The vessel is currently in the yard and is scheduled to cruise the Mediterranean during the summer, then head to the Caribbean for the winter, with plans to compete in the St Barths Bucket. This is an exciting opportunity for a genuine sailing and watersports lover. The programme has a strong focus on watersports, and the owner is actively involved. We’re after someone who shares that same passion and energy. You MUST be a kiteboarding instructor or enjoy kiteboarding recreationally. Experience teaching or assisting with kiteboarding is highly valued, as the crew often engages with guests in activities. As Bosun, you’ll be working as part of a deck team of three, alongside the Chief Officer, and will be responsible for managing and mentoring a Deckhand. Ideally, we're seeking candidates who have at least 1–2 years of experience as a Bosun or a Lead Deckhand ready to step up into the role. We are looking for someone with previous sailing yacht experience and a genuine passion for sailing and watersports. You must hold a commercially endorsed Yachtmaster Offshore certificate. We are looking for an enthusiastic Cook/Stew with a passion for yoga to join a 40m+ dual-season private and charter sailing yacht. Ideally, you’ll already be a qualified yoga instructor, but if not, we welcome candidates who actively practise yoga and are keen to complete an instructor course. The yacht is currently en route to the Mediterranean, where you’ll join for the upcoming summer season, before heading to the Caribbean and then on to the Pacific in 2026. You’ll work alongside the Lead Stewardess, rotating through all areas of the interior, and will be responsible for light crew cooking when guests are not onboard. The vessel’s Chef will join for guest trips, so you will not be expected to cook for guests. When the Chef is not onboard, you’ll be catering for a crew of seven, one of whom is gluten-free. We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable Cook to join a private household in Hamburg, Germany, on a temporary basis from July 15th to August 20th, 2025. This role involves daily working hours from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM, during which you will be responsible for preparing a simple, well-balanced dinner and dessert for a couple. Dinner is served promptly at 7:00 PM each evening. Following the meal, you will be expected to assist with clearing and tidying the dining area.

This position offers flexibility in terms of accommodation, as it can be either live-in or live-out. To support your responsibilities, the household will provide access to either a car or a bicycle for grocery shopping and other provisioning needs.

Lead Stewardess for a 30m Motor Yacht required. Crew and Concierge are working with a new build 30m Motor Yacht looking for a Lead Stewardess to join them. This is a dual-season privately owned vessel based in the Mediterranean in the summers with winters in the UAE. Please note that in the winter, the vessel will go down to two crew yourself and the Captain, due to the light usage that is planned. As the Lead Stewardess, you will be working with a Cook/Stew in the interior. The vessel is being built in Italy, which is where you will join them ahead of the summer season. Although this is a Sole Chef position, you will be predominantly cooking for the 4 crew members, as the owner only eats onboard once or twice a week, with up to 4 guests. New build Engineer required! We are currently working with a 30m+ Motor Yacht who are looking for their Engineer to join them in Italy, where they are in the latter stages of build. The vessel is due to be launched in September and plans to head to the Caribbean, where they will hopefully complete their first season. The vessel will be commercially registered and plans to charter, as well as being privately used by the owners. Summers will be based in the Mediterranean. To be considered for this role, you must be happy with a full-time contract with no rotation. The Captain and some of the crew onboard have worked together on a previous vessel with the same owner, so there is definitely some longevity to be had for the right individual. We are currently seeking an experienced Deck/Stew to join a 40m+ private sailing yacht with a dual-season programme. The vessel is currently in the Mediterranean, where you will join for the summer cruising season. Following this, the yacht will head into the yard for a short period before crossing to the Caribbean in 2026 for a short winter season. This is a true dual-role position, so previous experience in both deck and interior departments is essential. The breakdown is approximately 90% deck / 10% interior when the owner is not onboard, and 70% deck / 30% interior during guest trips, where you’ll assist the Sole Stewardess with turnarounds and service. You’ll be working alongside a Sole Stew and a Mate in a supportive and collaborative team. A strong work ethic, flexibility, and a positive attitude are key.

This role is part of a growing housekeeping team of seven, all with yachting backgrounds, and involves working across multiple high-end properties in Central London. The successful candidate must be fit, active, and hold a clean, valid driving licence. Previous experience working for UHNWIs is essential, along with a strong understanding of the high standards required in a large, private family household.

We’re looking for a well-presented, detail-oriented individual with a positive attitude and strong organisational skills. This position is also open to couples, preferably a Captain and Stewardess team.

The yacht operates on a dual-season schedule. During the summer, it cruises the Bahamas on extended trips with the owners and their guests. In the winter, the vessel remains lightly used and is based in Fort Lauderdale.

We are seeking an experienced Captain with a solid engineering background. A minimum qualification of Master 200 is required, along with hands-on experience in maintaining mechanical and electronic systems. The Captain will have full responsibility for the vessel and will work closely with one other crew member, so confidence in managing all onboard operations independently is essential.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing yachts of a similar size, excellent preventative maintenance knowledge, and the ability to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of all systems onboard.

As First Mate, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all deck operations and working closely with the Captain. The yacht runs with a crew of five: Captain, First Mate, Engineer, Stewardess, and Chef. The owner is an avid sailor and enjoys having the sails up as much as possible when onboard.

While the programme is typically quiet, the summer season, particularly June and July, can be busier. As a private vessel, we’re looking for someone who is adaptable, discreet, and ready to hit the ground running.

We are ideally looking for a candidate with at least one year of experience in a similar role and who is a confident and capable sailor. Previous sailing yacht experience is a bonus, but not essential if you’re strong under sail. A Yachtmaster Offshore certificate is required as a minimum.

We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Purser for this fantastic 70m Motor Yacht, private and charter with a busy cruising program. You will be working closely and assisting HODs with purchasing, invoicing and delivery of stores and services. Responsible for administration, accounting and petty cash, all crew administration including payroll procurement, shipments, accounting, budgets, salary reporting, leave accounts, planning of crew changes, flights, visas, airport transfers, preparation of all paperwork for port calls, direct liaison with port agents, and further as directed by the Captain. You must have your AEC1&2 in hand already and be keen to get stuck in; it will be busy, but there is so much room to learn. This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for a former yacht stewardess looking to transition into a land-based role while continuing to work to high standards. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation are upheld throughout the home on a daily basis. You will work alongside a Personal Assistant who is based in the home during the same working hours. There are also nannies within the property, so the ability to work as part of a wider household team is essential.

We are currently looking for a Service Stewardess to join a private estate in Palma. This estate is located 20 minutes away from the centre, so it is essential if you drive. This is a 30 hour per week position that requires you to be part of their rota/schedule. You will be required to work at least one weekend a month, too. This role is very much service focused with little to no housekeeping involved. As the Service Stewardess, you will be responsible for setting the table and creating napkin folds, and flower arrangements. There will be lots of dinners and events throughout the year, so someone who is able to keep up with the fast pace is essential. The service team is made up of 8, as well as the F&B Managers. Yacht experience is preferred for this role.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to transition to land and be based in Palma. You will be working on a Spanish working contract so applicants need to be legal to work in Spain. Sadly, UK passports without residency cannot be accepted.

As Captain, you will be responsible for preparing the vessel for launch, managing all aspects of the setup, and working closely with management to oversee the recruitment of a crew of four. Previous experience with new builds is a bonus, as the role requires someone confident in handling warranty work, yard periods, and ensuring the vessel is fully operational and guest-ready. As this is the owner’s first yacht, strong communication skills and the ability to build a trusting and informative relationship will be key.
