Chief Engineer

CC3898 - 47 metre Motor Yacht

We are looking for a Temporary Delivery Chief Engineer to cover the current Engineer's annual leave on a 47m Motor Yacht. The yacht is currently in the UK and will be crossing over to the Caribbean. You must be ready to hit the ground running and willing to get stuck in where necessary. You must also hold your Y3 ticket.

Chief Engineer

CC3888 - 30.00 metre Sailing Yacht

We are looking for a very capable, technically minded Engineer for this unique 30m Sailing Yacht. For the past 12-months the vessel has undergone a huge retrofit to a green hybrid propulsion system including new hydraulics , air-conditioning and new freezer compressors. The yacht now has to capacity to manoeuvre silently off the dock or anchor, hoist sales and regenerate power through the shaft when sailing.

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in this type of engineering and be willing to learn the system in order to maintain it and implement new parts when needed. You will need to schedule maintenance programs too.

You will also be part of the watch team during the crossing so some sailing experience is preferential. The yacht will eventually have the potential to cross the Atlantic without using a single drop of fuel.

The position is full-time but during the boss trips you will be either flown home or placed in accommodation a shore.

AV/IT Officer

CC3865 - 100 metre Motor Yacht

We are looking for a 2:2 rotational AV/IT Officer for a 100m+ private motor yacht currently in the shipyard for the winter in Europe. You must have previous experience on board large yacht/cruise/passenger ships and possess skills in all different aspects of audio/visual equipment, IT, CCTV, VSAT, GMDSS and navigation equipment, Stability Software and communication systems.

You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of all AV/IT systems, performing regular backup of the ship's data, ensuring all the security systems are fully operational and ordering of consumables/spares and many other elements within the department. This is a multi-faceted, demanding role requiring someone with exceptional knowledge and experience in this area.

Start date: Mid-November. This is a male-only position due to cabin arrangements. You must be fluent in English both written and verbal, a strict non-smoker with no visible tattoos.

Chief Engineer

CC3856 - 35.00 metre Sailing Yacht

We are looking for CHIEF ENGINEER a private, but busy 35m Sailing Yacht which is currently in the Med. They will be in the shipyard for the winter and heading to the Adriatic for the summer, season and then onto the Caribbean next winter with an exciting itinerary into 2021. You must hold your MEOL ticket as a minimum and be an avid sailor as this is a racing boat and will take part in at least two regattas a year.

The right candidate will have a solid Engineering background with good sailing skills, a hands-on approach and a proactive attitude. The vessel will be having its 5-year survey with some major overhauls happening, so strong yard experience is a must. A previous Engineer will be assisting for the yard period, so you will essentially have a fantastic 3-month handover before taking the reigns in the early Spring.

This beautiful vessel has a fantastic crew who are looking for a fun, active and social Engineer to join this tight-knit team.

Chief Engineer

CC3851 - 50.00 metre Sailing Yacht

We are looking for a CHIEF ENGINEER for a beautiful 50m sailing yacht. The vessel is private and we are looking for someone with solid Engineering knowledge and skills - Y3 Level is preferable. Commercial tickets are also considered as long as you have experience working on yachts. There will be a deckhand/engineer to help when needed so someone who can manage people would be great.

Sailing experience is a bonus but not a requirement. You'll need to be hands-on and practical, being able to troubleshoot and work autonomously. The boat is currently in Eastern Europe and will cross to the Caribbean for the winter. This is a full-time position but a great salary on offer.
