15 years ago as a twenty-one year old Sara decided on a career change that was to take her to many exotic locations: she travelled to the South of France to find work in the luxury yacht industry as a stewardess. Her many voyages took her to the many corners of the Caribbean and Mediterranean and to the USA on yachts large and small, sail and motor powered. They included two Atlantic crossings. Being imaginative and hard-working she earned a reputation as a highly sought after crew member. She made Palma, Mallorca, her home.
Some eight years ago she opted to return to the UK in order to start a business manufacturing hand-made chocolates (a skill she learned while travelling in Australia). But after two or so years, she decided that the yachting industry still called and returned to Palma and to work on various boats, acting as sous-chef on a large motoryacht (or chef on smaller craft). This period included catering for the various regattas in and around the Balearics.
Sara started a family in late 2006 and life on the ocean became impossible. Her many contacts in the yachting industry gave her the opportunity to work onshore finding crew for some of the very yachts on which she had gained so much experience. Today's successful company "Crew & Concierge" was born.

Helen grew up far from the sea in the city of Johannesburg, South Africa, an unusual platform for what became her future. She trained to become a professional chef in the Prue Leith college of Food and Wine in South Africa as a means to travel the world, and that she did. At age 21 after a brief spell working in restaurants in London and still with no yachting background she found herself in Palma where her talents in the kitchen, her passion for life, and a desire to see the world led her into a decade of working in yachting. During that time Helen has crossed the Atlantic 9 times, been involved in offshore racing, and worked aboard some of the industries most prestigious sail and power yachts in locations spanning the entire Mediterranean, the Caribbean, and North America. She has acquired a deep knowledge of the yachting industry and the people involved which she can now use.

Ana is originally from South America. She spent 20 years in London were she had her own landscaping and garden design business. She moved to Palma a decade ago with her family. Ana is now the Crew & Concierge property manager. With her being fluent in Spanish, Italian and English Ana is a great asset to the team.
