We are looking for a Cook/Stew for a private, 18m Sailing Yacht.

This is a seasonal postion with live-on board Owners with 4 young children. You will be part of a crew of 3 and will be in charge of all provisioning and cooking as well as cleaning. The Owners are very laid back and appreciate wholesome family-style cooking, not finde dining and the season will run from June to September/October where they will be cruising the Med. 

Please note, the start date will be 1st May 2020. We are looking for a keen sailor with a calm nature who interacts well with children, although there will be an Au Pair on board.

Head Chef

CC3984 - 50.00 metre Motor Yacht

We are looking for a Female Head Chef to join a private, single-season 50m Motor Yacht.

You will be an experienced Chef who has a keen interest and experience in Vegan and Italian cuisine and is able to prepare wholesome and healthy meals for the guests and Crew. The Owners do have their own simple dishes in their repertoire which they liked to be cooked in a certain way, which is mainly Meditteranean based for when they do not have guests on board.

The summer season will be spent cruising the Med and you may also be asked to cook on board other boats in the fleet and occasionally the Owners private residences. They spend the winter in the SoF so there is the option to live ashore and flexibility with time off for training courses etc in that period.

Head Chef

CC3980 - 56.00 metre Sailing Yacht

We are looking for a Head Chef to join a private & charter 56m Sailing Yacht.

You will need to have experience working in high-end restaurants alongside at least 1-2 years of sailing experience. The Owners enjoy fusion-style dishes with an Asian twist which is well presented alongside healthy, wholesome meals for the Crew. This is a charter boat so you will need to have the flexibility to cook for guests with dietary requirements, with last-minute changes.

The vessel will be cruising the Med and then heading out to the Caribbean for the winter. They are looking for a Chef to join them towards the end of March/early April.

Head Chef

CC3975 - 30.00 metre Sailing Yacht

We are looking for a Female Head Chef to join a private, 30m Sailing Yacht.

You will be an experienced Chef who has a keen interest in healthy, perfectly presented food and is able to prepare wholesome meals for Crew and guests.

This is a temporary position from the 2nd March to the 15th April for a Boss/Delivery trip with the option to stay on for the yard period until the end of May. There will then be an option for a rotational position with the current Head Chef.

The vessel will be sailing in the US so you must have the appropriate passport or B1B2 visa in hand.

We are looking for a female Chef for a private 30m Sailing Yacht.

You will be cooking for guests and crew and will need to have a varying repertoire and good knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine. They will be sailing the Med for the summer for a very busy season and you must have a great positive working attitude throughout.

Cook / Stewardess

CC3945 - 28 metre Motor Yacht

We are looking for a Russian speaking Cook/Stewardess to join a private 28m Motor Yacht for the summer season.

You will be in charge of all housekeeping and interior duties as well as service and cooking. Ideally, you will have at least 2 seasons experience and have a passion for cooking homemade, Russian or Ukraine cuisine and occasionally Mediterranean dishes that are simple and tasty. The owners often dine out in the evening but you will always be cooking and serving for Breakfast and lunch. 

This position will start on the 1st April and has the potential to turn into a permanent position.
