant advantage given the cruising plans.

As Captain, you will be responsible for the overall management and safe operation of the vessel, including navigation, passage planning, crew management, guest experience, regulatory compliance, and overseeing maintenance and technical operations. You will also work closely with the management company and owners to ensure the yacht operates smoothly both operationally and financially. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as you will be leading a professional crew and maintaining a positive onboard culture.

We are looking for someone who is seeking long-term stability, and who wants to grow with the programme rather than move frequently between vessels. This is a programme we have worked with for many years, and the yacht has excellent crew longevity onboard. We have placed several crew members with them previously, and feedback has consistently been very positive regarding both the crew dynamic and the owners.

We are looking for someone available within the next two weeks. As Bosun, you will work closely with the Chief Officer and will be responsible for managing and guiding a Deckhand beneath you. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established crew, build longevity, and truly grow within your role.

Candidates must have previous experience on a 40m+ sailing yacht and be able to demonstrate proven longevity, ideally having remained with a vessel for at least one year. We are specifically seeking someone looking for a long-term position, and unfortunately, are unable to consider candidates without this level of experience and commitment.

We are open to experienced Deckhands ready to step into their first Bosun position, as well as established Bosuns looking for their next challenge. A Yachtmaster Offshore (minimum) is required. World cruising programme

Crew & Concierge are seeking an experienced and confident Sole Chef to join a private 35m Motor Yacht for the upcoming Summer season. This seasonal role will see the vessel join in Spain on 1st April before cruising the Mediterranean through till September, with the possibility of an earlier start date if required.

In this role, you will take full responsibility for catering for 2–5 guests on average (up to 12 at maximum) as well as a crew of 5. The owners have a strong preference for fresh, healthy Mediterranean cuisine, with a particular love for homemade pasta and bread. The crew enjoy a close-knit, friendly atmosphere, with an onboard environment that’s both supportive and dynamic.

The ideal candidate will have experience in high-end restaurants, with prior yachting experience considered a strong advantage. We are looking for someone dedicated, reliable, and attentive to detail. Consistency in delivering high-quality cuisine at all times is essential.
