Sous Chef

We are looking for a Sous Chef to join a 70m+ Motor Yacht.

This position is full-time onboard a busy dual-season charter vessel.
Ideally, you need to be free to join as soon as possible.

We are looking for someone to hit the ground running and you will be working alongside the Head Chef catering for a crew of 20 as well as assisting the Head Chef on charter trips.

The vessel is currently based in the Med before they head to the Caribbean in early November.

You must be great with bread making and pastry work as well as having a varied repertoire of cooking healthy Med-style classics, vegan dishes, and catering to any other allergies and dietary requirements. The vessel has a well-stocked galley so you can really go to town on the dishes!

Chief Stewardess

CC4879 - 35 metre Sailing Yacht

We are currently looking for a Chief Stewardess and Sole Chef couple for a 35m+ Sailing Yacht.

As the Chief Stewardess, you will be responsible for working closely with the Deck/Stewardess within the interior department. Off charter, you will become the Sole Stewardess taking full responsibility of the interior.

As the Chef, you will cater for 6 crew and up to 12 guests. This is a fantastic boat with lovely owners and crew. The owners enjoy simple American style food but always must be well presented.

We are looking for a couple who have some sailing experience.

A B1B2 is advantageous.

Sole Chef

CC4859 - 37.00 metre Sailing Yacht

We are currently looking for a Sole Chef to join a lovely 37m Sailing Yacht.

This is a full-time position with a start date of mid-late October. Joining in the Balearics, there'll be a boss trip in November and the boat will then stay in Palma until January with a Caribbean, Central America and then Pacific itinerary. 

You will be cooking for a family of 3 with occasional extra guests. The owners enjoy classic Mediterranean style food, especially Spanish and Italian cuisine. You will be part of a crew of 5 who all enjoy eating healthy meals and salads.

The ideal candidate must have some sail experience and be confident with their knowledge in the galley. You must be a fun, enthusiastic, confident individual who isn't afraid to help out in other departments. Salary DOE.

Sole Chef

We are looking for a Female Chef with a B1B2 for a 36m Sailing Yacht. The boat will travel down from the US to the Caribbean, following on to a Med season before starting a South Pacific Cruise.

You will cater for 6 crew and up to 12 guests. This is a fantastic boat with lovely owners and crew. The owners enjoy simple American style food but always well presented.

You must enjoy the sailing side of things due to the mileage that will be covered.

Cook / Stewardess

CC4841 - 20 metre Sailing Yacht

We are looking for a Cook/Stew for a 65" Sailing Yacht - this is a temporary position to complete the season.

Although she's a smaller vessel, you may still be catering for up to 12 guests who all enjoy European and Mediterranean dishes - therefore time management and organisation is key. You'll also be responsible for provisioning and meeting the budgets.

As for the interior elements, you'll be responsible for all housekeeping, laundry and some service - there are also children onboard on occasion so a friendly, approachable attitude would be great.

Joining in Greece, you'll be needed until Mid December. A great position for a strong all rounder to see off the rest of the year.

Head Chef

CC4829 - 50 metre Motor Yacht

C&C are looking for a rotational Chef 3:3 starting late December. You must hold a valid STCW including a PDSD, B1B2, ENG1 or equivalent and a food hygiene certificate and drivers license. The candidate must have experience cooking high-end British food, have a calm demeanour but be highly organised. There are allergies to consider shellfish being one and some health issues to be aware of. You must be a team player and work well as an individual. Flexibility is a must with changes guests.

We are looking for candidates who lead a clean, healthy and active lifestyle. You must speak fluent English, hold good longevity have no visible tattoos and be clean-shaven at all times.

The joining location will be the USA. All crew are of mixed nationalities and you will share a cabin with a male. This is a world cruising vessel that heads to far-flung places.

Cook / Stewardess

CC4810 - 17 metre Sailing Yacht

We are looking for a Cook/Stew/Deck who can be coupled with a Captain/Engineer (not mandatory) to run a brand new 17m Private/Charter Sailing Catamaran in the States and the Caribbean. The yacht runs with 2 crew.

This is a great opportunity for a couple to run their own command and be responsible for giving their guests a memorable experience. As the Cook/Stew/Deck, you will be responsible for planning menus, provisioning and preparing meals for the guests, based on their preferences. This will include breakfast, lunch and dinner. You will need to have previous experience cooking for large groups as you will be a huge part of making these trips successful.

The cat can fit up to 12 guests, therefore it is crucial that you have a strong ability to interact with guests well. You will be assisting the Captain with docking and anchoring, also the general upkeep of the yacht. Additional duties will include turning over cabins, detailing the interior and maintaining the deck, hoisting sails, changing sails, line handling and fenders.

The yachts itinerary will be to charter in the Caribbean, the Bahamas, BVI's, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. The better the trip, the more the guests will be grateful, therefore organised fun, great food and brilliant hosts will be key to their adventure!
