CC4750 - 43 metre Motor Yacht


We are looking for a Sole Chef to join a private 44m Motor Yacht as soon as possible.

This is a temporary position for 2 months until the end of the season. The Yacht is currently in France and will be cruising the Med.

You will cater for up to 7 guests and 9 crew. There are dual owners and both will have individual trips during your time onboard. You must have a solid knowledge of Med-style cuisine from a variety of salads to handling fish and meat as well as being prepared for any dietary requirements.

The salary is 5000e per month.

Sole Chef

CC4748 - 30 metre Sailing Yacht

We are looking for a Sole Chef to join a 30m Sailing Yacht.

The vessel is private and charter and is currently in the Med with an Eastern and Western Med cruising itinerary for the summer.

You will be cooking for 4 crew and up to 9 guests and need to have a solid and varied repertoire of dishes to suit different needs. Previous charter experience would be beneficial.

This position is for the rest of the season but for the right candidate, this could become permanent with an Atlantic crossing and Caribbean winter.

Sailing knowledge is also a plus but not a necessity.

Salary is depending on experience and the start date will be the 8th August.

CC4746 - 26 metre Sailing Yacht

We are currently looking for a Deck/Stew/Cook to join a private 26m Sailing Yacht that is currently in the Med. You must have previous sailing experience and be comfortable with handling these roles as it will be the Captain and yourself on board with the owners. This will be a full-time role.

We're looking for someone with a can-do attitude and who is looking to gain longevity and to further their skill set. You will need to have strong skills in deck maintenance including sanding, caulking, teak maintenance and varnishing. You will also be required to hold your Yachtmaster Offshore.

You will be required to cook for the owner and his wife, therefore you will need to have previous culinary experience. They enjoy eating good, healthy food and you will have to be able to adhere to minor dietary requirements.

You will also be expected to carry out interior duties such as beds and heads, as well as interior detailing.

Salary: EUR 2600 - 2700

Sole Chef

CC4732 - 40.00 metre Sailing Yacht

We are looking for a Sole Chef for a 40m Sailing Yacht. The yacht is currently based Stateside so our candidate will need to hold a B1/B2 Visa or be prepared to organise applying for one. We can look at both male & female candidates. You will be comfortable working on Sailing Yachts and enjoy that aspect. The yacht carry's out boss trips and is part of a race program. The vessel will remain Stateside until Dec this year, she will undergo a short yard period where you will cater for the 7 crew and any contractors and then head off to the Caribbean for racing in Antigua and St Barths.

During regattas, you may be requested to work at the Villa and also cater for the race crew.

This position is to start in September. We are looking at applications now with an understanding that people are busy and plenty of notice can be given to organise interviews.

Head Chef

CC4727 - 43.00 metre Sailing Yacht

We are looking for a Chef for a 40m + Sailing Yacht that is currently cruising off the beaten track. A sailing Chef who is used to provisioning in far-flung places and enjoys sailing and diving around those remote parts of the World. You will cater for anything up to 8 guests and 7 crew. It is rare that the boat has the full capacity of guests and the usual numbers can be 4-6 guests. The owner enjoys simple food that is healthy and local, of course, fresh fish and lovely salads. From time to time, you will be expected to ramp up the cooking style and really wow the guests and go the extra mile when provisions and time permit and cater to any dietary requirements that are asked of you.
