If yes, this could be the right job for you! We are looking for a Deckhand to join a private 46m Motor Yacht in Italy. It will start off as a seasonal contract with the chance to turn permanent if all parties are happy. They will cruise the Med this summer, visiting the South of France, Monaco for the Grand Prix, Sardinia, Capri, Croatia and Greece before settling in France for the winter. The vessel was launched last year and the owners are quite relaxed, they don't use the water toys much but they spend around 3 months onboard in total, occasionally a few weeks at a time. We are currently looking for a Exec HK/PA to fill a temporary contract. This is going to be for around 3 months from April - June and you will be assisting the client with a large move. We are looking for a candidate who is happy to carry out a range of duties from light housekeeping, and shopping, to organising the preparations for the move. This can be a live-in or live-out position and the property is based near Stokenchurch. You will be the only staff member within the household working for the sole Principal. The main part of this role is to assist with packing up the house, organising deliveries and collections, housekeeping etc. The client also has 3 small dogs that will also need to be taken into consideration so a dog lover would be a bonus. This is a Monday-to-Friday role but you may have to assist if the move fell on a weekend.

Cook/Stewardess - CC6699 - 27m Motor Yacht
Role & Responsibilities
We are currently on the lookout for a seasonal Crew Cook/Steward(ess) to join a 27m motor yacht.
This is a single-season vessel and travels in convoy with a larger vessel. As the Cook/Stewardess, you will be responsible for cooking for a crew of 4 - lunch and dinner, as well as managing the interior. There are no dietary requirements on board, and they enjoy a variety of cuisines so we are just looking for an all-around cook. Guests come on board in the afternoons from the mothership to use the deck toys and do watersports, you will be responsible for guest service, and ensure the interior is kept to a high standard during this time. On occasion, you may be required to jump onto the larger vessel to assist in service or in the galley, but this will be infrequent. We are looking for someone with at least a season's experience under their belt, ready for this season's work and happy to assist in all departments onboard.

We are currently looking for a First Mate to join a 27m Shadow vessel. For this position, we are looking for someone with their Master 200/OOW500 in hand or close to achieving it! This is a seasonal position with the opportunity to turn permanent for the right candidate, with a promotion to the role of Captain at the end of the year! The vessel bases itself in Italy for the winter and then cruises the Med for the summer seasons. This is a busy vessel, that supports a 70m motor yacht and runs with a crew of 4. Throughout the summer, you will have guests coming and going during the daytime using the water toys and coming onboard for lunch. As there is the opportunity to step up to Captain at the end of the season, this is a great opportunity for a First Mate on a larger vessel to take a step back in size and take on more responsibilities and command when required. The Captain is very hands-on and is waiting to train the right candidate.
Furthermore, it will be a big bonus if you are a kitesurfing or diver and speak either Italian, Spanish or French but not essential.

We are urgently looking for a temporary Housekeeper & Driver to work for a regular client of ours. We are looking for someone who is highly organised and a good all-rounder. You will be covering the permanent member of staff's holiday this is only a short contract.

You will be assisting in driving them to appointments, completing housekeeping duties, running errands and managing the overall process to ensure a smooth running. The vessel is private and charter and has a dual-season itinerary. We are currently on the search for a fantastic Laundry Stewardess to join a 70m Motor Yacht. This is both a private and charter vessel which is dual season. For the summer of 2024, the vessel will be cruising the Med, and then for the winter, the vessel will be heading to the Caribbean. As the Laundry Stewardess, you will be in charge of managing all of the laundry onboard for both guests and crew. In total, you will be doing laundry for 16 crew and 12 guests. We are looking for a candidate who is proficient in laundry, with a comprehensive understanding of different cleaning detergents and laundering equipment as well as knowledge of different textiles and their appropriate care instructions. To be considered for this role, you must have experience working already in the yachting industry and have worked on a 60m+. This is a great vessel, with some fantastic longevity, and a fun crew and is great for someone who is looking to be part of a good programme.

Second Officer - CC6583 - 70m Motor Yacht
Role & Responsibilities
We have an exciting position for a Second Officer to join a 75m New Build Motor Yacht. This is going to be a busy role as you will be involved with the setup of the vessel ahead of the launch. The boat will be launched in the latter part of this year so the position is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking for a new challenge and would like to be involved in a build. As the 2nd Officer, you will be working closely with the Chief Officer as well as the Captain to ensure the vessel is up and running and functionally fit for sea. You will be required to have good experience with IMS and ISPS.
If you have some previous build experience, this would be great but you MUST have experience working on a 75m as a minimum for a substantial amount of time. We are looking for someone who is keen to progress in their career as there are some nice plans in the future. There is a lot of room to grow and develop in this role.
