The vessel runs a combination of private and charter trips throughout the Hebridean Islands, offering a fantastic opportunity to be part of a unique and scenic cruising programme.

This is a freelance contract, with confirmed charter dates as follows:

The ideal candidate will come from a strong hospitality background and be looking to establish themselves within the yachting industry. As Deck/Stew, you will assist with both deck and interior duties, including guest service, housekeeping, docking operations, washdowns, and general maintenance, while working alongside a crew of four.

The galley department is currently seeking an experienced Crew Cook to join a beautiful 50m private motor yacht on a seasonal contract, with the opportunity for the position to become permanent for the right candidate. The successful candidate should be available to join as soon as possible, ideally towards the end of this week. The yacht will spend the summer season cruising throughout the Mediterranean, following a busy private programme with plenty of time spent at anchor, allowing the crew to enjoy some fantastic cruising destinations.

Crew & Concierge are seeking an experienced Y3 Chief Engineer to join a 45m private motor yacht operating a dual-season programme between the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. While the current itinerary follows a traditional dual-season schedule, the owners have expressed an interest in venturing further afield in the future, offering the opportunity to be involved in more adventurous world cruising.

Working alongside a Deck/Engineer, you will take full responsibility for the engine room, ensuring all machinery, technical systems, planned maintenance, and engineering operations are maintained to the highest standard. This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive engineer who is confident working independently, managing preventative maintenance schedules, troubleshooting technical issues, liaising with contractors during yard periods, and ensuring the vessel remains fully operational at all times.

Crew & Concierge is currently seeking an experienced Cook/Stew, who is coupled with a Captain/Engineer, to join a private sailing yacht for an exciting 8-month contract. The successful couple will join the yacht in Fiji, ahead of the Oyster Rally. The itinerary will take you from Australia across the Indian Ocean to Cape Town, where the yacht will undergo a planned yard period before continuing after Christmas and New Year to Antigua, with stops including Brazil along the way. The yacht will be travelling with approximately 20 other yachts, creating a supportive and sociable cruising environment.

Operating on a private programme, there will be no guest trips during the contract. The owners live on board full-time and are passionate about sailing, diving, and exploring new destinations. They have built an excellent reputation for looking after their crew and have created a relaxed, family-style atmosphere on board. Crew are very much included in day-to-day life, often dining with the owners and enjoying a genuinely welcoming onboard environment.

As the Cook/Stew, you will take responsibility for the interior while preparing fresh, wholesome meals for the owners each day. Candidates should hold a Yachtmaster Ocean, but those with offshore experience will be considered, provided they have proven ocean passage experience. Asia cruising 

We are currently seeking an experienced Chief Officer to join a 70m+ motor yacht on a temporary basis for approximately two months, covering the leave period of the permanent Chief Officer.

The successful candidate will join the vessel in the Middle East, where she is currently undergoing surveys and shipyard works. Following completion of the shipyard period, the yacht has plans to cruise to Asia, meaning there is potential for the successful candidate to be involved in the crossing depending on timings and the progress of the yard period.

As Chief Officer, you will work closely alongside the Second Officer and be responsible for overseeing and managing a deck team consisting of a Bosun and five Deckhands. The role will involve coordinating deck operations, supervising maintenance projects, ensuring safety and compliance standards are maintained, managing crew performance and assisting with the successful completion of shipyard and survey requirements.

Candidates must hold their Chief Mate/Master 3000GT in hand and have previous experience serving as Chief Officer onboard large yachts of a similar size. Strong leadership skills, excellent organisational abilities and previous shipyard experience are highly desirable.

Our client is seeking a practical and experienced Mate/Engineer to join a 28m private performance sailing yacht operating primarily within the Mediterranean. The successful candidate will work alongside the Captain, supporting both sailing operations during the season and a substantial winter refit programme.

The role requires a confident sailor with previous experience operating sailing yachts and holding a minimum MCA Master 200 licence. Candidates should be comfortable helming performance sailing yachts, setting and handling sails, and operating the vessel independently when required. A strong sailing background is essential as the vessel is owner-operated and regularly sailed with the owners onboard.

