We are currently seeking a freelance Chief Engineer to join a 30m charter motor yacht from 14th June to 20th August. The vessel runs a busy charter program and has confirmed bookings throughout the season.

You will be joining and disembarking in the Mediterranean. The yacht is powered by 714kW and requires someone holding a Y3 ticket or equivalent to meet operational and regulatory standards. As the Sole Engineer onboard, you will be responsible for the maintenance, management, and smooth operation of all technical systems. This role requires confidence in working independently, resolving technical issues swiftly, and ensuring the vessel runs safely and efficiently throughout the season. To support your transition, the full-time Engineer will be on hand to provide a thorough handover and will remain available remotely should any questions arise during your time onboard.

This role is part of a growing housekeeping team of seven, all with yachting backgrounds, and involves working across multiple high-end properties in Central London. The successful candidate must be fit, active, and hold a clean, valid driving licence. Previous experience working for UHNWIs is essential, along with a strong understanding of the high standards required in a large, private family household.

We’re looking for a well-presented, detail-oriented individual with a positive attitude and strong organisational skills. We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Purser for this fantastic 70m Motor Yacht, private and charter with a busy cruising program. You will be working closely and assisting HODs with purchasing, invoicing and delivery of stores and services. Responsible for administration, accounting and petty cash, all crew administration including payroll procurement, shipments, accounting, budgets, salary reporting, leave accounts, planning of crew changes, flights, visas, airport transfers, preparation of all paperwork for port calls, direct liaison with port agents, and further as directed by the Captain. Advanced planning and preparation for owner and guest trips working closely with the team to ensure a smooth trip is had by all. Producing itineraries with the Captain for Guest activities ashore. Must have 2+ years of experience and a background in accounting is preferred. Advanced user in Microsoft Excel.

Crew & Concierge are currently seeking a Deckhand to join a 40m+ sailing yacht. This is a dual-season vessel, operating both private and charter trips. The yacht is currently preparing for a crossing and is looking for someone to join upon arrival in the Mediterranean, where they will spend the summer cruising. After a busy summer season, the vessel will head to the yard for a 4-week maintenance period before crossing to the Caribbean for some light cruising. From there, the yacht plans to continue on to the Pacific, with intentions to explore further afield and off the beaten track. We are looking for a Deckhand with a Yachtmaster Offshore already in hand. Ideally, you will have at least one year of experience in the superyacht industry, but we will also consider candidates with one solid season under their belt, provided they have the right attitude and work ethic. You will work closely with an experienced First Mate and be part of a supportive and professional team. We are currently looking for a Service Stewardess to join a private estate in Palma. This estate is located 20 minutes away from the centre, so it is essential if you drive. This is a 30 hour per week position that requires you to be part of their rota/schedule. You will be required to work at least one weekend a month, too. This role is very much service focused with little to no housekeeping involved. As the Service Stewardess, you will be responsible for setting the table and creating napkin folds, and flower arrangements. There will be lots of dinners and events throughout the year, so someone who is able to keep up with the fast pace is essential. The service team is made up of 8, as well as the F&B Managers. Yacht experience is preferred for this role.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to transition to land and be based in Palma. You will be working on a Spanish working contract so applicants need to be legal to work in Spain. Sadly, UK passports without residency cannot be accepted.

We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Captain to join a 30m private new build motor yacht, scheduled for launch ahead of the summer season. This will be a dual-season vessel, cruising the Mediterranean over the summer with the owners and their guests coming and going, before relocating to the UAE for the winter, where it will primarily be used for occasional day trips. As Captain, you will be responsible for preparing the vessel for launch, managing all aspects of the setup, and working closely with management to oversee the recruitment of a crew of four. Previous experience with new builds is a bonus, as the role requires someone confident in handling warranty work, yard periods, and ensuring the vessel is fully operational and guest-ready. As this is the owner’s first yacht, strong communication skills and the ability to build a trusting and informative relationship will be key. This is a full-time, live-out position, including service, housekeeping, laundry, and day-to-day management of two members of Housekeeping/Service staff.

A Y4 ticket must be in hand, and the vessel is Cayman Islands flagged. If you have a Power Boat Level 2, it would be a benefit.
