The engine room has an air conditioned control room, with state of the art software and monitoring systems for the entire yacht. The Job is to start in February and take control of certain aspects of the fit-and-finish of the build. Maintain interior of vessel to highest standard including cabins and all guest areas on a daily basis. Complete responsibility for provision and maintenance of crew uniform. All laundry function to support above; laundry on board. Maintain inventory and be responsible for its consistent storage. Responsibility for galley, food stocking for normal operations and deliveries. Responsibility for wine and drinks inventory; stocking, storage and chilling. Stewardessing – serving food and drink to a five star standard. Look after all guests whilst onboard, especially women and children. First aid for guests and fellow crew; ability and confidence important. Help when possible with daily wash-down and chamois/polish. Help with handling all lines, fenders for mooring and going alongside in quiet and competent manner. Anchor or alongside watch on own.

Computer, navigation, AV and communications systems, rig and all deck systems including furling, winches, windlass and power packs. Steering and propulsion. Tender, davits and passerelle. Be able to manage the deck when sailing, at anchor and in dock.
Be able to kee the yacht with a faultless appearance and presentation at all time. The boat does have a race programme so the candidate will need to be very experienced. NON SMOKER & NO DRUGS TOLERATED. Smart and clean appearance. Ability and attitude to provide high level of stewarding service. In return there is a good apportunity to grow and take courses.