During the summer season, the role will involve assisting with all aspects of vessel operations including deck work, maintenance, passage planning, guest interaction, provisioning and general yacht management. The owners are highly involved onboard and undertake much of the interior work themselves, creating a relaxed and hands-on working environment.

During the winter period, the vessel is expected to undergo a 3–5 month refit programme. As such, applicants should possess strong practical engineering knowledge and be capable of overseeing contractors, managing projects, coordinating yard periods and supporting technical works. Formal engineering qualifications are not essential; however, proven practical engineering experience is required.

Summers are spent cruising throughout the Mediterranean, although not on the typical Mediterranean circuit, while winters are based between the Caribbean and the United States. The owners are active users of the vessel and generally spend approximately one trip per month onboard throughout the year, although usage can vary depending on their schedule.

As Bosun, you will form part of a close-knit deck team of three, working directly alongside the Chief Officer and taking responsibility for mentoring, managing and overseeing the Deckhand. This is a hands-on position requiring a confident leader who can maintain high standards whilst contributing positively to the team environment. The vessel carries a 38ft Protector and a 6m Williams tender, therefore strong tender handling skills and confidence operating guest tenders are essential. Experience with watersports operations and deck maintenance is also highly desirable.

Med & Caribbean 

Crew and Concierge are seeking an experienced ETO (Electro-Technical Officer) to join a 75m private motor yacht currently based in the Middle East. The vessel is preparing to cruise to Japan as part of an active dual-season itinerary, offering the opportunity to visit a range of exciting destinations while working onboard a well-maintained yacht with a professional crew.

You will join a close-knit engineering team of three, working alongside the Chief Engineer and Second Engineer. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the yacht’s electrical and electronic systems, ensuring all equipment is maintained to the highest standard and operating efficiently at all times.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an ETO on a similar-sized yacht and be confident managing and troubleshooting a wide range of onboard systems. This includes VSAT and communications equipment, AV/IT networks, bridge and navigation systems, CCTV, entertainment systems, alarms, monitoring systems, and general electrical maintenance throughout the vessel. You should be comfortable diagnosing faults, carrying out preventative maintenance, liaising with external contractors and suppliers when required, and supporting the engineering department with day-to-day technical operations.

We are looking for a practical, proactive, and hands-on individual with excellent problem-solving abilities and the confidence to work independently when required. Candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience within the yachting industry, ideally demonstrating strong longevity in previous positions.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering 40 hours per week, with flexibility required for occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime depending on operational requirements.

The successful candidate will join an established kitchen team of seven chefs, with additional freelance support brought in during busier periods. Service is shared across the team, with chefs rotating between breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks, and dinner service. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience working within private households, villas, yachts, or high-end restaurants. Previous experience within UHNW environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
• Preparing and delivering high-quality meals for approximately 60 guests across the estate

Crew & Concierge are currently searching for a seasonal Second Stewardess to join a 45m+ M/Y for the upcoming Mediterranean season. This is an immediate start position onboard a busy private programme, joining the vessel whilst she is still completing her shipyard period ahead of the summer. You will be working within an interior team of two, supporting the Chief Stewardess across all aspects of the interior including service, housekeeping, laundry, guest preparation, and day-to-day organisation onboard.

The Interior department at Crew & Concierge is currently recruiting a Housekeeping & Laundry Steward/ess to join a well-known 75m+ sailing yacht. The vessel is currently in the shipyard and will depart in time for the Mediterranean summer season. This is a dual-season programme, with plans to cruise the Caribbean during the winter season. This role will be primarily focused on crew and guest laundry, so strong stain treatment knowledge and garment care skills are essential, with a consistently high standard required at all times. The position will also involve housekeeping duties, including a solid understanding of different fabrics and the appropriate cleaning or treatment methods. A keen eye for detail when maintaining and detailing guest areas is absolutely essential.

The ideal candidate will have strong hotel experience, and while previous yachting experience would be beneficial, it is not essential. We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, a positive team-player attitude, and a strong work ethic, who is eager to join a fantastic vessel offering the opportunity to build longevity within a supportive and well-regarded crew environment.
