We are looking for an Operations Manager. The position is to work remotely from UK or Europe, there will be plenty of travel involved. We are looking for someone with good knowledge of flag & class, excellent organization and communication skills all of which make a great Ops Manager. Our ideal candidate will have been a Chief Officer or Captain on a large vessel and will have good knowledge of this industry. We are looking for someone who is able to build and maintain strong working relationships and who is able to liaise with other team members, HOD's, reporting to other members of the team in a clear and concise, confidential manner.

Our candidate needs to be a trustworthy senior member of the team with great communication and dedication to the position.

Shore-based positions within the yachting sector

We are looking to recruit an "Internal HR Consultant" for a well-established company in the Super Yacht sector. We are looking for someone with a good background in HR who can ensure all HR policies have adhered to the business-standard. You will not only handle the talent acquisition but the onboarding of chosen candidates where you will be offering continued support in regards to employee relations. The company tends to focus on long-term human resource planning and finding appropriate candidates for positions that require a very specific skill set in a variety of roles.

You will have 3-4 years of experience in HR and have a good knowledge of recruiting (please note this is not yacht crew recruitment).
Experience within the Super Yacht sector is a bonus. We are happy to look at candidates from the commercial and cruise ship industry too.

  • Previous experience in Human Resources or other related fields
  • Operations experience onboard Super Yachts 70m+ or Cruise Ships
  • Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex or diverse information.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and gather and analyse information skillfully.
  • Speaks and write clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations and demonstrates group presentation skills.
  • Demonstrates discretion and confidentiality in all circumstances.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Exceptional computer skills, MS Excel, and PowerPoint. Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsible for the secure handling of all colleague data.

We are currently looking for an Account Manager / Interior Supply Manager for a great land-based company.

This position will be full time working from the office which is based in London. The role will involve project specification, client relations and internal team collaboration. In this role creativity, ambition and a hands-on approach will serve you well. Experience in the superyacht and/or high-end residential is essential.

Experience in the aviation or hospitality sector would also be of benefit. You will be working with the interior designer or an owner, they'll specify, source and supply everything from porcelain and cutlery to bed linens, bath towels, crystal stemware and decorative objects etc, etc.

Property Management - Couples/Singles

We are looking for a live-in, Hospitality and House Manager who will be in charge of the upkeep and day-to-day running of this property.

This impressive Estate hosts one of the country's most celebrated partridge and pheasant shoots and during the season guests are able to enjoy the exquisite beauty, challenging sport and excellent hospitality it offers. The season runs from Sept to Jan and is a busy time with the hosting of 90 Lunches and around 40 dinners during that time period. Summer is much more relaxed allowing for plenty of leave. You will work with the existing domestic staff and report directly to the Owner.

Your responsibilities and duties will include (but not be limited to) the following:

o The overall management of the property and the shoot lodge.
o The supervision, management, instruction, recruitment and training of all housekeeping and hospitality staff both full time and seasonal along with organising associated work rotas.
o Stock control including monthly and annual stock takes.
o House budget management
o Laundry management
o In house and external floristry
o Meet, greet and general front-facing duties associated with guests attending the Estate.
o Table and general service
o Supervision of ongoing maintenance and/or refurbishment work at the House or Lodge
o Intruder and Fire Alarm response (in conjunction with other keyholders)
o Shopping
o Family duties associated with the private sections of the House including dog sitting.

Your hours of work shall be flexible reflecting the seasonal nature of your work and you shall be expected to work such hours as may be reasonably required to perform your duties.
You will be expected to work closely with other Estate Staff as necessary.
