We're looking for two Superintendents to work remotely within the Engineering sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity for Engineers who are wanting to move shore-based but still have some travel.

You'll need to be based in Europe for travel and communication purposes. We're looking for motivated individuals who are able to build and maintain relationships with other team members, engineers, yards and further related personnel. You'll be providing ongoing shore support from refit and warranty work, to projects, planning and completing all related administration.

You must have prior Superyacht experience but a commercial background before the move to yachting is also a benefit.

One Superintendent will be responsible for the support of a 100m+ vessel.

And One Superintendent will be responsible for the support of 1-2 70m+ vessels.

Shore-based positions within the yachting sector

We're looking for two Administration Assistants to work in a fast-paced and exciting environment in the South of France. Working to support a team, you'll need to be excellent at building relationships and have solid time management and organisational skills.

You'll need to have strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and be able to think critically to solve day to day problems. To cover some but not all the duties you'll be:

- Liaising with vessels, crew and shore-based management using the mediums of email, telephone and in-person on occasion

- Research and answer questions and resolve potential issues

- Work with software development and technical support personnel to record and develop requests

- Support managers, heads of department and directors in daily tasks

- Induction of new personnel with software training

- Administrative input on projects, reports, planning as well as prepping documents

- Develop, organise and keep technical databased, spreadsheets and filing on track

- Manage diaries including meeting agendas and appointments

- General administrative support as well as filing, copying, scanning etc.

- Assist with research, collation of data, preparation & development of presentations and reports suited to different audiences

- Managing and organising travel arrangements

- Be discreet and handle sensitive information.

- Be pro-active in your role and use initiative

We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to manage the diary of an Executive within a yachting organisation.

You will be managing any administrative tasks and your responsibilities will include:

- Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Collating and filing expenses - accounts
- Miscellaneous tasks to support their manager

This can be a remote position with meetings held in the South West, UK with some held in and around Europe so some travel may be required.

Cook / Stewardess

CC4844 - 25.00 metre Sailing Yacht

This is a couple's position linked with job - CC4842

We are looking for a Cook/Stew/Deck to work with their Captain partner on a gorgeous 82" sailing yacht. The vessel is both private and charter, with a great itinerary planned.

You'll need to be a solid all-rounder and capable of managing the interior including housekeeping, laundry and service to cooking for the family and friends that come onboard. You have some artistic license with your menu and great presentation and utilising local produce is appreciated. It would be ideal if you've completed a cooking course to expand your knowledge and skillset. You'll also need to assist on deck so have a love of sailing and be happy with general deck operations and helping with maintenance.

The vessel will cross to the Caribbean for this winter and will have 4-6 charters alongside boss trips, she'll then either head up the East Coast to Newport or cross back and head to the Eastern Med.

We're looking for a couple with solid longevity who would like to commit to another programme again for some time.

Salary dependant on experience. Start date ASAP with a handover provided.

We are looking for a Guest Service Manager for a small island resort in the Bahamas.

Your role will encompass all guest and front office operations from helping with check-ins and outs to assisting meeting any special requirements the guests may have. You'll also oversee staff scheduling and shifts and making sure all departments are co-operating and running smoothly. You'll have to be good with administration including looking after accounts and inventory.

Attitude is an important factor too, you'll need to be approachable and enjoy interacting with guests and understanding their needs.

Shore-based couple's position - linked with CC4840

We are looking for an Operations Manager/Engineer for a small private resort in the Bahamas.

This is a great position to take on responsibility and ownership of the operational side of the island. You'll need to be adaptable and ready to handle a variety of tasks as well as being technically minded to be hands-on. Organisation is key, with your time as well as with your tools and spares including ordering.

Ideally, you'll have boat experience but not a necessity. However, it's great if you have experience working with smaller crafts, outboards, generators, air conditioners and watermakers. You'll also need to be technically savvy and confident with electronics, computers as well as AV/IT.

You'll be working alongside the landscaping team and also overseeing other staff. It's a small team so a positive, pitch-in attitude is needed.
