Role & Responsibilities
Crew & Concierge are currently seeking an experienced Deckhand to join a 55m Motor Yacht. The vessel operates a dual season with both private and charter use, and is currently located in the Mediterranean, where it will remain for the summer cruising season. At the end of the season, the yacht will cross to the Caribbean and the United States for the winter. You will be part of a deck team of five (Chief Officer, Second Officer, and three Deckhands). Your duties will include watersports, diving support, tender driving, and all general deckhand responsibilities. To be considered, you must have 1–2 full seasons of experience and be confident on deck. A Yacht Rating is the minimum requirement, though a Yachtmaster would be highly advantageous. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vessel with excellent crew longevity and a brilliant onboard atmosphere.

Sole Chef - CC7454 - 50m Motor Yacht
Role & Responsibilities
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Sole Chef to join a 50m dual-season new build motor yacht, which will operate both privately and for charter. You will join the vessel in Europe before they start their first season at the end of July/beginning of August. They will then head to the Caribbean for the winter season. The current plans are to charter the vessel quite heavily, so we are looking for candidates with proven, extensive charter experience!
As the Sole Chef, you will be solely responsible for cooking for 9 crew members and 12 guests. We are currently looking for a Deck/Stewardess to join a 50m dual-season new build motor yacht. The role is Stewardess-focused during guest trips, supporting the interior team with service, housekeeping, and guest interaction, and more Deck-focused during off-trip periods, assisting with general maintenance, washdowns, mooring operations, and exterior upkeep.

We are currently looking for a Chief Stewardess to join a 50m dual-season new build motor yacht. Role & Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a freelance Chief Engineer to join a 30m charter motor yacht from 14th June to 20th August. The vessel runs a busy charter program and has confirmed bookings throughout the season.
You will be joining and disembarking in the Mediterranean. The yacht is powered by 714kW and requires someone holding a Y3 ticket or equivalent to meet operational and regulatory standards. As the Sole Engineer onboard, you will be responsible for the maintenance, management, and smooth operation of all technical systems. This role requires confidence in working independently, resolving technical issues swiftly, and ensuring the vessel runs safely and efficiently throughout the season. To support your transition, the full-time Engineer will be on hand to provide a thorough handover and will remain available remotely should any questions arise during your time onboard.

This is a single-season vessel, spending winters in Italy. While the yacht remains in Italy during the off-season, the owner also has a private chalet and would like the Chef to be available for occasional bookings at the chalet during the winter months. We currently have a super exciting opportunity for a talented Sous Chef to join a 90m private Motor Yacht, which operates on a dual season program - spending the summers in the Mediterranean, and the winters over in the States. B1B2 is a MUST! This position can be offered to an individual or as a couple with a Cook/Stew.
We are currently seeking a Deck/Stew to join a 25m private sailing yacht that operates dual seasons, cruising the Mediterranean this summer (its first return in a few years), followed by the U.S. and Caribbean for the winter. Please note, the yacht will be shipped across the Atlantic rather than sailing the crossing. The vessel is used privately by the owner and his guests periodically throughout the season. The crew consists of three: the Captain, a Cook/Stew, and the Deck/Stew. While the role is primarily deck-focused, due to the small crew size and the nature of a 25m yacht, we’re looking for someone who is equally comfortable assisting in the interior, including turn-ups/turn-downs and occasional service when needed. We are currently looking for a Service Stewardess to join a private estate in Palma. This estate is located 20 minutes away from the centre, so it is essential if you drive. This is a 30 hour per week position that requires you to be part of their rota/schedule. You will be required to work at least one weekend a month, too. This role is very much service focused with little to no housekeeping involved. As the Service Stewardess, you will be responsible for setting the table and creating napkin folds, and flower arrangements. There will be lots of dinners and events throughout the year, so someone who is able to keep up with the fast pace is essential. The service team is made up of 8, as well as the F&B Managers. Yacht experience is preferred for this role.
