Voyager is a 61m Motor Yacht (ex MV Absinthe) we are a commercial charter yacht and employ a minimum of 15 crew members. Due to the fact that we run on a skeleton crew during the winters, we have used "Crew & Concierge" as our principle crew agency for the last 3 summers.
The reason being is that we find C & C are competitive with their fees, flexible in the event of any problems and always show due diligence in checking all CV's , references etc.

It was only a last minute call from me, after losing out on the couple who were all set to join us, who couldn't for such sad circumstances, just before their scheduled arrival. For all the firms I was in contact with, you were by far the most pro-active, friendly and actually interested in listening to what the situation was, that we were offering. All good stuff.
