C&C are a new independent Crew and Concierge service based in Palma founded in 2008 by Sara Duncan.

We are a international yacht crew agency with a difference; a small organisation that highly values our clients and crew. Our many years in the yachting industry enable us to offer a comprehensive service in the supply of high class, skilled crew members. Thanks to our equally experienced support team we offer a very personal service to our clients and candidates.
