The vessel operates a single-season programme, cruising the Mediterranean throughout the summer. This position will initially be seasonal, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The owners use the yacht periodically, with the peak period being mid-summer.

The yacht runs with a crew of four: Captain, Deck/Mate, Stewardess, and Chef. As the sole deck crew member, you will be entirely responsible for deck operations, so we are looking for someone confident working independently and experienced in managing all aspects of the exterior. The yacht carries a selection of watersports equipment for guest use, and familiarity with these would be beneficial.

To be considered for the role, you must hold a minimum of Yachtmaster Offshore. A Master 200GT would be a distinct advantage. You should also have at least one year of yachting experience, ideally with previous sole deckhand or Deck/Mate experience. We are currently seeking a Deck/Stew to join a 25m private sailing yacht that operates dual seasons, cruising the Mediterranean this summer (its first return in a few years), followed by the U.S. and Caribbean for the winter. Please note, the yacht will be shipped across the Atlantic rather than sailing the crossing. The vessel is used privately by the owner and his guests periodically throughout the season. The crew consists of three: the Captain, a Cook/Stew, and the Deck/Stew. While the role is primarily deck-focused, due to the small crew size and the nature of a 25m yacht, we’re looking for someone who is equally comfortable assisting in the interior, including turn-ups/turn-downs and occasional service when needed. We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable Cook to join a private household in Hamburg, Germany, on a temporary basis from July 15th to August 20th, 2025. This role involves daily working hours from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM, during which you will be responsible for preparing a simple, well-balanced dinner and dessert for a couple. Dinner is served promptly at 7:00 PM each evening. Following the meal, you will be expected to assist with clearing and tidying the dining area.

This position offers flexibility in terms of accommodation, as it can be either live-in or live-out. To support your responsibilities, the household will provide access to either a car or a bicycle for grocery shopping and other provisioning needs.

Following this, the yacht will head into the yard for a short period before crossing to the Caribbean in 2026 for a short winter season. This is a true dual-role position, so previous experience in both deck and interior departments is essential. The breakdown is approximately 90% deck / 10% interior when the owner is not onboard, and 70% deck / 30% interior during guest trips, where you’ll assist the Sole Stewardess with turnarounds and service. You’ll be working alongside a Sole Stew and a Mate in a supportive and collaborative team. A strong work ethic, flexibility, and a positive attitude are key.

Please note: candidates must have at least one full season of yachting experience. We are unable to consider green candidates. This role is part of a growing housekeeping team of seven, all with yachting backgrounds, and involves working across multiple high-end properties in Central London. The successful candidate must be fit, active, and hold a clean, valid driving licence. Previous experience working for UHNWIs is essential, along with a strong understanding of the high standards required in a large, private family household.

We’re looking for a well-presented, detail-oriented individual with a positive attitude and strong organisational skills. We are seeking an experienced Captain with a solid engineering background. A minimum qualification of Master 200 is required, along with hands-on experience in maintaining mechanical and electronic systems. The Captain will have full responsibility for the vessel and will work closely with one other crew member, so confidence in managing all onboard operations independently is essential.

It is a busy private shadow vessel that travels in convoy with their Sailing Yacht. As the Sous Chef, you will be responsible for cooking for up to 25 crew and helping out with the guest food - there is also a Crew Chef within the programme. You will be working closely and assisting HODs with purchasing, invoicing and delivery of stores and services. Responsible for administration, accounting and petty cash, all crew administration including payroll procurement, shipments, accounting, budgets, salary reporting, leave accounts, planning of crew changes, flights, visas, airport transfers, preparation of all paperwork for port calls, direct liaison with port agents, and further as directed by the Captain. Advanced planning and preparation for owner and guest trips working closely with the team to ensure a smooth trip is had by all. Producing itineraries with the Captain for Guest activities ashore. We are currently looking for a Service Stewardess to join a private estate in Palma. This estate is located 20 minutes away from the centre, so it is essential if you drive. This is a 30 hour per week position that requires you to be part of their rota/schedule. You will be required to work at least one weekend a month, too. This role is very much service focused with little to no housekeeping involved. As the Service Stewardess, you will be responsible for setting the table and creating napkin folds, and flower arrangements. There will be lots of dinners and events throughout the year, so someone who is able to keep up with the fast pace is essential. The service team is made up of 8, as well as the F&B Managers. Yacht experience is preferred for this role.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to transition to land and be based in Palma. You will be working on a Spanish working contract so applicants need to be legal to work in Spain. Sadly, UK passports without residency cannot be accepted.
You will also need to have accommodation in Palma as this is a LIVE OUT ROLE.

Join in Spain before cruising the Mediterranean for the summer

We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Captain to join a 30m private new build motor yacht, scheduled for launch ahead of the summer season. This will be a dual-season vessel, cruising the Mediterranean over the summer with the owners and their guests coming and going, before relocating to the UAE for the winter, where it will primarily be used for occasional day trips. As Captain, you will be responsible for preparing the vessel for launch, managing all aspects of the setup, and working closely with management to oversee the recruitment of a crew of four. Previous experience with new builds is a bonus, as the role requires someone confident in handling warranty work, yard periods, and ensuring the vessel is fully operational and guest-ready. As this is the owner’s first yacht, strong communication skills and the ability to build a trusting and informative relationship will be key. The successful candidate must hold a Master 500gt license at a minimum and have a solid track record of leadership and vessel management. This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of a beautiful new yacht from day one and guide it through its first season.

This is a full-time, live-out position, including service, housekeeping, laundry, and day-to-day management of two members of Housekeeping/Service staff.

ROLE DUTIES
• Ensure the smooth operation of the household on a day-to-day basis. This includes overseeing the preparation of the home for daily use, liaising with other household staff to ensure timely execution of tasks, and ensuring that all areas of the home are maintained to the highest standards

This is an exciting opportunity, as from October 2025, you will go on time for time rotation. There are around 8 weeks of charter already booked for the summer season. This role requires you to be able to work independently onboard a busy vessel, and given you will also be helping out on deck, we need a self-starter and someone who is motivated. You will need to be a true team player as you will be working as part of a crew of 7. This is a fantastic vessel and a brilliant opportunity for the right candidate. A Y4 ticket must be in hand, and the vessel is Cayman Islands flagged. If you have a Power Boat Level 2, it would be a benefit.
