You will form part of an interior team of five. Initially, the role will focus on back-of-house housekeeping duties, with the opportunity to rotate through all areas of the interior over time. However, if preferred, there is the option to remain primarily within housekeeping. To be considered, you must be a fully qualified and experienced Massage Therapist with previous land-based salon or spa experience, as well as at least one full season of yachting experience. You must also be confident in delivering facials, manicures, and pedicures. A 60m private sailing yacht is currently seeking a Deckhand to join on a temporary 10-week contract to cover the leave of a permanent crew member.

Crew & Concierge are currently seeking a talented Chef to join a 35m+ Sailing Yacht in March 2026. This is a private vessel with plans for an exciting world-cruising programme. The successful candidate will join the vessel in the United States while it is in the shipyard, prior to commencing a world-cruising itinerary.
As the Sole Chef, you will be responsible for catering for five crew and up to six guests, although on most occasions there will typically be just two guests on board. Strong expertise in traditional Italian cuisine is essential, along with the ability to consistently produce high-quality dishes. You must also be flexible and confident in catering to a variety of dietary requirements and preferences.

Crew & Concierge are currently searching for a Deck/Engineer to join a 40m private motor yacht. The successful candidate will join the vessel in the Mediterranean, with cruising planned throughout the summer season. This is a dual-season programme and offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career onboard.
The role will operate on a 70/30 split, with the majority of time spent on deck supporting daily operations such as exterior maintenance, wash-downs, detailing, anchoring, mooring, tender work, and ensuring the yacht is guest-ready at all times. Approximately 30% of your time will be spent in the engine room, assisting with machinery checks, basic maintenance, and developing your engineering knowledge under the guidance of the Chief Engineer.

We are currently seeking a sole rotational Chef (10weeks on 10 weeks off) to join a large private sailing yacht operating a dual-season program. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and confident yacht chef who enjoys an active sailing program and a varied culinary environment. Winter is mainly Caribbean and summer is the Mediterranean or New England.
You would be become part of an active regatta schedule. The vessel sails extensively, so a confident sailor is essential. As Sole Chef, you will be responsible for catering for 10 crew (increasing to 10–12 when day workers are onboard) and catering for up to 10 guests for formal dining. Larger numbers for relaxed, family-style service during day sailing. Managing a wide variety of cuisines and dietary requirements. The owner has specific dietary preferences, with thorough handovers provided. You must be confident catering to: Sugar-free diets, Gluten-free diets, Health-conscious / clean eating preferences. This is a practical, technically focused role suited to someone with proven experience in property maintenance or engineering within a private household or high-standard environment. Strong technical knowledge is essential, particularly in relation to AV/IT systems, home technology, and associated infrastructure.

The vessel is due to be launched within the next couple of months and is expected to complete its first trip during the winter season, although this is still to be confirmed. We are looking for a Second Officer who holds their OOW licence as a minimum and has a strong sailing background, ideally with experience on larger sailing yachts. Crew Cook - CC7770 - 65m Sailing Yacht
Role & Responsibilities
Crew & Concierge is currently seeking a Crew Chef to join a brand-new 65m+ sailing yacht due to launch ahead of the upcoming summer season. This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent, with an initial contract of approximately six months from March through to September.
As Crew Chef, you will be responsible for catering for up to 8 crew members initially, with numbers increasing to approximately 15 as the vessel is launched and the season progresses. We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in cooking who would like to pursue a career in the galley, whether that be an experienced crew cook, a Stew/Cook looking to develop further, or someone from another department keen to transition into a galley-based role.
The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of yachting experience, previous sailing yacht experience or a strong interest in sailing, be comfortable working with dietary requirements, and be confident with provisioning for crew. This role would suit someone who genuinely enjoys long sailing days, as this will make up the majority of the programme.
The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience within the yachting industry and be confident across all areas of the interior, with proven experience managing inventories. You will be part of an interior team of three, so you must be comfortable running service independently at times, as well as supporting the Third Stewardess.
Strong wine knowledge is a great bonus, particularly if you hold WSET Level 1 or 2, and a driver's licence is required. Sole Chef - CC7766 - 40m Motor Yacht
Role & Responsibilities
Crew & Concierge are seeking an experienced Chef to join a 40m+ private Motor Yacht immediately.
The successful candidate will join the yacht in Costa Rica ahead of an upcoming world cruise. This is a Sole Chef position, responsible for preparing meals for a crew of six, many of whom have strong longevity on board, as well as accommodating between one and three guests.
The owner has a strong preference for fresh, nutritious cuisine, with a particular focus on seafood, especially anything caught while fishing. Straightforward, well-executed dishes are key. Applicants should have formal culinary training and a minimum of one year’s experience in the yachting industry.

Sole Engineer - CC7764 - 25m Sailing Yacht

Crew and Concierge are seeking a Sole Engineer to join a 25m Sailing Catamaran. The yacht will operate as a dual-season vessel this year, spending summer in the Mediterranean and winter in the Caribbean. During the Mediterranean and Caribbean season, the vessel competes in a number of regattas.
The core crew consists of three permanent members: Captain, Deckhand, and Engineer, expanding to a race crew of up to 12 during competitions. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer with a genuine interest in sailing and performance yachts to be part of an exciting and dynamic programme.
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for all engineering operations onboard, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. As this is a very hands-on programme, you will also be expected to assist with sailing duties and support the wider team when required. Strong knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems is essential, and previous experience on a high-performance sailing yacht of a similar size will be highly regarded.

We are currently seeking a temporary First Mate on a rotational basis (2 months on, 2 months off) for the next 6–8 months to cover leave. This role is on a 35m+ sailing yacht, privately owned and preparing for a world cruise. The yacht is currently in the yard, undergoing final preparations before the cruising plans begin.
We are looking for a strong, experienced sailor with proven experience on 30m+ sailing yachts and a solid understanding of long passages. This is a high-performance sailing yacht, so advanced sailing skills and hands-on deck experience are essential. Candidates must hold a Yachtmaster Offshore as a minimum, with Yachtmaster Ocean considered a significant advantage. A valid B1/B2 visa is essential. The successful candidate will join a team of five, including crew placed by our agency, who have provided positive feedback. We are seeking a Second Officer to join a 60m sailing yacht operating as both a private and charter vessel, with a dual-season programme. The yacht is currently based in the Caribbean for the remainder of the winter season and will return to the Mediterranean for summer cruising.
The deck team consists of a Chief Officer and two Deckhands, and as Second Officer you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the Deckhands, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the deck department under the guidance of the Chief Officer. You will create and manage work lists, train, guide, and mentor the Deckhands, maintain high standards across all deck operations, and actively participate in bridge time and watchkeeping duties. In this dynamic position, you will collaborate closely with your rotational partner while managing the interior through yard periods, crossings, and guest operations. We are seeking an experienced Sole Engineer to join a 40m sailing yacht operating on a single-season programme, based in Europe over the winter and cruising the Mediterranean, with preparation underway for a 2026 Mediterranean racing programme.
This role is suited to an engineer with a strong sailing background who can confidently manage the vessel’s engineering requirements in preparation for racing and ongoing Mediterranean cruising. The position requires hands-on involvement and a solid understanding of systems onboard large sailing yachts.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an engineer within the superyacht industry, including at least 2 years onboard a 24m+ sailing yacht, and must hold a minimum of AEC2.
